Amy Landsman: We would highly recommend Ecoline. Our project manager Vitaliy has been wonderful to work with very patient with us and answered any and all questions we had. We were also very happy to find out that Ecoline was working with Costco which is one of the reasons we are going with them. As Costco members we get an added benefit of a 10% Costco Shop card when going through Costco. We were also told if we had a Costco Mastercard we would also get an additional 2% off.

He didn't mind coming back a second time to our home to re explain the Government Grant and went over our estimate again. Carlos put a rush on the installer for final measurement before we left on holidays, So far, very happy with Eco Line - will review again when we get our windows installed.
Shirley Andrews Kohn: After 3 estimates for 5 window replacements, we decided to go with Ecoline Edmonton. The salesperson was very patient with his presentation and thoughout explained the entire installation. When the installers came they were very efficient and respectful to not damage or dirty our home. The 2 men were on time and took about 5 hours to remove our old windows, install our new windows and clean up.I did notice a very tiny defect on one pane of glass but that pane was replaced with a minimum of hassle. I will use this company again.

I had 17 windows replaced in my house and although that’s a hefty number, Hugo V. was there for me through it all. He was accommodating to my changes and validated my concerns. My windows now look beautiful!! The installation process was a breeze too. The installers were friendly and they knew what they were doing!!!
Fred Hauf: We had 22 windows replaced. The quote process was straight forward and pricing was reasonable. They did the job in 3 days. The installers were professional and the attention to detail was very good. I was especially pleased that the window trim aluminum capping was left in place with new caulking - other window companies said that this would have to be removed and replaced. Cleanup was also good although it would have been nice if the old windows could be taken away at the end of each day rather than all of them at the end of the job. All in all I am very satisfied. Looking forward to -30°C now.

Niall McKenna: I've deleted an older review in place for this newer one based on my experience today. The lock handle on one of my windows broke, so I went in for help. They gave me a new handle and easy demo on how to install it. I fixed it within five minutes. No charge. Very happy. I recommend going in to see the team if you need warranty service as they are great to deal with in person. Too bad about the negative experiences posted elsewhere and I hope they can get resolved.
Lonni Jack: Needed some warranty work done on glass that was sub standard. Owner explained why and owned the the problem. Given demand each year they penciled me in for replacement glass and I am very happy with the technician and overall service. . Over all I am happy. Patience and communication is the key. Jay McCallum: and replace it with ridiculously expensive doors, Rick from Qualiglass came up with a cheaper option.We simply replaced the door "slab" itself and the sidelights with fibreglass panels and beautiful privacy glass.A much cheaper and easier option. It looks great and our house is now full of light!Some minor errors; the hole in the new door slab for the door handle was cut higher by one inch and our interior wall was dented during the operation - No worries, they adjusted the door lock and we're painting anyway!Great work.

Two of the 8 windows are 42" x 108" and both were installed without any issues, very clean, and all 8 windows done in 1 day. Customer service is top notch. Prices are very reasonable with many options to choose from. We applied for the Canada Greener Homes program after the install and had no problems on receiving a rebate. We've used Greefox in the past and will again for the next stage of window replacements.
