Oleksandr Povalchuk: I've been living in this apartment in Edmonton since July, and I thought it's about time to share my thoughts on this lovely place.First and foremost, the location is a major highlight. This apartment is right in the heart of Edmonton, and you can't beat the convenience. Within walking distance, you'll find restaurants, shops, theaters, and all the amenities you could possibly need. The central location also means an easy commute to work and quick access to public transportation.The apartment complex itself is well-maintained and secure. The property management team is responsive and takes care of any maintenance requests promptly. It's evident they care about the well-being of the residents.As for the apartment unit, it's cozy and well-designed. The layout makes efficient use of space, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is modern, and the appliances are in good condition.In conclusion, living in this apartment in Edmonton has been a positive experience overall. The location, security, amenities, and responsive management make it a great place to call home. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient downtown living.
Harsh Singh: One of the better places to live in Edmonton Downtown. It has indoor pool and gym. Also, I like the management here. I just had a small bump of moisture in one of the drywall and after informing the management they just fixed it the very next day. The location is great, right next to river valley and my office. Overall, pretty good place to stay.
Leigha Reid: I LOVE living here 😊 My main concern with living downtown was safety but there’s so many kind and caring staff on site and enhanced security that I feel very safe. I was also concerned with the elevator wait times due to the building having so many tenants but it’s so quick! I’ve never had to wait more than a minute.It’s also shockingly quiet for how many people live here.Amazing building!
lakshita malhotra: Edmonton house community is very welcoming. Rent is fairly priced and you get all the amenities along with the apartment- Gym, Swimming pool, Lounge. Apart from that, they also offer yoga classes yo the residents. The concierge is really helpful in getting things done.

Very convenient location of the building, near transit centers on the LRT, as well as bus stops, everything is great!

tony blais: Yorke House is an excellent apartment building in the Oliver area, especially for someone who has a big dog. The place is very clean, there are spacious suites with plenty of storage space and there are on-site management staff who are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Vasyl Radionov: I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with management of York House and Lancaster House. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response and assistance. Whether it was changing light bulbs, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I strongly recommend their properties to those who are looking for great comfortable accommodation!

They don't bother you with the size of your dog and the people working here is super nice!The contract was really easy to follow and they helped us trough the process.The building is always clean, they keep improving things all the time, and the amenities are great. Also, the location is perfect!If you're looking a pet friendly community, here is your place!

New in Edmonton and used with Vancouver standards , I was so pleasant surprised. I highly recommend this building, very hard to rent such a high quality place in downtown Edmonton.
Eric Myers: I had such a great time living at York House. So many great things to say about this place. The location is excellent! You’re close to downtown and 114 street is pretty quiet. Views are phenomenal and the elevators come quickly. Staff are terrific and you have a ton of autonomy and privacy here. There’s a few disruptions with the hot water every now and then but outside of that there have been no issues with the building or my suite.
Moise Dodard: They maintain the property so well. The management team is awesome, they really provide the comfort experience. If you had any issue with your suite they action it right away and they keep you up to date. Our Agent Saad, I can't thank him enough. If you are looking an apartment I would recommend Minto Apartment.

Kelsey: Update, I have now been here 10 months, with minor problems as any person would have, I am as happy as could be. Thank you Chantal for the times I've needed you and seeing you around followed by a chat!!I am so excited to be moving into my new home!! Affordable, clean and friendly. The new manager was super friendly and was very helpful when I was looking for a place to call home, not a place to live.
Laughlin Kurucz: I currently live at 100 House. There was a change in management since I have moved, the transition was seamless.Chantal, the new property manager, has been nothing but exceptional for me to deal with.I work in Northern BC and any issue that I have had has been dealt with promptly and cordially over the phone with Chantal, who was always more than willing to help.It is a beautiful, quiet, clean and very secure building to live in.Overall my experience here has been exceptional and I would recommend living here to anyone.
Karan Nagra: Changing my review back to 5 stars after they FINALLY fixed the issue regarding the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, every night, for nearly 2 weeks.Suites are clean and modern, key fob entry + working buzzer, and the gym is easily the best "apartment gym" there could be, with an actual rack + barbell + pulley machines.The new site manager Chantal appears to be settled in and is quick at responding to complaints & requests

Cody Sisler: Lived here for almost 2 years, never had an issue minus a couple things in my suite that needed maintenance. The real plus of living here wasn't the wonderful, safe, quiet location downtown, or the beautiful spacious condos, the AC, the modern appliances, or the buildings amenities. It was the attentiveness and unmatched work ethic of the building manger Chris. Not only would he respond quickly and friendly to whatever needs you had, he made everything a pleasurable experience, took your needs above his, and did it all with a smile and while cracking jokes. This guy deserves a raise for the amount of work he does to keep his tenants happy and im sure you can read about it in all the other reviews too. Stand up guy!

henry martins: Excellent place, very modern, beautiful,and was always well kept. I had no issues, and my dog loved it there , also the tenants all have great respect for one another. Lots of storage, large rooms, and the newly built balcony are splendid. It was always nice to call it home .. Sadly, knowing I am leaving for a different city, I will miss the Lancaster apartment building.They were of good memories.
Ambriella Aucoin: The renting process for the Minto properties is super quick and easy. I got approved and was able to move in 2 days after I requested the suite. The building and sales managers were excellent to work with and were very fast at responding to my emails regarding any questions or concerns I had. My suite was newly renovated with new appliances and was a great place to live for the time I needed it for. I had to leave before the end of the lease and was easily able to transfer the lease to a new person. I would definitely recommend the Minto properties for anyone who is looking to rent an apartment!

ARUN ALPHONSE SUNNY: They also support residents in need with weekly food hampers which is super useful during these times of inflation.The only difficulties are the narrow corridors on the ground floor when you move in/out and the super heavy spring doors which are a hassle when your hands are full with grocery and also while moving in/out.

Mario Orellana: After 3 years at Secord House, my partner and I have said our farewell to the amazing neighbors/friends we left and the friendly staff. Leanne, assistant residents manager, is an amazing person and we would recommend Secord House to any looking for a nice community to live in Edmonton.

kimberly snider: I moved in nine months ago and when Leanne told me my new lease was ready I didn't hesitate to sign for another year. I love my suite but what really makes this building special is the management and the other residents. Leanne and Corey keep the building spotless and are always there to greet you with a smile, and treat if you're a dog AND they put on a Holiday party to add to the sense of community in the building!
Max Hines: The Secord House was one of the most welcoming experiences I've ever had while looking for an apartment. Leanne was a wonderful help in making my decision to live here. The process was stress free, moving in was easy, and so far I love everything about this location and the building. Definitely feels like home!

Leanne who recently returned to the building with her staff is fabulous. She is very friendly and welcoming!! Also have to mention Corey our maintenance person. He is a very polite and respectful young gentleman. He keeps the building extremely clean. This time of year this can be difficult but he keeps everything spotless! The two of them make this building a great place to call home! The other tenants are also very friendly and we are so happy to be residents of this great building here in Edmonton!!

Everything in my suite worked perfectly upon moving in, and no maintenance was required during my stay. I would highly recommend this building.

The building is exceptionally clean, the apartment is spacious and all the design choices are really thoughtful and tasteful. Everyone, including the tenants are very helpful and friendly. My suite was recently renovated when we moved in, and we had a dream kitchen with an island and a unit facing the Muttart pyramids with lots of privacy. It tended to get noisy during the summer months if you were facing 105 Street, but the convenience of living downtown made up for it! It was a joy living in a pet-friendly bulding, which we were transitioning to non-smoking. Any requests for maintenance or concerns were always promptly addressed and I felt very safe and supported there. Leanne, Nancy and Jarvis, as well as Suzanne and Guy previously, have been wonderful resident managers/maintenance staff. During the pandemic, I really missed the amazing events organized by Real Star to promote integration among neighbours and staff. Hope you are able to offer them again really soon when it's safe. Thank you for making our experience at Secord a great one!
