Peter: Another total satisfaction review. Brought our Suzuki in for front brakes. While there, I mentioned that I had to take in my Dodge Journey to a dealership to check out a suspension noise. Lana asked if they could take a look at it. That was fine with me. Dilbagh came out from the shop and within five minutes he identified the problem. I gave them the go-ahead. Job was done and the problem disappeared. I will now be taking the Dodge, along with the Suzuki, to them in the future.

M.: Top notch.Left an email with a long list of issues I had with a vehicle which I no longer had time to fix myself.Got a phonecall back the next day from Lana to bring the car in, setup a day to drop it off. Front desk attendant was super friendly and inviting. They started on it the next day. I soon had a call from Lana going over everything needed, including some other issues. We agreed to do the work I requested and a few other things that needed doing while the car was there. Didn't feel any pressure from Lana during the quoting and the prices were very fair based on other quotes I'd received for similar work.Communication was super solid throughout the experience and I had my car back a week later running excellently. They had all my old components for me to inspect and the technician who led the work on my car took my back and explained everything to me in great detail which I really appreciated. They also gave the car a nice wash before giving it back to me which I really appreciated.This is an example of a good shop. There's no bloated overhead here, call redirection or he said-she-said. Just take the car in, get the quote, authorize the work and get it back .Thanks again to Suzuki of Edmonton team for taking such good care of me.

Toyota dealership wanted to replace the whole 4wd actuation system... Lana suggested we find the bearing and replace that. Saved me well over $1000.
