Ramy M.: The Home2 has been my second home on and off in the past 2 months because of my work. I have to say that service is absolutely beyond expectation and the staff pays special attention to my needs. Shout out to Paul who's always very attentive to details and always ready to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable ! The kitchenette which includes a fridge, microwave and dishwasher are really practical and I'm able to buy and make my own healthy food. They recently updated the Gym with a Peloton Bike ! Gym is always clean.Pool looks fun although I never swam yet. There's always families and kids in it.Would definitely recommend this hotel !

She was very patient, took the time to listen to our concerns, paid attention to detail. The city was indeed sold out, and to our concern, we thought we would have no place to stay. I have been familiar with this hotel for years and thought I would give it a shot. I was traveling with my mother who is a senior. She exceeded our expectations with her superior customer service skills, her kindness and empathy. She was so kind, and we truly appreciate her efforts for taking the initiative to go above and beyond for us. Our stay was perfect. The room was clean, air conditioning worked great. Sumit Bajwa: Outstanding Performance! By the receptionist and the housekeepers. The employees will go above and beyond ur expectations. How they greet you, the way everything was explained by the receptionist and the extraordinary service provided by the housekeepers. The rooms were pretty nice, smelled like a nice little house, every inch of the room was tidy. I needed couple of things so I called the front desk and within a minute I had a housekeeper knocking on my door. Basically the atmosphere of the hotel was very positive, very happy employees which made the experience very pleasant.

Catherine Keum: The front desk lady who helped me check out in the morning of Jul 29th has been so pleasant and kind. She actually said “hi, how are you?” and was pleasant to interact with. I commend her professionalism in her work.Check-in on the evening of Jul 28th was not as pleasant with the ladies being less experienced perhaps, not greeting properly and taking a long time. The room is clean, but a bit outdated. Some parts of the bed sinks due to usage. But overall, the lady who helped me check-out was so pleasant that it outweighs most of the downsides and left a good impression overall.

Sam Fortune: After a bad experience with a hotel down the street we booked here very last minute. We showed up 15 mins after booking and the lady at the front desk was very nice and even gave us a free upgrade to have a room further away from the construction starting the following morning. The room was nice and very clean. The housekeeping staff were also really nice and did a great job. There is plenty of parking and a good continental breakfast. The hotel it’s self is slightly dated but well maintained. It was also nice having a separate entrance although the key card scanner didn’t work a few times. Next time I am in Edmonton I will definitely be booking again!

High Tide: This hotel is extremely close to West Edmonton Mall which is the main reason why I stayed here on my trip. It has great rooms and is pet friendly. The breakfast they made in the morning was awesome making me want to stay there again. Martha Wiebe: UPDATE AND ADDED NOTE: September 3/2023…this hotel continues to amaze me. The breakfast has alllll the things!!! Including a yogurt bar…you gotta stay here.We stayed at Staybridge Suites West Edmonton this past weekend and we have found our new home away from home. The service was from check in to check out was wonderful. The rooms were quiet and when we asked for more towels we were always greeted with nothing but the best and happiest faces. The location is also so great! Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. Breakfast is included and every room is spacious, and very clean. Each room comes with a full kitchen INCLUDING a dishwasher. Its totally bomb. And the rate was very reasonable in this day and age where it is hard to get a room for under $200/night. We stayed here as a couple as we came for the Luke Combs concert, but i will be staying here with my entire family the next time i visit Edmonton. Guaranteed.

They have all toiletries except facial wash. So, you'll want to bring face cleanser.Third, the Free complimentary breakfast has everything you can imagine.Sausage, Mexican egg burrito looking tacos and hot sauce, fresh waffles you can make, cereal, yogurt with a big variety of fresh fruits and oats, fresh hard boiled eggs, cubed potatoes, breads and bagels, banana breads and muffins, cream cheese, fresh apples and oranges, coffee and non caffeine as well, hot water for tea, milk, a variety of juices.Now that's a big big complimentary breakfast with Great Service with tables to sit at and enjoy the morning.Pool, workout room and free laundry service ... just bring your soap.One night stay and will most definitely come back.Thank you for your Great Service and this review was worth my time. 😃

Hiroshan Gunawardane: Great hotel, great staff. They have a pool and a gym. Free breakfast and Monday to Wednesday evening social from 5 to 7pm. The social event will give you one beer/wine ticket with unlimited snacks. Spent 11days, their free laundry helped to travel light. The location is very convenient for buses and other transport. Not very far from the West Edmonton Mall, which is the world second largest mall. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and fast food outlets. A great place if you plan for a longer stay.

Linzi Hargraves: This is one of the nicest and best ran hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was extremely clean, the pool area was in working order and well stocked with towels, breakfast was very good and again extremely clean. We stayed here for four days as a result of our RV breaking down and the staff was extremely understanding and asked after us how things were going. They truly seemed to care and did an amazing job! Sara Shaw: in the eggs or potatoes. And they were generally cold. Location is easy walking distance to other restaurants for other meal options. As a whole I would recommend this hotel as a family-friendly location and would feel comfortable staying there again.

Arzana I: Fantastic hotel!!! So beautiful inside and out. Clean fresh smelling hallways. Rooms and bathrooms are large, airy and spotless. The staff was so friendly and kind. There's 24-hour tea/coffee and fresh ice and water access in the main lobby. My kids had a lot of fun in the pool which was very clean but not harshly chlorinated. I highly recommend this Best Western to everyone!

It was a nice stay especially for the price we paid. The only minor inconvenience was that there is only 1 elevator, which meant we waited a while for the elevator or just took the stairs. A Hesitant Traveler: This hotel is modern and beautiful. The staff are the stars of the show though. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful even when things did not go as planned. Our room had to be changed because of a miscommunication and we ended up with a room that was missing furniture and somewhat under construction but even at that, it was still very beautiful and spacious with a separate bedroom. There are very few amenities nearby though. You will definitely need a vehicle to go get anything you want or need outside of what the hotel offers. The hotel was also remarkably quiet considering there is a rail line nearby and the hotel sits on the side of the highway. We never heard either of them and we enjoy our window open.
K. C: Are you kidding me how is this place so affordable yet I feel like I stayed in luxury!??? The pillows are so good, so much space inside, they even gave me a late checkout of 1pm free of charge. I just wish they had a heavy blanket but other than that this place is so good and very clean!! Had such a good sleep. And the channels are good. I watched free movies on one of the channels. A fridge with dishes also. Not too far from the gas station and Arby’s! Oh I took the last M&Ms in the snack machine on the 2nd floor just FYIAlso very helpful and friendly staff!!
Jack Burton: . Tons of parking out front of this hotel to accommodate cars, pickups, pickups with trailers vans and moving size vans. The rooms are really great. The prices are reasonable and not crazy like some others. Very clean and the restaurant in the lobby tops off your stay with a hot breakfast. I also believe you get breakfast vouches with your stay. My wife and I have stayed here many times together and we have never had anything less than a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Chateau Nova Yellowhead to friends and family. 🙂

Sherri Vegso: This hotel has everything and is super family friendly. The hotel beds are so comfortable and the rooms are large. The pool is great for kids as it has a huge water slide. There is free breakfast in the morning which is always great when traveling. The girl at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. I love how they are pet friendly as well so we have our cat in our room too.
Whitney Flanders: I drove all the way to Edmonton from High River and stayed at this hotel and the service was amazing and the rooms were great! My kids very much enjoyed the pool and when we asked for extra blankets it arrived in less than 5 minutes. The breakfast was also amazing! Love that it’s all included in the cost of the hotel! All in all i would stay there again.

Jessica Chaplin: This hotel was clean friendly and very fun to stay at. Their waterpark was a favourite for our kids. The rooms were comfortable slightly outdated but very clean. We appreciated the mini fridge and microwave in our rooms. The front desk staff and all the staff for that matter were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great location with a timmies close by and close to WEM. The breakfast was great nice and convenient. We really enjoyed this hotel, and will be back soon!

Wei Sun: This is an old built hotel and the condition is not as good as others, but for us who do not care about room quality and spend most of our time in the Mall, this hotel absolutely saved much money for us to spend on other things like meals. We got 2 free tickets for Waterpark or Galaxyland each day we stayed, and 50% for other attractions.The location is great, we only have to cross a road to the mall. Our room is generally clean. Staff at front desk is very nice and helpful.It’s a great value to stay here for a vacation.

Kevin Sequeira: I had the pleasure of staying at the Canterra suites for 6 months while on a work contract in Edmonton. There are not enough wonderful things I can say to describe my stay. I would have to start with the staff who by the end of my stay felt like family. They truly took such amazing care of me and were always available and responsive. The location was terrific, right in the heart of downtown Edmonton with easy access to transit, restaurants and other attractions. It was also right next to a beautiful park and steps to a grocery store. Walking distance to the Rogers stadium. The suites were clean and well equipped for a comfortably stay with a full kitchen and in suite washer and dryer in each unit. Overall, I would highly recommend considering Canterra for your Edmonton stay. Short or long term, you cant go wrong. Thank you again to the wonderful staff at Canterra. You will be missed.

Jesse Blair: Really well laid out suites. Built for living in and not just staying in which I very much appreciated. Close to amazing restaurants/bars and groceries and in the less rough area of downtown Edmonton.Amenities are something I would love to see beefed up, I had to also travel to and pay for drop in gym passes throughout my stay as the gym here isn’t functional. Room cleaning/services should also be more frequent for longer stays, was here two weeks and got fresh towels/linens once and had to buy my own coffee after day 2.All in though, I’d book here again.
