Production Lighting: what do users think?

Landelle Hampton: , and even bubble machines, Production Lighting has provided us with countless rental and service options to help us showcase our organization and fleet to the public, and to create a special ambiance for our clients, employees and guests at our holiday events.Production Lighting’s team members have consistently proven themselves to be prompt, professional, personable, highly knowledgeable, thorough, creative and energetic, reacting quickly to any of our last-minute needs while maintaining comprehensive, hands-on service, even going above and beyond at times to come out to our site to show us various rental option set-ups in the space envisioned, and guide us through their use. The passion this team has for their work, and the standard of excellence embodied by the level of customer service provided is undeniable. I highly recommend utilizing Production Lighting’s services.

Punctuate! Theatre: As a local theatre company, we need reliable companies for our ever-changing production needs. Production Lighting is a great source of equipment for our productions and carries a vast variety of choices to make sure we get the look we want. Their customer service is helpful and swift. We have been renting equipment from Production Lighting for the past few years and will continue to do so.

Joanie Moug: Staff is great and knowledgeable

Seema Marwaha: Production lighting did the draping and lighting for our reception at the Shaw conference centre and did an amazing job. I've never seen the Shaw look so beautiful and unique. They worked with us to get to a price we could afford. We spent about half of our overall decor budget on lighting and draping - the best decision.

Nick Guiton: PL have been one of my main suppliers for lamps and consumables for years, as well as providing sub rental fixtures and other equipment when needed. Not only are they fantastic at what they do, they're some of the nicest people in the industry, it's always a pleasure to stop by their shop. Having said that, bear in mind this is a grown up, real deal production company. If you're looking for sound to light toys for your DJ set, you'll be in waaaaay over your head.

Trent Crosby: Been working with Production for years now and they've always been incredibly helpful and offered creative solutions to all my strange requests. Sean is always my first call when I have a new project.

Samantha Kelch: Sean, Mike and the entire team at Production LX are always great to work with on our events. They are creative, fiscally responsible and are fun to work with on site! No challenge is too hard for them - be it budget constraints, venue related concerns, or lofty design expectations. They are a valued partner in the events industry!

James Odenbach: I have been going to Production Lighting for all of my production needs for almost a decade and they have always been an outstanding pleasure to work with. If I could give 10 stars I would! From lighting fixtures and bulbs to spike tape, drapery and special effects, whether I'm purchasing, renting, or needing repair, Production Lighting is always there with quick, friendly and amazing service.I highly recommend them to anyone who has any production needs!

Adam Brown: Excellent work!!! Have worked with Sean for shows at both the Starlite Room and Filthy McNastys. Got some amazing shots from it! Highly recommended.

Clayton Rodney: the quality of service offered by Production Lighting is matched by no others in the city.I work with PL closely on a major fundraiser which transforms the Shaw Convention Centre's hall ABC into an event space never seen before in Edmonton. Year-after-year they pull through with the best equipment, the best people and give us far more than our money could buy using other vendors. They always keep in mind our budget, our wish list and are so easy to work with. They don't demand, they don't make excuses and they don't go over budget. They always give us the best production we could ever ask for.PL supplies in small or large quantities the nessasary equipment and consultation for the performing arts company I work for. They always come through and whenever there is an issue they are right there to fix it.Just hire them. They rock!

Scott Meller: Spectacular customer service, affordable prices, and a font of knowledge. Whether you are looking for lighting, trussing, or spatial effects like fog and haze, these are THE go to guys! Not only would I recommend them to my friends, I do!

Paul Adsock: Having shopped around various companies I not only got the best price I was met exceptional customer service and support. Highly recommended.

The Backstage Theatre: what do users think?

Hector L. Campos: When to see Anahita's Republic and what a powerful, intense and engaging play. Highly recommended. The venue most comfortable, intimate, friendly staff and welcoming hosts. Truly a gem of a place for multiple themes and presentations. We'll be back ☕🙂 LCA

Kelly Bahnsen: Nice venue. I enjoyed the performance as well.

Keith Brown: The Backstage Theatre is an awesome venue. What a privilege to perform here during the Edmonton Fringe!

Kevin Humphrey: Lovely hole in the wall theatre. Great staff, engaging shows, top notch entertainment.

Shawn Maxwell: Easy to find, parking free on the streets close by at this time. 1930 and on...

Kristine Reid: Saw Metrenome hosted by Workshop West Theatre featuring Darren Hagin, directed by Heather Inglis. Really enjoyed the musical memories. Play runs till Nov. 21.

Randy Patmore: They're back! Dinner out, live theater. Laugh. Live. Enjoy!

Crazy James Waikle: Saw one of the Edmonton Comedy Fest shows here. Good sized venue with enough space for proper distancing and still a good sized crowd

Mayfield Dinner Theatre: what do users think?

Jamie Renfert: Plenty of variety in food, great entertainment. A nice way to spend an evening out with friends.

Davida Pugh: Talented actors . entertaining and fun. fantastic food.

Nick Solber: If you're into oil patch history. This place has it all👍👍

K B: Great place, great buffet, great shows!

Brad Zal: My wife and I love going to the Mayfield Dinner Theater. We are now season ticket holders. If you want a nice evening out, with a great food and great entertainment. I recommend going to Mayfield Dinner Theater.

Joanne Baranowski: Clusterflick, Highly entertaining, laugh out loud, these three gentlemen are priceless

Kent Bodell: Had a great time at brunch theater. Food was great. Show was very good.

Robert Eisenbart: Dinner Theater "Cluster Flick" was very entertaining, and the food was tasty.

M Thomas: We saw Clusterflick with Gordon's Big Bald head. It was a great show and the improv work was really cool. We were not sure what to expect and it exceeded every expectation. The food was good especially for a buffet producing so much food. The yorskshire puddings were the biggest I have ever seen. We were very impressed by how well labeled the food was, it made it much easier to negotiate with food allergies. Would definitely recommend.

L H: Good food and great entertainment!

Steven Cleall: Wonderful theatre located in west central Edmonton. Most years feature 5 shows, 4 musicals/musical comedies and 1 comedy. Prices are relatively inexpensive when you consider that you are seeing a show and the excellent buffet always featuring roast beef and a large selection of hot dishes, sushi, salads, cheese tray and of course desserts. You need to book well in advance to get the best choice of tables, but many nights tables are available on the day of the show.

Jessyka Rabbit: Went to Rock of Ages early June - was one of the better shows that we’ve attended and of course the food and service didn’t disappoint!!

Kathy Kirkpatrick: Good food, great seatsPlay was unique and so enjoyableVery pleasant staff

Stephanie Wood: We are season subscribers, and we thoroughly enjoy our nights out at this venue. We typically attend evening performances, but once in awhile we do a brunch show. I find that there is a wide enough variety of food - we never leave hungry. Salad bar is fresh, hot items are replaced regularly. Desserts are good, too. We particularly enjoyed the rhubarb/strawberry crumble at Clusterflick! Shows are great! There has not been one over the past couple of years that hasn't been good. I like a variety during a season, but next season looks to have more music themed shows, which is good, too. There is ample parking, and there seems to be a large number of ♿️ spots. We like the booth seats, but we have sat at tables, as well. I prefer to be closer up, but the view are good throughout the venue. Servers are prompt and friendly. I recommend the dinner theater as an excellent night out.

Mark Mahl: Went and saw Rock of Ages courtesy of Cheryl Rose. First time there although I worked there 39 years ago. Great booth, staff, buffet and show! Easy to park and will go again!

Citadel Theatre: what do users think?

Mary K Macdonald: Love coming to this venue to enjoy a variety of live performances. I love the garden area as well it is so relaxing

Hauwa Bwala: Wonderful theatre. Saw Six the musical here. Amazing production in a beautiful setting

Karl Magic: Went to shocker and saw six was a great time

Caroline Tellier: Nice location. Great performances, usually. There is a coffee bar, but there is no restaurant located in the building any longer.

VE6SRV: The performance of Six by 6 very talented singers, backed by a live 4 piece band was outstanding. What an amazing all female production.

Bobbi Purcell: Saw Six, fantastic!!!!

Dave Horrocks: Saw Six: the musical. Best show I've seen in Edmonton. No bad seats, amazing show, fantastic cast.

Heather Pauli: Love the seating easy to move around

Judith Babcock: Six is amazing

Desy Bro1: Beautiful place, their summer theatre camp is super cool

Laurie Thomas: Pleasant venue however the chairs in the Rice theater are cheap with very poor cushions to sit on for an almost 2 hour performance. Sub par for such a venue. Not a good place to skimp on quality.

Station On Jasper: what do users think?

Rachel Lucky: Had a great time. Great spot

Mars: Ooh what a vibe! I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit here.We came for slam poetry night. The food was amazing!! We got the chicken apricot Flatbread yummy! And the poutine with chicken, either than a sore lack of gravy it was still delicious!Drink prices matched food prices, which was quite shocking. But all in all service despite being poorly understaffed was great!

Tristen Milne: Great venue for small bands, patio is pretty good. Be sure to show up early if they sell out to get your early bird tickets at the door. Staff is friendly and the vibe is great, lots of places for parking nearby.

Daphne Syrja: Only 1 poor waitress to deal with everyone at the show while the upstairs lounge had 2 people for a small group. This was Thursday night. CD release party.

Kris: Good place to dance a little crowded but over all a fun time

Shayla: Great place for a show, friendly staff even when we weren’t drinking alcohol.

Crajjg Corjan: Absolutely loved the place, watched a band called The leaky shack they where awesome!! The staff are super friendly and hilarious great place great atmosphere!!.

Diego Sanchez: Visited on Weekend Wait time 30–60 min Reservation recommended Yes

M D: Went to the Jube for Taylor Tomlinson and sadly I was on crutches and in an air boot therefore I was unable to get to my seat in the main terrace as there were multiple stair cases. The administration office immediately brought me to the main terrace and even brought me booster seats to elevate my foot so it wasn’t uncomfortable for the show. I am really impressed by the care in the staff.

Janice Overend: I'm not sure if it was the venu or the organizers fault. Our tickets didn't specify if the time was the show start time or doors open time. The line to get in was massive, and the show was delayed because of the confusion. The lines to get beverages were impossible. We just wanted water, but you were in the same line as the mixed drinks, couldn't get any before the doors closed, so we ended up spending the show dehydrated. Security probably would have confiscated water bottles. I would suggest separating the lines.

Anson Sat: Awesome venue for a rock / dance concert. Watched Milky Chance a group from Germany. Very loud with awesome lights. The seats were comfortable but not really of much use because everyone was standing for most of the time. guess that's my only complaint. The acoustics are awesome for music concerts and I would come here again for such an event. This is a great venue for a rock/dance concert. Watched the band Milky Chance from Germany. The music is very loud and the lighting effects are great. The seats are comfortable but not really useful as the audience is standing most of the time. The line for drinks was a bit long, I guess that might be my only complaint. The acoustics of the concert were fantastic and I would definitely come here again for a similar event.

Kat Cam: Great venue, security was PAINFULLY slow, to the point that so many people were still waiting to get in that they delayed the start of the show. I’ve gotten through the airport faster than last night. Seriously 40 min is excessive for a Sunday comedian.Visited on Weekend Wait time 30–60 min Reservation recommended Not sure …

stewart cornelius: Venue was good, parking was not difficult, but the concession stand lines moved incredibly slowly.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes …

Kate: Visited on Weekend Wait time Up to 10 min Reservation recommended Yes

Tara Brown: Absolutely amazing show tonight!!!Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes …

Jay Zaal: Ok, too much bass but good acoustics. Band seemed more dance bar with strobes and bass vs. less. Venue not as much a fit for rock and dancingVisited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …

Cory Jasper: When to a concert at the Jubilee Auditorium recently. Had a an amazing time. The venue was amazing. The seats were nice and comfortable and easy to find. Lots of leg room. Like that they had a coat check and was rather inexpensive. Also the parking structure was right behind the venue, literally less than 2 minutes to get to the car, parking price for the evening was $5. Also venue is super close to the LRT station. Bathroom we very clean and wait times were short. Concessions were reasonable priced or what could be expected.
