Shauna Thomas: My daughters both attended here, and it started them off tremendously for elementary school, so when it came time to en-roll my youngest in playschool it was our first pick! They faced his speech challenges and learning delays with care and encouragement. He came leaps and bounds in one year, and now is off to kindergarten writing all his letters, numbers and able to do grade one addition. Fabulous staff! I can't say enough great things about this team of early educators! They literally change lives.
Lauren Langlois: I attended this Montessori nearly 30 years ago. All 4 of my siblings attended over a span of 20 years. The business is still owned and operated by the same family. I now have the pleasure of bringing my own son. The structure of their day is a great introduction to the structure of grade school. Also, did you know 30 toddlers could sit quietly eating? This is their daily standard. They potty trained us. They taught us to read and write. Bottom line, they will show up for you and your family.

Alicia & Darcy Boisvert: Our boys have both attended this amazing school and daycare over the last 6 years. Today was a sad day knowing that our youngest is now moving on to Grade 1 and we will no longer be a part of this program that has helped both of our children grow and become the well rounded educated students they are demonstrating today. Having teachers outside of this program compliment the education my oldest son had received when he was starting kindergarten in the school system was the greatest feeling as a parent. Angela and all the staff have cared for and always demonstrated the most respectful environment for our children as well as the parents. This school will always have a place in our family’s heart. I highly recommend them!!
Heather Lumley: I have my three children enrolled there. The staff have been amazing with them. I have seen a large positive change in my children’s behaviours, confidence, and language. The hands on learning of the Montessori method, paired with the experienced and patient staff at the Montessori School House, has been invaluable both for my childrens’ development and my peace of mind.

Tessa Sheremeta: and I never ever hear my neighbours. The management is wonderful and they put a lot of care into cleaning and maintaining the building. I think I am in one of the few suites that has carpet left and I love it actually, makes it feel cozier and quieter. This is one of the very few rentals that includes all utilities, and I hope that doesn't change. My rent is super reasonable and it feels so homey now with all of my decor and just being here a while. We get some interesting people in the vicinity due to having the Circle K below us, but the building locks the front doors at 5pm now to improve the security. I already feel very safe but I like the change, other than delivery people not being able to get in past this point. I recommend this building regularly to my friends who are looking for more affordable housing and central location with excellent walkability. It's particularly good for 1 person looking to rent as there are lots of studios and bachelors. Hopefully they have the cockroach problem under control now as I have no idea the state of it since I haven't had any issues.Old review:I’ve been living here for half a month and so far, so good! The building manager, Magda, is great. She’s super funny, accommodating, and takes care of the building super well! My suite is dead quiet 94% of the time, and the other 6% there is slight noise but is extremely minor and I am so happy with how quiet it is. :
Adele Roberts: I've lived many places, and I must say this is one of my favourites. The maintenance crew is very quick to resolve any issues that need immediate attention, and the office manager Magdalana is just a gem. I've had zero problems since moving in and i'm excited for the duration of my stay.Side Note: I have no idea what people are complaining about. The elevators don't make any noises... My suite is right next to the elevators and i've never heard a peep.
Ahmed Adel: A nice quiet bulding and neighborhood. The manager Magdelena is a friendly person and the maintenance on the the spot. Highly recommend for families.

Ahmed Elmenoufy: I have been so impressed with Dunedin property from the first impression through moving out.They are very hands-off when it comes to showing properties. I found my apartment online and called the manager for view appointment, then when I showed up, The manager, Magdalena was so nice in explaining everything in details and promised us with some changes. Indeed, when we moved in we found everything was clean and replaced and the apartment looks great.Regarding the manager, you can not imagine how nice she is. She is caring a lot about her tenants and trying to help them at any expense. You are the best manager I had ever dealt before. Thanks for being awesome!.
