Chenelle Kirk: The nurses and Dr Ladak are great to deal with. They take care of you very well and are professional. They don't make you feel judged. Very kind and friendly too.The front desk ladies could use customer service training and be a bit more friendly.Other that I highly recommend this office for cosmetic surgery.

The Irish anesthesiologist was thorough in his explanations and I was comforted by his caring. He is indeed a lucky charm! Dr. Korus was kind, caring and thoroughly explained the process. Nurse Patti did excellent after care and provided lots of information for home care. This was my first experience being in a private clinic and it was a wonderful experience! A huge thank you to all!

I came back 6 weeks later for my post op with Dr G and made sure to book a Botox appointment with her while I was there. I live in Calgary and was able to do a virtual follow up with my surgeon but really wanted to see Patti again.She was so thorough with my Botox treatment and I cannot wait for it to kick in! Theresa MacDonald: Dr Carl Young is amazing. From my consults to seeing me before my surgery and post op it couldn’t have gone any better. He put my mind and fears at ease. He is a tremendous surgeon and even though my wisdom teeth extractions of the 2 lower teeth were complicated being 61 years old, everything went extremely well with no after complications. The extra step of the PRP due to my age will definitely help my healing. The surgery and time spent there afterwards was shorter than I had anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. Post-op nurses were fantastic. My pre and post op instructions were detailed and very helpful. The front staff are amazing, pleasant, and courteous. The wait time was always minimal. It’s the day after my surgery and I’m doing very well way beyond my expectations. Thank you Dr Carl Young and staff I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you or your clinic. You guys are amazing.

For the consolation, he was very thorough and pushed for what needed to be done, and if some thing could be left alone as it wasn’t causing problems, then he didn’t push for it. I really respected his professionalism and kindness.All of the nurses I interacted with were clearly experts in their field and super friendly and patient, dealing with someone like my self who has severe medical anxiety.Last but not least, the gentleman anesthetist who got my IV and anesthesia going in a no nonsense manor while still being kind and patient. He explained what was happening and what to expect and his calming confidence is what kept me from breaking down into a panic cry just before going under.I work up, no complications , operation to remove two wisdom teeth was quick and but rushed. A nurse was there when I woke up to monitor me and decide when to discharge me.I was really stressed about this as this was my first surgery of this scale. The team here shows nothing but kindness and exceptional excellence in their field. I would recommend them to anyone who needs dental surgery and especially if you suffer from medical related anxiety.

The office is immaculate and the surgeons are extremely qualified. While I hope I do not need oral surgery again, if I ever do I would hope to be referred back to them.

Unknown now: Had my dental surgery done here. A complicated surgery that was done very efficiently with my complete satisfaction. Butterfly Gene: Very nice and talented doctor, nobody can tell I had a lipoma removed on my forehead. He is very informative. And good for the carpel tunnel surgerywhich I heard from other patients. Only thing is no calls returned from the secretary or assistant.
Hugh Harrison: An excellent doctor, a really nice caring person but it’s impossible to contacr his office staff who neither return phone calls or emails and to me that is both unprofessional and disrespectful and a real shame because it reflects poorly on the skillful surgeon that is Dr Kwan.
Christian Emmett: After receiving bilateral burns and having skin grafts performed by Dr Kwan I can say first hand that He is a stellar surgeon and really professional. Beyond that He is a great guy!I had a good laugh reading peoples reviews whining about having to wait to see him. He is a surgeon!!! His life doesn't revolve around an individual appointment. People are hilarious and completely self centered
