Rose Ade: I was admitted here to get rehab treatment and the staff were great especially the therapists: occupational and physio, they are very compassionate and caring. The nurses were kind,The porters were great especially with getting the patients to appointments on time. The doctors are very kind and professional too. Overall this is a great facility with excellent services and staff.Kudos to Kerry, Kaylee, Nurse Diyah, Matt, Eric, Shashi, and Rob for excellent service!except for a few who had personal issues and brought them to work unfortunately but most of them were good and kind. The porters were great at what they do rendering excellent service

cyrene gander: After traumatic spinal surgery my husband and I were concerned about my future and ours, together.Fortunately I was assigned to the Glenrose where I met the most caring, supportive and reassuring contingent of health care professionals, imaginable.I was visited daily by the doctors, physio/occupational therapists as well as the social worker, recreation and psychological teams.To name all of the health care group would mean I could omit someone.So to all of those on 3B - thank you from the bottom of our hearts.God bless each and everyone of you.

Jace Lefler: My medical evaluation was done properly as well as my mobility test done by the therapist. I thought reception were polite and helpfull. Its nice to see that our corporate premiums are being used wisely. Easy access and lots of free parking.
William Cardle: I must admit I was quite pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. I read all of the reviews prior to going and starting my treatment there and afterwards I will say I was very concerned apprehensive about attending anything there. The medical visit was average, however the Physio visit with their OT was great. Zachery and the gold team were a pleasure to meet and work with. Thanks again.

Greg Cook: The building is very nice, good to see where our tax dollars go. I was shocked that the facility is sitting basically empty, you can hear crickets. I actually had to sit in an examination room with no clothes on and the door wide open, glad I'm not shy. UPDATE: I went for my 2 year assessment recently and huge difference, the facility is being used again, the physician and OT were pleasant and professional. This new experience has been like night and day...thank you!

General Public please understand that they can only have scope of what is provided and are forced to always add liability elements. The file coming in, is directly from claims management. How it is sent matters, the liability signalling to next level groups is customary in the protocol outlined by WCB Directors & good buddies Alberta leadership. Again purple team nice job. Shayne Lawson: I just found the chip from a dear friend Lawrence Gabriel he went thru Henwood in 1988. and stayed sober, I met him in a AA group 16 years ago, he introduced me to Jesus and I am as well sober now. Great Job Henwood Lawrence carried the message forward and offered hope to another struggling soul..thank you Jesus!

Darryl Reece: The best place for detoxing. They treat you like with the best respect I know of! The food is super awesome! They understand everything about addiction and recovery. Unbelievable!!!
Shawn Dion: that treats clients like garbage. Giving me advice as if she was a doctor when I don't even think she was a registered nurse. Food is edible, 90% of the staff are awesome. Just a few older females that need a job change. I'll be looking into that further.
Leah Picachy: I came to this place after 8 years of heavy drinking, and 2 years of drinking non stop everyday. Multiple times I thought I was going to die. In the end I was having multiple panic attacks a day from the withdrawals and did not think I would ever feel normal again. I didn't see any hope as I didn't have any money left for even my alcohol, let alone a treatment centre. I came here and went in within an hour was given medications to help with the withdrawals, and my first night I slept better than I did in years. In my 5 days there I learned so much and was given a free shelter, food, caring and amazing nurses and everything I needed to survive. Everything I needed and more than I had at home in my addiction. I am proud to say I am a little over 2 months sober now and have my life back. I still work daily to stay sober, but I couldn't have done it without this place. It is amazing and saved my life.
Don Dubby: There's this little old lady who made me fold towels. She also made me make fun of a co-worker of hers who had tattoos. It was hilarious. The staff are great....especially that old one...I think her name is Paula, no paulette! She also helped "convince" me to attend the groups that were offered and I ended up learning a ton! Thanks to all the staff who work so hard to help people. What a fantastic place!
Rob: Great place! all staff where absolutely wonderful! however there was one CNA on my last day that wasn’t very pleasant. she would talk and treat patients more like inmates than addicts that need help,her social skills definitely need improvement. other than that great atmosphere, and now Im on my way to Henwood to continuemy addiction treatment. thanks again to staff on helping with all necessary paperwork. you need to be patient though they only had one counselor for 40 people , because the government is to cheap to pay them for weekends and holidays. I recommend this place to everyone.
Cody Collingwood: Clint, the nurses and other staff are amazing and inspiring! Food was better than I eat at home gained 6 pounds in my 5 days there. Anyone hesitate for recovery this is the place to start !
