Hopefully I don’t need physio for anything else in the future, but if it is needed I will definitely go back to Ola! The front desk staff are amazing as well. Eesha is super kind and helpful. Starting with the 2 ladies that greet me as I walk into the building.Angela and Alessandra are the nicest people with such a friendly and cheerful demeaner. They are always smiling, and give you such a warm welcome, they handle any questions you may have very quickly. I have never had to wait in the entrance for me to be brought in to see my physiotherapist, everything is booked well with no delays.Now for my physiotherapy team. First I should mention, I had multiple tears in my right rotator cuff from a work related accident, and had surgery in February 2023 to repair all the damage.The WCB process can be a long and drawn out one, however, thankfully Rakesh, could see the anxiety that I was going through. He gave me a couple of articles about my injury, explaining in good detail, what I was about to go through, how long recovery was going to be, if I was going to have a full recovery, and what I had to do, to give me the best chance for success. Thank you Rakesh, for helping to calm me down and set my sights on the big picture.Tithi, is the physiotherapist that I see the most. 3 days a week for almost 9 months now. Before my surgery, she had me doing all sorts of exercises to build up, and keep strong, all the unaffected muscles and tendons in my shoulder, arm and back. Thankfully I did exactly what she asked me to do at home. Now after my surgery, I see how important it really was. It is still a slow recovery process because of the severity of the injury, however, my surrounding muscles and tendons are supporting the weaker ones making the recovery less painful. My range of motion is coming back and the prognosis for a plus 95% recovery is looking better and better each day. I know that I still have a long way to go, with the advice, exercises and support that I get from Tithi, it will be a journey that gives me the best chance for a full recovery.Finally there is Thao, who is there to help the team with the Heat, Tens Machine and many other duties. I am so thankful for her nice smile and hockey talk. She helps me feel relaxed and comfortable at all times.There you have it, the reasons why any person needing physiotherapy, should go to Proactive Physiotherapy. I know they also have Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Services, Acupuncture so check them out, your body will thank you for it.Mine sure does.

Kelly: I spent majority of my adult years living with chronic pain. I spent thousands of dollars on personal trainers, massage, chiro, acupuncture and physio. Scott was recommended to me and finally I gave in. I was blown away by the assessment. Scott is extremely intelligent and figured out most of my issues. He decreased my pain from a solid 13/10 every day to a 5/10 with a few bad days. I still have a long way to go but Scott listens to not only my body but also me because I know my body best. I managed to almost completely get off my painkillers with a few bad days here and there. I have recommended Scott to everyone I know.

When we first visited the clinic, my son's motor joints were in a very stiffed condition. Each follow ups after the first session, my son's condition gets better and better and the improvements are visible. Dr. Mohan also gave us a home exercise for daily routine. I went to Momentum because both my Brother and Mother had great experiences with their own recoveries.Prabhu was my physio Therapist and he was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire recovery process. I was given exercises that genuinely helped my condition improve; And throughout the whole process I was informed to not just what they were doing but also why, which was extremely helpful to know. The entire team at momentum was kinda and ready to help me get through my recovery as quickly and efficiently and possible.At the end of my nit quite 2 month treatment my ankle ended up feeling normal normal again and I cannot recommend both Momentum and Prabhu enough.

A II Z PRODUCTIONS: I'm writing this review before I have completed all my treatments because already I have surpassed what I was capable of doing before my injury and I really want to thank Basit for his insight, knowledge and professionalism.I primarily do yoga, calisthenics and some weights at the gym. From time to time I get some injuries, and about a year ago I injured my right shoulder really bad. For about a month I wasn't able to lift my arm but slowly things got better but not to prior injury times. Integral Physiotherapy stood out with all their high reviews, so I went to give them a try. My first appointment was with Basit for April 17 2023 and I just finished my 6th appointment with him. I can't believe the improvements that has come along with the exercises that Basit has given me to do to strengthen and open my shoulders. His knowledge and ability to explain how muscles work and what needs to be done to repair injuries has exceeded my expectations.Disclaimer : You need to do the exercises in order to get better. If you want to go in for your appointment and have it to be a magic cure without putting in work yourself, this is probably not for you. However, if you are willing to put in the time after your appointment, from my experience, you will get better. My handstands are stronger because my shoulders are more open. I can grasp my hands behind my back like in the photo, something I had never been able to do before. It wasn't until after the third visit that I really started putting in a full effort after the clinic visits and doing all the workouts that were planned out.
