Brandon Hogg: Purchased a 2013 Acadia from Chad about 3 weeks ago now, and, while the vehicle did require some repairs, overall the service that Chad provided me, the friendliness of both him and AJ was very welcoming. I know at the end of the day, most employees at car dealerships just want to move inventory, but Chad always returned phone calls, answer questions, and even helped me with setting up financing, which I did not end up needing.I have been a neighbor of the dealership for quite a few years now, and their property is always well maintained and organized. I have never seen vehicles on their lot that should not be sold. A lot of car dealerships that you go by now, have the yards so full that it's like a giant Tetris game to be able to get vehicles out. When the yards are not full it can be off-putting, as you wonder if you can really get to a vehicle you want to look at or test drive. You also see on a lot of other dealerships cars that they are just trying to make a dollar off of, that don't look very good. This is not the case with AJ's lot.

Aman Ahmed: Very less staff. The staff don’t walk up to you and ask what are we looking for. But when I asked for a test drive, they arranged for one and was a great experience with the model X. They could have more staff and more approachable staffs.
Fei Wang: We had some amazing test drive experiences here. And Romar helps us a lot on finding out the car we want. We finally get a model 3. There were some other things happened during the application. Romar was always glad to help and give us many suggestions we need. Stunning service and great experience!
Shil: It was a nice experience, the staff is wonderful and really assist you by all means, we were able to get answers to all our questions. Also, we were looking to test drive the model Y and were able to get one as planned. You also have a key drop box, which is so convenient.

Shea Kane: We had a great experience with pretty much all the staff here at Northgate GMC! My wife and I came in to buy a new vehicle after moving to Edmonton, and had no idea what we wanted to get. We met with Taylor, who walked us through what our needs were, and eventually found us the perfect vehicle. That entire experience went well, so well that when we ended up getting back into the market for another vehicle less than a year later we went back and asked for Taylor again. From there, we again were able to find the perfect car for our new situation. For the financing managers, both Lisa and Ivor were awesome for both of the different vehicles we bought, with each being very friendly and helping us get a solid deal on our newest vehicle as well.

Lindsay Koester: Our experience was great , the team detailed and delivered our vehicle to our home as promised , and was pretty transparent through the process , two small things, the inside drivers door handle was snapped in two just the rubber was holding it together , and the middle console latch was broken , not a huge deal but a little surprising , so next time I will either go in person or specifically ask if there are items that where not fixed. Overall we are happy as we were looking for a 9 seater vehicle abs they are hard to find.

They delt with my less than perfect credit rating and were totally understanding that things happen to everyone.Go there you'll love it! Even if your not a GM fan they have lots there. I personally bought a used mitsubishi. They freshly serviced it and ran it through the mitsubishi dealer for me, to make sure the software recall was done before I went to pick it up.They are one of the few places that realize. Friendlyness, accomidation, honesty and respect is more profitable in the long run.

Reuben Mills: Bought truck from out of town. Neil assisted in getting the truck indypendendentjy checked out at a shop of my choosing. Neil communicated extremely will through the whole process and had all the paperwork completed and ready, no messing around and no silly delays. Truck was as advertised and I'm quite happy with the whole thing.
