Thanh Tran: Had a great experience, the people working there are incredibly chill and friendly. They taught me everything you need to know to fire a gun as a beginner, and were super passionate. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

First, Dave was guiding me with patience, soothing calmness & expertise and in the pm, Ray did the same & sharpened my skills even more. I felt super safe and left there impressed with their professionalism in coaching…also feeling like an awesome, beginner zombie-target sniper. lol

Anson Sat: My 11yo son was looking forward to this for the longest time and his dream came true. He got bored of shooting airguns and wanted to shoot the real thing. I ordered the kitchen sink and kids package with extra ammo. Cost about 300. The range officer was very professional. I had no idea what it was like to handle a handgun or rifle but appreciate the attention to detail. My son had a blast. 300 bucks for a priceless experience? Worth it.

Rowan Stockton-Kushner: Davinder and Jim were super helpful and friendly; tried a couple rifles, a revolver, and an AK, having never fired anything before - they made it a completely stress free experience. Came here for a friend's birthday event and will definitely be back!

Answered any and all questions I had.-I appreciate the measures that Phoenix Indoor Range takes to ensure safety is a top priority.I can’t wait to come back again next time I am in Edmonton!Cons-the bathroom was absolutely disgusting & reeked like an outhouse toilet. I viewed the cleaning sheet that was posted on the wall & it appears that it hadn’t been cleaned since June 16th, which was 10 days prior to my visit at the range.🚩 There was also this really weird small circle on the mirror with an LED light around it. Maybe I watch too many crime documentaries but it gave off creepy “spying on you in the disgusting bathroom” vibes lmao.I didn’t allow the cons to effect the 5 ⭐️ review though, because I’m hopeful for an explanation on the mirror 😂

Jamie showed me and my friend a positive view on firearms and regarding safety was exemplary. Would reccomend him for your first interaction within the store.

Darryl Nipshank: Kind of a spur of the moment idea to hit the gun range yesterday. It's been 15 plus years shooting a gun. Our range officer was Omar. He definitely took his time on instruction of the safe rules and practice in handing and shooting the 9mm I chose. This young man has bright future guiding others towards safe and respectful use of a firearm. Good luck Omar. I had a blast !

Jinks: This facility has reached beyond my expectations. Not only did the staff help me with fixing 4 different parts of my gear, they gave me a free mag and bbs when my mag broke. Best field and lots of area coverage. TAZ is the best indoor field in Edmonton.

The field changes regularly making the gameplay different every time the field has even a small change. I'm excited to see where the future takes TAZ.

This is a guaranteed must visit place, if you have any inkling of interest in airsoft, this is the place to be!
