J Dobson: This place is great. The service and food is always great here, and hands down the best late night place to eat in the whole city of Edmonton...no kidding. The prices are as good as you find anywhere...where can 4 people eat all they want for $80 and probably take leftovers home? Atmosphere isn't the best, location is not the best, but I've been there many nights 2-3am, and no problem. We also had them prepare food for a funeral a couple of years ago, and it was all good, on time etc.

We usually do take-out or pickup. The restaurant isn't in the best area of town but is perfectly fine to dine-in and many do.

kev d: 2020: I love chinese food and have eaten in countless chinese restaurants. This place is the best! My favorite dish is ginger beef, and it is amazing here. As with all their dishes, the portions are huge and the price very reasonable. Vegetables are fresh, chicken and shrimp are both really good as well. I am rarely downtown, and live in Sherwood Park, so if we want chinese food, we make the drive, it's that good.Edit: 2023: Food quality seems to be slipping a bit. Last order had two highlights... ginger beef was its usual awesomeness, but the lemon chicken was sub par. The chicken was dry and stringy. Getting a hit and a miss in the same order is unusual. Aside from the good service, their clean utensils, plates,glass and condiment bottles made our dining experience really good. We will be back for sure.

Colemin Szerencsei: Stopped for some Dinner today. Food was very good, Definitely recommend the Butter chicken and Curry Chicken dishes. The staff was very friendly with showing lots of attention towards serving their guests. Visited This location at around 9pm. The Restaurant Was very quiet and definitely had a lot of open Tables and parking available . The only thing that I wasn’t the biggest fan of was ordering rice and naan separately, also the naan was a little pricey approximately 30$ for a basket or 8$ per piece.Overall I had a great dinner. Zuzanna Cendrowska: Overall, I rate the restaurant very good. However, the flavor of the pasta was not Italian enough and too American. The sauces are too sweet. The burrata is also too sweet. Delicious calamari. Carpaccio also very tasty. Huge portions. We were unable to eat two pasta dishes in 3 people. Nice service. The lady waitress tried very hard to help as we asked for only a fan because they were too cold for us.

Coffee Carl: Celebrating my wife’s birthday with our daughter last night was amazing!We travelled to Edmonton for an over night birthday get away and found Bianco last minute, made a reservation, and boom! What an amazing experience.The service was friendly and consistent always making sure we had what we needed and not going without.The atmosphere was lively, well lit, energy was great, and we loved the decor/style.The kitchen was throwing down great food to everyone from where we were sitting everything looked outstanding. We had two appies, the calamari and burata were amazing! Great flavour and portion. For entrees we had the squid ink linguine and chicken/wild mushroom pasta dishes and oh my gawd haha sooo good!! It’s been a while since we gave Italian cuisine a chance and this place has put it back on the map for us definitely.Please treat yourself and family or loved ones to a beautiful meal and night out, I assure you Bianco will not disappoint.

Jeneen Marchant: My absolute favorite Chinese restaurant anywhere in the Edmonton area. I've been ordering from there since 2001 or so. Always delicious and I love that they have multiple locations. I'll easily drive 30mins to pick it up. Here are my favorites: dry ribs, honey garlic chicken, Szechuan beef, chop Suey and greens. The one or two bad reviews on here must have been an off-night as I've never had a poor meal in the well over 100 I've had from this tasty place.

Brian Pruden: Food was fast and good and lots. They had a Sunday buffet that looked really good but we decided to order from menu as we needed some vegan options. Chop sueydish so fresh and crunchy. Spicy tofu had great grill and spices were perfect. Had a grilled eggplant that had a type of sweet sour sauce. Was okay, but not what we were expecting. So many different dishes from the usual Chinese resturant offerings to choose from. We will be back.

Ario Magana: Had a great experince here! Arrived later then expected but i arrived to a nice relaxing atmosphere during happy hour. The drinks were phenominal. We had the sparkling sangria which tasted so refreshing and tasy, the chope mule which by far is the best "moscow mule" drink ive had in the city; which was made with real ginger beer; and appetizers that were at an awesome price and great taste. Our service was awesome and overall the experince was truly wonderful. I highly reccomend the goat cheese dip and the fries! Ill definitely be coming back here again! Thanks again!

Zack Wellman: My wife and I dined in this evening and had an amazing time at your west end location. Our server was Becca, we were her first solo table since she started working. Safe to say that Becca did such a fantastic job!! She went above and beyond what any server has ever done for us. Her attention to us, to asking how well the food tasted made the experience one my wife and I are never going to forget.Now to the food, we started off with the goat cheese and mushroom crostini. The subtle sweetness from the truffle honey cut the sharpness of the goat cheese perfectly. I had the chopped experience to go along with my meal and I opted for the tomato bisque. Now I am not one to like tomato, but this bowl was exceptional. The main of prime rib was one of the best, if not the best piece of prime rib I've had. We will definitely be coming back again! To everyone who helped us tonight, you hit it all out of the park.

Ross Wright: This wonderful restaurant just keeps getting better with age. The front of house staff and the kitchen staff are incredible. The food is unbelievable, every time! And the namesake? Well Normand is an incredible restaurateur and his restaurant is a true gem!

Melanie COULSON: and my parents had the escargot. Both were incredible, and the carpacio in particular paired very well with our wine. For an entree I had the wild game feature dish which included elk and boar. YUM! And for dessert I had the bananas flambee which was phenomenal.This was our first time here and it will certainly not be our last! Dale Hildebrand: We have been dining with Normand for 34 years. Recently he hosted grandpa’s 90th. He personally looked after 16 of us all night. Service and food were excellent. So rare to have such great personalized customer service. One of the best restaurants in Edmonton – a hidden gem – try them.
