Derek Walsh: Bought our Smokercraft here. Sales person was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. Their in-house finance was amazing and able to work with us through many options. Great selection of accessories! Parts have been very helpful with all my inquiries and have always stocked what I needed. Their new location is laid out well and provides lots of indoor viewing of inventory. We will definitely buy here again.

jill k: . Once again we have issues and were told by management "3 week wait" - She was super unhelpful and not very sympathetic to the issues we are having. If we wait the 3 weeks our summer using the boat is basically gone, there needs to be better service for issues like this, not our fault at all we did everything Shipwreck told us to do, we clearly have a lemon of a motor. We are now taking this to another location as dealing with the poor service is enough. Will NEVER buy a boat from here again.

Leonard Swanson: I am so impressed with the quality of the Lightening 14 kayak kit from Boatcraft. Throughout the build they gave me great advice and assistance and as a result I have a beautiful kayak that is a dream on the water. They also provide additional supplies if you need them at costs that are very low which is really nice when you need those few extra things to get through your project. I subsequently purchased a new Delta kayak for my wife, also great quality. They seem to only carry high-quality items and the staff are very knowledgable.
