Thinking it was just the one store we went to we tried another store only to find out from the sales associate they do not carry the hardware we needed. Who sells a shelf and does not carry the matching hardware? Top shelf to the rescue. The kind people at Top Shelf had every piece of hardware that we needed and now we can add the shelve to match the rest of our house. Something so simple and caused us a lot frustration but solved by Top Self. He had a copy of the drawings Scott and I had corrected. Once the measurements were double checked he explained the rest of the process to me. Nice, I like details.So like less than a week later I had an appointment for them to come and install my master piece. Oh so cool! It all fit together like a glove. My eyes filled with tears of joy as I realized my children’s clothing and assorted junk would now be stored neatly and organized. Just as nature had intended. Even my ever-critical wife looked at me with amazement and wonder. Realizing that I managed to accomplish something without having to nag me about it for years. Scott and his team were so nice to deal with. No question of mine was to dumb to patiently answer. They delivered on time and the whole job looked better than I could have imagined. I love all my closets now. So much more room. Now if only Scott did landscaping. I hate my yard.

After many frustrating attempts to have the problem fixed we finally found the Upper Hand. They responded quickly and set an appointment to help us. I recently had two new windows installed at my house, and the technician, Terell, did an excellent job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how the old windows had become damaged. He cleaned up after himself perfectly once he was done, too. I suspect Terell is one of the company's best technicians.The only reservation I have with the company was that I was originally quoted a two week time frame for installation to be completed, but in the end it took four weeks. Unfortunately, this is a problem endemic in the industry, and not specific to this company. I simply would have preferred knowing upfront that it would take a longer period of time.Price was competitive, as I had obtained several quotes in advance. But it was the service provided by their technician Terell that really stood out.

Eddy Lam: The Glass Guru is super amazing, my store glass window was broken last week, then I contacted "The Glass Guru," on the same day maybe 1-2 hours they came to my store and covered with plywoods for me, since my glass would need to be order. And yesterday the glass is ready and they have installed for me. And they did a very good job on cleaning/clearing the old one and install the new one for me. After they installed the new one, they also do the cleaning on the new glass. Therefore, "The Glass Guru" will definitely my first choice for replacing glass window.
