Dallas Sleeman: Incredible! The staff, the service and the teas are all absolutely divine. I’ve been to Acquired Taste Tea Company a few times and have been blown away both times.I used just “sort of” like tea and drank it because it wasn’t coffee in the afternoon. That was until I discovered Acquired Taste. The quality of the tea is second to none. Even just the smell of the tea leaves was enough to make me realize the top tier quality of the product. Once it’s steeped, it’s a delicious experience for both senses, taste and smell. I won’t buy tea anywhere else going forward.

Joycelyn Deep: I was just in the shop and ended up having an episode in which I needed to access a washroom very quickly. The lady immediately showed me the closest one in the bowling alley. I ended up going back up to the store and having to return quickly back downstairs again. The Lady had kept my stuff I'd purchased elsewhere, plus a beautiful lacquer Set I'd purchased there, wrapping it for me and had it ready for when I came back the 2nd time. She'd asked what my issue was the 1st time I'd returned and when I came back the 2nd time she gave me some ginger to help and offered to buy me a cup of tea as well. I just needed to get home quickly so she sent a tea bag with me to enjoy at home. They have lots of unique tea and collectables so if you're looking for unique idea's to buy for a tea drinker...this is the place to visit. The store is kept very clean and has welcoming appeal. Service is superb. Parking is great. John Engel: Came in on a cold winter night for the first time in Feb. The ceaser salad was excellent and the chamomile tea was lovely. Prices were reasonable, service was great. For a bit there I thought the place was too hot , then I realized the cozy fireplace and the hot tea had fully defrosted me, and moved to another spot. What a great place to relax and read a few chapters while enjoying a nice cuppa. Some places have music too loud for me to read, here it was an ideal fit. Looking forward to my next 'treat me' night at the Tea Palace.

I first had a cup of that mild green oolong at the Lake Agnes Tea House, high in the mountains above Lake Louise: that's Lake Agnes, in the picture. Thanks to T Kettle, I can brew a cup at home and remember that very high time!

Stella M Du: Very nice shop! It has variety of good quality tea. We bought red and pink rose buds tea for our wedding favours. The tea comes with packages, We have to separate them and put them in a small tin, the owners are husband and wife they offered to do it for us for free! We ordered 60 wedding favours it came out 120 little tins. It was just beautiful and very thoughtful wedding favours! We loved it! And we are really grateful for the shop owners ! That a wonderful couple!
Suzie Hykaway: I had the BEST experience here today. Was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. He let me taste a couple of teas, gave me samples and even threw in a strainer at no cost when I forgot to add it before purchasing the rest. I love with this place and need to set aside some more time to spend here next time. Beautiful tea sets and so much to choose from! I recommend!

Chrissy Pon: White peach oolong cream cheese float and lychee jelly is quite tasty. Much, much better than any of the drinks made by TNT but also more expensive. I'd rather spend more for a better drink. Convenient location. Husband brought it home with groceries, so no experience with customer service but would be interested in trying other drinks just based on the flavor of this one.

Chris C: We had a good experience.-We were greeted promptly by the pleasant staff. They were helpful in any questions we had as it was our first time here.- The drink was interesting but not in a bad way. It was a different drink. The foam was delicious.Overall, it was a pleasant visit and it was nice trying something new and different. We will come back again.

Jason Chouinard: This gem of a nut Milk bar is hidden away downstairs! They do have signage but it's so easy to walk by. If you're on Whyte Ave at the NW corner of Calgary trail northbound you're there. Ok, a better landmark is the the Strathcona hotel, but these guys are down a flight of stairs.Don't be scared by the label Vegan because there is so much texture, richness, and delicious flavour in anything they bring you. I wish I had taken pics. Next time.
Alexis Sutherland: I have always wanted to try this place for bubble tea and wish I had gone sooner!The earl grey tea with original foam was absolutely amazing. I've never had anything like the foam before! It is made with hazelnuts and is rich and delicious.I spoke to the very kind lady working there and she mentioned you can buy a cup of just the foam to take home and put in your tea at home or even use it on pancakes or waffles.The location is a bit difficult to get to and find parking, but it is worth the effort!Vegetarian options: It is a vegan tea place
C K: was really friendly. She noticed I looked a little confused looking at the menu and she asked if it was my first time here. She spent quite some time explaining the drinks and how to enjoy it best.I really recommend it. Even more so if you are a vegan.
Geneviève Therrien: I came out of Strathcona market and needed something to drink and I saw some signs for Nuttea. I went downstairs to go find them. No expectation at all. I found a little gem! I was greeted immediately and explained the different drinks. I wanted something with no caffeine so they suggested a smoothie or a milk. I tried a berry smoothie with a berry nut cream on top with some bubble tapioca. The berry nut cream was out of this world. I did not realize something could taste so good made out of nuts! It was delicious. I loved this discovery.
