A slip installing the wiring in our attic led to a damaged ceiling, but thankfully no personal injury to the tech. Genaro was messaging right away apologizing for the damage, and assured me that it would be fixed to my expectations. Dan, the field supervisor and their contractor Franz were here right away assessing damage and required repair. Although inconvenient, and disruptive, the repair was scheduled and fixed beautiful in a 3 day time frame within 2 weeks of the incident. Genaro was very professional and was prepared to do all that was needed for the repair to be perfect, "like it never happened" he said. Even with these setbacks the quality and workmanship of the Zeno team was outstanding and commendable! Five Stars to them all!! thank you Zeno!

First Epcor bill with 15 days of generation was a credit of 32 dollars @ 6.8 cents KwH
