Really great escape from the harsh Edmonton winters - had an absolute blast! Booked the salt room and sauna session for the whole family - the owners were very attentive and helpful and the facilities are top notch. I’ve had a problem with fluid on my lung, and at the first sign of pain, I jump in the sauna for about 45 min. The next day I feel great – no sign of pain. I have bursitis in my left knee and can’t remember the last time I felt it. I LOVE MY BLACKSTONE SAUNA.
