A Davis: I enjoyed my meal so much that I looked at photos of it online for days afterwards. Incredible. Dessert was also noteworthy. The chill ambience only added to the amazing experience. I look forward to returning to Corso32 post-pandemic.

Who new that would go amazing together . I highly recommend this place waitress and waiter were very knowledgeable and welcoming . I recommend looking up the menu before you dine at corso32 the menu is all Italian and itโs hard to understand what is what without asking the waitress โwhatโs is this or what is that I asked so many questions because I didnโt know what is what but overall it was good options. Uccellino is a MUST try in Edmonton.Every dish, appetizer and dessert is carefully made with intricate flavors.We had the waygu carpaccio, aranchini, sablefish and strip loin.Everything was delicious and bursting with flavor.The one and only complaint I had is our server brought an alcoholic beverage to my 5 years sober boyfriend :(We had made sure to stress no alcohol.When we asked her what was in it and told her it not only smelled of champagne but also tasted bitter she said it may be the pelligrino.A few minutes later she came back and apologized refusely. She said the alcohol and non alcohol buttons were side by side and she made a mistake. She replaced the drink and took it off the bill.That did taint our evening, but we understood that mistakes happen.That won't stop us from coming back again, we'll just be more careful with what virgin drinks we order.

One minor quibble is the low lighting - reading the menu was a challenge. As well - kudos to the serving staff, who were all absolutely top-notch. Can't wait to come back the next time I'm in town!

Really everything I've had is great. The service has always been prompt and friendly and the atmosphere is perfect, a mix between fine dinning and casual vibe, just as they state. Nice casual patio with some great sunset views. Will be back again soon!

Jan Maslyk: Stopped in for lunch with a friend and was very impressed with the Chili Lime Chicken Panini and the Ravioli& Prawns with house made roasted butternut squash ravioli. The sandwich was really tasty and we polished it off with pleasure. The ravioli filling was excellent and the sauce was creamy and delectable. Service was very pleasant and helpful. All in all a great little place with excellent Italian food!

Rene Carlos: I love this place have gone with delivery and takeout mostly due to having a toddler- however the menu is curated perfectly; I typically get the bruschetta which is absolutely addicting as well as the spaghetti polpette. the ground beef lasagna with the mushroom bechemel is fantastic. My son goes bananas over the polpette- and the tiramisu is my absolute favourite dessert in Edmonton. This place is special and I hope they are in business for a long long time.

Zuzanna Cendrowska: Overall, I rate the restaurant very good. However, the flavor of the pasta was not Italian enough and too American. The sauces are too sweet. The burrata is also too sweet. Delicious calamari. Carpaccio also very tasty. Huge portions. We were unable to eat two pasta dishes in 3 people. Nice service. The lady waitress tried very hard to help as we asked for only a fan because they were too cold for us.

What an amazing experience.The service was friendly and consistent always making sure we had what we needed and not going without.The atmosphere was lively, well lit, energy was great, and we loved the decor/style.The kitchen was throwing down great food to everyone from where we were sitting everything looked outstanding. We had two appies, the calamari and burata were amazing! Great flavour and portion. For entrees we had the squid ink linguine and chicken/wild mushroom pasta dishes and oh my gawd haha sooo good!! Came across this place and the food here was PHENOMENAL! The ricotta dip with pizza bread, 10/10. The butternut squash ravioli I had was easily one of the best thing Iโve ever eaten! My husband had a special, I canโt quite remember what it was but it was a dish with egg noodles and tenderloin I think. He absolutely loved it.Needless to say, Iโm glad we went out of our comfort zone and discovered this gem. We will 100% be back!

Our server Martin was outstanding. He was warm friendly conscientious and accurate. The food was excellent and was only outdone by the service. Elizabeth Christie: Accommodated 12 of us for supper with little notice. Our family had all come together for a funeral earlier that day and it was also my aunt's birthday. We had big feelings, lots of food. Our server Martin was so lovely, accommodating, had a sense of humor, exactly what we needed. He managed all our orders without any mistakes and kept the service running efficiently without us ever feeling rushed. It was a hard day, but he made it a little brighter. Also the food was so good! I had a steak salad. And my negroni cocktail was nicely mixed.

ginga_ninja_1_6: Marvin was fantastic, very friendly and bubbly. Great customer service goes a long way and I tip well because of it. Food was hot, fresh and fantastic. They had our wine that we have had trouble finding which was awesome. When we couldn't finish the bottle, Marvin sealed it in a drive safe bag so we could transport the rest home. 10/10 experience. Elly: Rely on google reviews, we found this place on our short visit to Edmonton. Food was delicious, definitely will come back again if we have a chance. Perfectly seasoned, not shy with ingredients and seafood, the price is quite reasonable as well. Service was good also.Highly recommend this place.

Amy Boldt: Boyfriend and I had lunch here and it was hands down the best meal we've ever had. Everything was seasoned perfectly and super fresh, salmon pasta was amazing. Highly reccomend, service was also very attentive. Great bang for your buck, wasn't overpriced.
