MARVIN Neumann: Parking was good in the parade. Staff good. Standard wait time to get into appointments. Seems to be a busy place. Phone reception in basement was not good but expected given your around alot of equipment. Internet service was ok as long as you use the wifi in the building.

Alex Cameron: Stating the obvious, but no one wants to be there for treatment. I spent a total of 23 nights at the Cross, between January and April 2020. Out of the likely 50 doctors and nurses I dealt with, I can honestly say that the vast majority were extremely compassionate, caring and very helpful with my condition.

Chenelle Kirk: The nurses and Dr Ladak are great to deal with. They take care of you very well and are professional. They don't make you feel judged. Very kind and friendly too.The front desk ladies could use customer service training and be a bit more friendly.Other that I highly recommend this office for cosmetic surgery.

The Irish anesthesiologist was thorough in his explanations and I was comforted by his caring. He is indeed a lucky charm! Dr. Korus was kind, caring and thoroughly explained the process. Nurse Patti did excellent after care and provided lots of information for home care. This was my first experience being in a private clinic and it was a wonderful experience! A huge thank you to all!

I came back 6 weeks later for my post op with Dr G and made sure to book a Botox appointment with her while I was there. I live in Calgary and was able to do a virtual follow up with my surgeon but really wanted to see Patti again.She was so thorough with my Botox treatment and I cannot wait for it to kick in! She remembered me right away, thanked me for coming back to see her and we chatted like friends throughout my appointment. Mayette Mabayo: Dr. Olson is such a heaven sent. Before he even started my gall bladder surgery, he made me feel that I am in really good hands. You can feel how personable, kind and empathetic this Doctor is. He even gave me a hug in the morning after my surgery. His whole team was also very nice, which includes the anesthesiologist, who I apologized, I forgot the name, he went above & beyond to make me comfortable before surgery and even talked to me about my anemia which I thought was no longer his concern. He didn't just put me to sleep but made me comfortable the whole time. Thank you so so much. I was lucky to have these 2 Doctors and the nurses who helped assist the surgery.
Lisa S: Dr Olsen was my oncologist for breast cancer. He is an amazing Dr. he is very thorough, and caring. He chatted with me before surgery and gave me a hug. Walking into the surgery suite was very hard but his reassuring smile quickly puts you at ease. Anyone getting Dr Olsen is very fortunate.

Alex: . However, Dr. Olson did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and reassured. He joked around to ease the stress of the situation, and he and his team of nurses chatted with me throughout to help distract me from the procedure. Though he was invested in making me feel comfortable, at the same time he also got down to business right away, and the procedure went more quickly than I imagined. While Dr. Olson jokes around throughout, he never made me feel he was taking anything lightly; in fact, he gave the opposite impression, exuding a deep sense of care and compassion. Maybe the Patch Adams of breast surgery? ;
