sim s: Partake, located on High Street in Oliver looked like a great date spot. Great ambience inside. This place is very small inside and has 3 bistro tables that can seat 2 each and two booths that can seat about 6 each. I went there mainly because of the location and also to try out their drinks and food. The drinks were delicious but I was disappointed in the food. The portion sizes were tiny. The deviled egg was delicious but the French onion soup was so salty it was barely edible. Maybe it was an off day, I would go back and try other items on the menu maybe.
Tammy W: The seafood bouillabaisse was ok. Reminded me a bit of a Chinese stir fry with seafood. I enjoyed the cabbage with the sausage and the micro greens are always a nice touch! My favourite part was perhaps the garlicky butter with the escargots. Be careful while slicing the bread because it’s quite “chewy”. Caution splashing that blazing hot & delicious butter. The French onion soup is good but a tad salty for me. But I’d still get it again. The cured salmon was ok - I personally wasn’t a fan as I usually prefer smoked salmon.Would come back for the vibes but maybe for a drink + snack as opposed to a full meal.
Patricia Robichaud: Whoever designed the cocktails at Partake is an unsung hero. The list is small but mighty - all you have to do is list a few flavors you like and the servers do a great job of recommending an expertly crafted cocktail you're sure to enjoy.The food is also delicious! I would recommend coming here for cocktails and a few appies - don't pass up the deviled eggs!
Ryan Mior: Went here tonight for the first time and it won’t be the last.1. Cocktails were amazing. A ton of depth in flavour and impeccably balanced. Crazy thing is that at 14/15$ a cocktail it’s cheaper than my local dive bar cocktails.2. Meat and cheese board was bonkers. Some of the best combos I’ve ever had and you could taste the freshness.3. We had a bunch of mains. Too many to list but they were all unreal. Fish, duck, soup , and breads. All absolutely delicious.4. Dessert was also unreal. Smooth as silk crème broke and Bavarian cream with subtle flavours of passion fruit.5. Service was the kicker. All servers jumped in as needed and Cyrile was there showing us his craft. Being small keeps a very lovely atmosphere and makes you feel like you have other friends for dinner but it’s so private and well appointed.The food here is not to be missed. The decor and furniture is stunning.The food is absolutely phenomenal and the staff are friendly and personable. Only complaint is that I was given the wrong drink, but they did not replace my drink for the correct one, nor did the comp the incorrect one.But overall, I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We were greeted right away and chose seats at the bar, Reid was working behind the bar this night and was the ultimate guide for our tastebuds both for drinks options but food aswell.I think we ended up trying three quarters of the menu and collectively agreed everything was 5/5Special highlights to the French onion soup, Brussel sprouts, and the beef tar tar. I G: Finally, a server that was amazing at her job. It has been years since I had true good service in a restaurant. She was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Food was delicious, although I would expect more than 2 tiny potatoes with my $80 steak... but the steaks were exceptional. Great wine list and pairing options. Definitely not a place for everyday dining as it is pricey, but we were there for a special occasion, and it was perfect. P.S. they don't have gingerale 😄Kid-friendliness: We were there with our 2 year old. They were very accommodating. Ours eats what we eat, so can't comment on the kids' menu. Connie Thompson: A late lunch on a chilly day. Warm welcome, quick service, and attentive staff. I chose the short rib cornetto with side salad. The salad was fresh and the dressing a beautiful vinaigrette. The cornetto was absolutely superb with melt in your mouth beef, a beautiful salsa verde, and the perfect amount of melted cheese. Thank you Kindred for warming this cold day!

R Failing: Game night. The place was quiet when we arrived 3 hours prior to puck drop, but was quite busy and bustling when we left 2 hours later. Food was delicious. Tyler, our server, was fantastic! A little on the pricey side and they didn't have any drink specials on which was disappointing as their drinks are fairly expensive. But other than that, it was a great experience with the absolute best location to Roger's to grab a bite to eat before a game.
JR: This is a lovely place to spend time on a weekend, pre-game, or anytime; lots of light entering the restaurant, it has a nice view of the ICE plaza, and the menu has more of an Italian fusion which is nice and different from what you find in other restaurants in the plaza. Servers and hostess were friendly and professional. The server was meticulous in table etiquette, lining up glasses and plates. The atmosphere was still very relaxed and casual. Highly recommend! N. Ma: .The space is beautiful, comfortable, and casual. For better or worse, it lacks the over-the-top, stereotypical Tiki adornments: fronds, grass skirts, wooden masks, tribal patterns, and parrots. I prefer the modern layout, abundance of natural light, and natural touches.Keeping in mind the Tiki style drinks, the beverages were good! Don't come expecting fancy cocktails with incredible depth. I enjoy those too, and you can find that all within the same ground level of the Marriott at their lounge bar or at Braven. I consider Kindred's Tiki offerings slightly elevated, with less reliance on rum, and a better variety of quaky base spirits, but still on theme in terms of tropical, easy drinking flavour. Bring a group to marvel and share at their impressive drink bowls!The only thing I think could be improved is how the food is priced. I get it's the Marriott in the ICE District. However, fine pricey food doesn't fit the fun, casual, Tiki drink theme. You can already order some really well made food at Braven and the lounge bar, so I believe Kindred should exist as the more relaxed, better priced option. Look, I'm not saying cheap, you can see from my photos there's quality and considered presentation here! Very simply: if their eats were more reasonably priced, Kindred could really carve out its own niche!

Kay Liew: Nice little place to get a good poutine. Note there is limited seating area, and in the summer there are some tables outside. For there are only a couple of tables and is a very cozy space. There are a number different variations to choose from and I feel they are all wonderful! There are also vegan and gluten free options as well, which makes it a nice place for folks with dietary concerns. The staff are always lovely and friendly and very helpful when it comes to trying to figure out the right poutine for you!Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.Parking: Difficult to find parking on a busy evening or weekday. Thomas Stahlke: Earl's has some of the best happy hour specials. Many other places have an item or two on special each night of the week, but Earl's has a happy hour menu with a wide variety of items to choose from, including drinks and appetizers. Earl's also has a classy and cozy environment, and the downtown location has a fantastic patio too! One of my favorites for a casual evening out! That being said, the prices for everything have become exorbitant which makes for a costly evening.
Bobby B: Earls has always been a new years tradition for us and a dine in every here and there.Dynamite role is not bad, truffle fries are good, crab cake is fine, I think the stand out has to be the spinach dip. Quite rich,creamy and tasty.For being a chain restaraunt it's not bad.

Zuzanna Cendrowska: Overall, I rate the restaurant very good. However, the flavor of the pasta was not Italian enough and too American. The sauces are too sweet. The burrata is also too sweet. Delicious calamari. Carpaccio also very tasty. Huge portions. We were unable to eat two pasta dishes in 3 people. Nice service. The lady waitress tried very hard to help as we asked for only a fan because they were too cold for us.

Coffee Carl: Celebrating my wife’s birthday with our daughter last night was amazing!We travelled to Edmonton for an over night birthday get away and found Bianco last minute, made a reservation, and boom! What an amazing experience.The service was friendly and consistent always making sure we had what we needed and not going without.The atmosphere was lively, well lit, energy was great, and we loved the decor/style.The kitchen was throwing down great food to everyone from where we were sitting everything looked outstanding. We had two appies, the calamari and burata were amazing! Great flavour and portion. For entrees we had the squid ink linguine and chicken/wild mushroom pasta dishes and oh my gawd haha sooo good!! It’s been a while since we gave Italian cuisine a chance and this place has put it back on the map for us definitely.Please treat yourself and family or loved ones to a beautiful meal and night out, I assure you Bianco will not disappoint.

Роман Букатюк: The owner is very friendly and helpful. The interior is cozy, there are beautiful paintings of Eritrea or Ethiopia in the hall. The food is authentic. It is specific and not for everyone. From the outside the building looks bad. It was raining that day and the walkway was all puddle, so my legs were all wet. We ordered kitfo to go, but were a little bit afraid to eat this dish with raw meat, so fried the meat. Was not bad. Dominic Sultan: Kb&co downtown location on 104 Street is a great establishment to grab some plant based food, treats and drinks.The atmosphere is relaxed and the customer service is excellent. On top of that the whole establishment is very clean as well.I usually visit this location once a week and never had a bad experience with the food or the staff. It's a nice change from trying to deal with the regular coffee shop chaos from bigger chains. If you're looking for a great place to get some plant based food and treats that has a chill vibe chek out Kb&co!Vegetarian options: All the cusine and drinks are plant based here.

The staff here are so lovely and very friendly, also extremely accommodating/knowledgeable for allergies. The food is sooo flavourful and consistent - I remember having the BLT sandwich years ago and it’s just like I remember. I also has an Americano with Oat milk and it was extremely good / I wish I knew what beans they use!! The water provided is so thirst quenching and delicious. This is a vegan’s haven!! 🌞💕

Lance Cardinal: Absolutely one of the best steakhouses in Edmonton to eat at. The grilled scallops are an incredible appetizer and any of the stakes are beautifully made on an open flame right in front of your eyes. The atmosphere is elegant and romantic and right in the heart of the ice District. Perfect place for a birthday or special occasion or even a place to go after an amazing Oilers hockey game!
Asmir Grozdanic: Me and my cousins our first time coming here, we had a new servers who started I believe her name was Rhilene I could have just butcher the name wrong I'm truly sorry, she was great and everything, our food did take a bit longer to come by and I did respect a lot from the server and manager coming up to us and explaining about it, but we weren't even mad at all, the food was outstanding, sure its pricy but what do you expect all meats in any steakhouse have gone up due to inflation so resurants have to survive and do the best they can, we really enjoyed the food, and the manager checked on us and apologized, but we assured him that everything still was amazing, he didn't have to give us a 10% discount or the free dessert as not every place can be perfect but we appreciated the give back we got for the small mistake, the banana split sundae was amazing, we will forsure be back and I do appreciate everyone their for their hard work and dedication to the business. 💙

She was very attentive and friendly without being bothersome and always made sure we were well taken care of. The other servers were all very helpful in serving and helping clean our table. The manager came by a couple times to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. My husband had a steak and I had the salmon, both were absolutely delicious. Also highly recommend the pull apart bread as an appetizer and definitely the cheesecake for dessert! Thanks again to Deborah and everyone for a great experience!

Chanelle Roussel: We were recommended this place by a friend of mine. We walked in ans they opened and it was empty and they said they were full but could accomodate us at the bar. Both my partner and I found it excellent. The service was great, ambiance was calm and the food was delicious. The flavors were great. We had the soup to start… I believe it was a mushroom soup but can’t remember it was a couple weeks ago, the gnocchi and the chicken and we all loved it. Had no more room for dessert. We expected smaller portion so we ordered a lot but the portion were also very generous for the amount we paid. The soup was honestly to die for. Wish I had room for dessert! Will be back!

Vanessa Torres: We really enjoyed our pre-Valentine’s day dinner at Bundok, and tried a variety of dishes on the menu. Service was attentive, vibe was cozy and romantic, and all the dishes were good - though nothing blew us away. All in all, a great option for a special occasion!

Brad Anderson: Had the pleasure of taking my beautiful girl and her three children for dinner on Saturday, Aug. 17. Morgan was our server and was very proper, professional, and friendly.We ordered: caesar salads for everyone, the large seafood tower, the tomahawk ribeye, 16oz bone in tenderloin, mushrooms, asparagus, french fries, and the potatoes au gratin.Everything was exceptional, and the steaks were a beautiful medium rare and paired it with the Baker cabernet. The pacing of the meal was perfect, I do not like feeling rushed.For desserts, we shared the banana cream pie, key lime pie, cheesecake, and the creme brule, which were all great....that banana cream pie is exceptionally incredibleEverything was spot on.Thank you to all the staff, the nice gentlemen who filled our water, Morgan, and the kitchen for a memorable evening.

I ordered a 16oz medium rare rib eye, and it was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and bursting with flavour. The garlic bread we ordered was incredibly delicious, even though it may have been a tad bit oilier than expected. But who can resist indulging in some comforting and delectable garlic bread, right? 😄Our server, Tyler, truly added to the wonderful experience. His knowledge and warmth in service were commendable. Tyler recommended a local brew beer that had this delightful citrus note to it – a fantastic choice, as I thoroughly enjoyed the drink.As a delightful surprise, they treated me to a Crème Brûlée, which was an absolute treat and generously portioned enough to share between two. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special.From the delicious food to the attentive service, our time at Ruth's was truly memorable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to others, and my wife and I are already looking forward to returning for another fantastic dining experience. Dustin Weinbrecht: Ruth Chris is one my favorite steakhouses anywhere. This particular location is in downtown Edmonton. Great choice for a date night, and a phenomenal steak. Ambiance, service and food are all really good. Not cheap, but worth the cost imo. The lobster bisque phenomenal and the shrimp appetizer is excellent. That said, for a Ruth Chris the steak was not quiet as good as what I’m used to but still solid.
Kaitlyn M: Amazing food and service!! We came in with no reservation and we sat in the bar side which was really beautiful. It was busy and I believe it was actually the manager Jen?? who served us and she made us feel welcomed and took us through the menu and even bought us desert for my partner’s birthday! The food was unbelievable especially the lamb and the mac and cheese with lobster on top. I’m going to bring my mom for her birthday. A really cool experience here and I understand the hype.
Sheryl McGuire: 40 oz porterhouse and sweet potato casserole. We really appreciated that the steak stayed hot due to their unique methods of serving it. It was extremely tender. The casserole too was very delicious. Dessert was the Banana Cream Pie and it was awesome! We are glad to have been to Ruth Chris!!

Shayla Skare: and all the wait staff was phenomenal. We ordered the tomahawk steak and it was delicious and the waitress wrapped the bone in a to go container so I can take it home to my dogs. I have 5 dogs and they've all had their share of it and after a month of having it, it still disappears then reappears making the dogs happy.
