My wife found a wedding ring design on the internet that she really liked - however it was very expensive due to the brand name! Mark was able to recreate this ring for us for a fraction of the price! He even made it in a 3D CAD design and we were able to make small tweaks to make it even better! He also sources the diamonds and lets you choose which one to set as your favourite! An overall wonderful experience!If you have a vision for any sort of jewelry, Mark can create it for you for a very fair price! I will definitely be using him for future commissions!

I met Mark for the first time last summer and we started to talk about ideas and aspects of the ring that were important to me. I brought it to AG for some attention and they replaced 12 claws in total and a Diamond. I almost cried when I picked it up, they did such an incredible job. Jessyka Rabbit: I had my late husband’s wedding ring that had approx 2.5 tcw of princess cut diamonds. Not wanting to have it sit in a box in my drawer, I went and spoke to Barry about what we could do with it. He suggested a bracelet given the number of stones. He came up with centre part and I love filigree so we made to two curved side pieces with filigree and put stones in there as well. Barry was open to feedback and changes during the design phase and now I have an absolutely gorgeous custom bracelet that I wear and get compliments on all the time. I love that the piece of jewelry has meaning for me and sparks memories when I look at it.Thanks Barry and team!!

A.: Googled the closest watch repair place and found this! Took my second hand eBay Gshock in to change the battery because I couldn't get it out. Glad I did because it needed an extra touch to get the unit to function again. Because I got it used I wasn't sure the condition of it. Everything works and was completed while I waited and pet the dog.Would recommend! I'll be back if I need anything again. Thank you

I got to hold/inspect the stones as I chose from a selection of them, and saw many different examples. I was also encouraged to take lots of pictures so I could refer back and see if my opinions stayed the same after a few days. I felt like I was given a lot of options and opportunities to voice my thoughts and ask questions. They also created a 3D wax model before they poured the gold, so I got a good idea of what the ring would look like before committing to the design.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s clear they take pride in what they create and care about what the customer wants. I didn’t feel pressured at all, and any advice was clearly given with the intent of creating a piece that will last and I could be happy with. I feel like if I had gone to another jewelry store, I wouldn’t have been able to get what I want to the same extent, and would be left with a ring with missing/cracked stones within a few years. My ring turned out perfectly and I feel confident I can wear it for years to come with no need to worry. Tim Terry: I have been a Jedco customer for over 20 years. They've helped design and build jewellery for me many times, and I've always been completely satisfied with the experience. When I needed an engagement ring, they let me select the diamond and built the custom band. They let me select the diamonds to use for anniversary earrings and then built them from scratch for me. When I wanted a custom ring for myself, they helped me select the stones, and 10 years later, I still love that ring. Makes me happy every time I see it. Custom ammolite ring? No problem. Now, later in life, they are helping me with the celebration of significant milestones from a distance. Jerry and the team have always been a joy.
