Not only were the t-shirts done, they were a day early and of amazing quality. The transfer is smooth and the colours vibrant. All of the staff were kind, friendly, accommodating, and patient. As soon as Cameron heard me mention an upcoming event in 2 days, he was able to pull some strings and get my aprons embroidered within 24 hours. Their production team were able to offer their expertise on placement and sizing since there were a few limitations due to the intricacy of my logo.The end result was flawless and I received many compliments at my event. I went in to get custom shirts made for my business. I met Riin. He was incredibly friendly from the get go. Very knowledgeable and quick to help me out. I was able to try on shirts before my purchase which was a huge deal to me as their competitors did not even have my size in stock let alone gave me a chance to try on before purchase. I bought on the spot and made my order same day. Pretty fast turnaround compared to competitors as well. Found the work shirts I wanted and the blank shirts that I wanted. Took less than half an hour and the price was reasonable for a kiosk at a major mall. Again, this was done on the spot! They had a large selection of XXL which is the size I needed. The shirts weren't super high quality just average but who knows maybe you can bring in your own shirt and just get the designs put on. It's just an iron on scenario so I wouldn't feel right giving 5 stars when another company might have way higher quality designs. I legit travelled across town because no one in my area seemed to be able to do a shirt for me. This place got the job done and I'm very happy with the work.

I called her and being in Edmonton she understood the urgency.Everywhere else is saying 4-6 weeks turn around time to get this done.Annette had this jersey FINISHED for me in time for the game on Friday. I was proudly wearing it at Rogers place when Kane scored his Hat trick against Calgary.Now I wouldnt suggest leaving it until last minute like I did because its a pretty tall order and I lucked out with my timing for the shop I believe, but she exceeded my expectations.Thanks SOOOOOOO much Annette!!!!
