Nicole Moeller: I moved into Heritage Flats October 1st, 2022. Paula the property manager is great to deal with. She answers text messages, emails and phone calls promptly. The cleaning staff for the building is amazing and sidewalks are kept clear.Any maintenance requests are handled promptly by friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff.One thing that could be improved on is the heating issue. I find the temperature in the apartment to be way way too hot .

They are prompt with requests for any documentation. They are on top of market rents and ensure that we are adjusting your rents accordingly to match the current market whether it be to attract a new tenant or to maintain an existing tenant, while still maximizing the market potential.Libertas assisted us in a renovation to give our property a facelift to prepare the property for sale. The was a massive burden off of our shoulders as out of town investors.As a residential real estate investor, the last thing I want on my plate is the day to day of property management and Libertas are the professionals that we trust to keep our investment as stress free as possible.Real estate investing is rarely a smooth journey with no bumps in the road, but having the right property management company on your team like Libertas Property Management, ensures that you will be informed to make the best decisions when issues arise.

Cheyanne Bates: Haven't rented from this company yet but have have viewed 3 of their properties. The places were nice and clean and very well priced compared to some of the rentals out there. The agents, Jonathan and Miguel were very friendly and accommodating. Every other staff I have spoken with on the phone are super polite and patient.If I rent from this company I will be sure to leave another review.

I can't forget in my life how great their stand with me was and their quick luxury in the circumstance I'm going through due to the lack of time and the urgent need to secure a place to move from Fort McMurray to Edmonton. I can't even forget that my house rental contract was signed between 2 am and 5 am.
Blair Knowles: We hired AG Property Services to help us with filing for eviction. They were prompt in getting the ball rolling for us and helped to get a positive result. We would definitely use AG Property again. One small negative was that a couple email inquiries from us were left unanswered which we felt left us a bit in limbo. Otherwise, a 5 star review!
