Oleh was fast at responding to texts, a gave us a quote within a few hours. His price was very reasonable, and he was able to fit us in the next day.His installer Igor came to our place exactly when we were told he would show up. Igor did such a good job! The floor looks amazing!! Andrew Classen: Panos and Seb were great. I hired them to install a backsplash that came on mosaic sheets. However, Panos wasn't satisfied with the spacing of the tiles on the sheets. So he took the extra time and effort to tile the backsplash one small tile at a time to make sure it was perfect. I'm not too confident many other people would work as hard as he did to make sure his customers get what they pay for.

Linda Blezard: When I met Panos the first time, his obvious knowledge, pride and enthusiasm for his work totally impressed me. I chose him because he had photos of such a variety of tile projects he had done, and the way he ‘lit up’ when he showed them to me made me feel confident he would do my tile projects well. We started with a kitchen backsplash, I loved the results and asked him to do the surround for my fireplace. Before he was finished the fireplace, I had decided to gut both bathrooms where he did the tile floors, tile at both vanities, the alcove around the new tub, and also my new oversized shower. I had 4 quotes for my kitchen backsplash and Panos was not the cheapest, but I was so pleased with his work, I didn’t even get other quotes for the fireplace and bathrooms. He was friendly, got the work done in a timely manner, came when he promised, arrived on time, always protected my home with drop cloths and cleaned up before he left. Love that he shares photos every job he finishes. He did a shower repair we had done 4 years ago and rocks started lifting off. Other contractor came in and destroyed it , pano fixed it back to better than original. You don’t even know he has been there when he is done for the day . Doesn’t waste time with chit chat but willing to chat while he works. Very respectful to my family and pets . Great communication of all details . I have had lots of contractors work for me I own many houses and this guy is the best I have ever met . Don’t use him though cause I want to make sure he isn’t overbooked for my next job ... lol.
Kevin Carson: The general contractor we used to do some reno/repairs did good framing and drywall, but unfortunately was not a competent tile installer and he cracked two of the new tiles he installed in our kitchen area. Panos replaced them and had it looking 100% in just over an hour. He is pleasant, honest, very attentive to detail, and very fair in his pricing. Andy Hoang: I just replaced the carpet in my house with Luxury Vinyl Plank and New Carpet. Shawn was amazing to deal with. Patient with all of my questions and ready to help when problems came up. He was knowledgeable with the products and gave us advice on which ones he would recommend. I got Quotes from a few different companies and New Image Flooring was the best value in my opinion.Sam and his crew were the installers and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional. After the Vinyl Plank was installed, I noticed some marks on some boards. It turned out they were manufacturing defects. Shawn and Sam coordinated with me and came back to replace all of the boards. It made everything stress free. I would definitely recommend New Image Flooring.

I noticed all the one star reviews that hit this company came at the same time , and while they have names , these reviewers have no other history. They didnt exist 3 weeks ago and i feel like this companys rating is suffering because of one individual. All have the same complaints about dented walls and offer their personal almost identical views of the workers. I think if You have a complaint , you should do so with a real profile so the company could contact you to make things right. As it stands i should point out these pepole also have families and freinds offended by these attacks and ask the offended parties to include thier "contact information" in hopes of correcting any problems they experianced. Anyways, kudo''s to the victems of such slander , it shows real class and strength of character to not retaliate. Maybe theres others watching who will step in on their behalf other than myself .
J P: Initially found Aktas on Homestars that received the highest rating. I did my due diligence and requested quotes from the other top 5 rated. Aktas’ bottom line was still the most economical. But what impressed me the most was the actual quality and pride involved in the work conducted. Being a stickler for detail I witnessed the installation and found no fault. Matt even came by after the installation as a quality control measure to fix any minor imperfections.It is an utter shame that Aktas received erroneous negative reviews tarnishing their reputation. It is interesting to note however that all those negative reviews occurred on the same date which questions their legitimacy.
Terry Luhoway: Since purchasing our new home years ago, we have always wanted to replace the carpeting in our house with hardwood and, this year, we finally acted on our intentions. We picked Aktas Floors and Interiors, based upon the positive reviews online, and were not disappointed. From our first visit to the showroom to final payment of the invoice, our experience was above expectations. We live in an older character home and we expected challenges installing the hardwood, especially on the stairs going to the second floor. However, everything went like clockwork. The installers were professional, efficient, and did a beautiful job. The price was right and the work was completed on schedule. We highly recommend Aktas Floors and Interiors.

Our problem was that a few of the LVP boxes were defected so the installers were unable to finish the work until the new boxes came which would take a few business days. Hugo, personally came to our house to check and assure quality. He then came himself and finished the job when the replacement LPV boxes came in.We were very happy with their product and their work. We are a family with kids and I was a bit concerned about doing home renovations as there is always the concern of who the contractors are since they will be inside your home. Aktas flooring team is clean, professional and honest. You can trust them to do a good job and trust them to be in your house.We would recommend them to anyone and we have and will continue to do so.

A Garber: We renovated our bathroom by having new marble tile installed around the tub, and new tile floor with a marble perimeter. River City supplied and installed the tile and did a fabulous job. We had the plumber who installed the new tub come back to our house to re-install the toilet and replace some faucet shut-off valves. When he saw the bathroom he was blown away by the quality of the workmanship. He then went to the basement to do some more plumbing work. Before he left, he politely asked "Would it be OK if I saw the bathroom one more time?" Of course we let him see it. This is a plumber who does a lot of work for Lowes and Home Depot - he sees HUNDREDS of bathrooms. But he wanted to see this bathroom ONE MORE TIME.
