Dave Pearson: Our Company is a significant player in the Alberta Solar industry, and has purchased Megawatts of various on and off grid equipment from HES. I cannot say enough good things about the level of Service I receive from HES PV. I feel that if an installer knows what they are doing, doesn't assume HES will do their job for them, the experience will be an amazing one. Realize that HES PV is not a retailer, hence why they only sell to skilled installers that are 100% accountable for every facet of their projects, including material procurement. We know things can happen that are completely out of one's control, that does not constitute a reactive negative review and we account for this in our overhead, hence why we are not the cheapest contractor in town, but HES makes up for this with their great pricing so everyone is happy, most importantly the client. HES goes the extra mile to make their customers happy, therefore many thanks to this team! Highly Recommended!

Experienced a lot of delays on install and I was getting very frustrated with my experience and regretting my decision to hire.I reached out with my concerns and had one of the business owners contact me directly to discuss the delays. I will say they made the effort, sounded genuine with an apology, and made the situation right. Why would anyone purchase battery where they are not a battery dedicated company. I have purchased many batteries from them from automotive to heavy equipment applications. None of them have ever failed for many years now. The only way their batteries will fail is misused and abuse or lack of maintenance on the consumer part.Definitely recommend to everyone.They have variety of brands and for any applications.The price is the best part.

We met our Salesman Sean Munn at a Spring home renovation show in Edmonton He was so personable and polite with great answers for our question that we were very eager to set up a home meeting to discuss more detail. He was punctual, respectful and gave a great presentation of all of the aspects of the advantages of solar, government grant applications, inspections and installation. He helped us fill out all required paperwork that meeting, and returned calls and texts in a very timely manner. Thank you Sean!Our Project Manager Genaro Marino was amazing! He was well organized and approachable as our main contact for the project and kept us informed of what to expect going forward. All of the installers who worked on our project were punctual, respectful , and friendly! Such a great group of young men!Unfortunately we had a mishap. A slip installing the wiring in our attic led to a damaged ceiling, but thankfully no personal injury to the tech. Genaro was messaging right away apologizing for the damage, and assured me that it would be fixed to my expectations. Dan, the field supervisor and their contractor Franz were here right away assessing damage and required repair. Although inconvenient, and disruptive, the repair was scheduled and fixed beautiful in a 3 day time frame within 2 weeks of the incident. Genaro was very professional and was prepared to do all that was needed for the repair to be perfect, "like it never happened" he said. Even with these setbacks the quality and workmanship of the Zeno team was outstanding and commendable! Five Stars to them all!! thank you Zeno!

When the installation date came the installers were very productive and friendly and made sure you got the true customer service experience. I received an online presentation that was later emailed to me. The presentation explained my particular circumstances in detail, describing everything that I needed to know with pertinent suggestions. Other companies sent me a one page quote, forgot about my request or refused to provide service because I didn't use enough electricity! Zeno Renewables answered every question and helped me out even months later. The installers also answered my questions, were on time and were professional.
