Doug Wilson: The tub has been with us now for almost 12 years. I am guessing that we have had a few thousand people visits in that time. While the tub has had occasional problems, the Sunray staff has been helpful and quick with the repairs. We will soon be ordering a new lid because we expect the tub to be with us for at least another six years. This has been a wonderful enticement for kids and grandkids to spend extra time with grandma and grandpa.

Douglas Ellis: and I paid an extra 5000 on top of the price of the hot tub for that. Needless to say I've learned how to repair and fix my hot tub myself. The service department at Sunray is the only hot tub place in 20 years that has completely blown me away with their knowledge, professionalism and integrity. I'm absolutely shocked to read some reviews on here, I'm all about customer service and I have never once felt in the several years dealing with them any of the negative comments mentioned. They do not rip people off, nor steal if anything I have saved thousands of dollars because of these guys at Sunray. If one was to only understand the difference between dealer and manufacturer and what the processes are I think knowing is really half the battle. There were many supply issues during the pandemic - example basic FLOUR. I don't know if people watch the news but the landslides in British Columbia shut the coquihalla down for a long time which affected supply for 13 months that's just one of the one supply issue never-mind the pandemic itself. Thank you Daryl and Don for being nothing but the best and always going above and beyond my expectations, while maintaining professionalism and integrity. - Doug.

Celeste Bakken: I bought a hot tub at Koko Beach 4.5 years ago and meant to wait a year to write a review... so I'm a little late. I can't comment on service calls because the Coast Spa that we purchased here has never had an issue. We use it at least a few times a week and have loved it. We purchased the spa at a time when I was at home with a new baby and had two other very young children so Tony answered my millions of questions via text and was so patient and helpful. I recommend Koko Beach to anyone who will listen to me!
Laurel Erickson: took the call and handled it poorly but in the end they made it right.We purchased our tub from Koko beach years ago and have used them exclusively for service and tub supplies but a recent experience with Mike has me so upset that we won't spend a penny with them again.3 months ago, we required service on our tub. I was quoted $85/hour for labour in addition to the call out fee of $95. When they showed up there were two guys which I thought was strange as one guy simply watched or passed tools to the technician Mike. They were finished in 1.5 hours but when they presented the bill they had charged me for 3 hours. I questioned this and their explanation was that there were two guys so I had to pay for the twice the hours. I wasn't happy about this because I had been quoted $85/hour with no reference to the number of guys but the work was done and didn't want to make a fuss so I paid it.But today we needed service again. Given the last experience, I decided to call a few other hot tub repair companies to see if this was typical in the industry. Not one of them said they send two guys out for a repair

They performed all their promises even despite the costs they incurred. They promised to remove our old hot when delivering the new one and fulfilled that pledge even though the job turned out to be bigger than anticipated. Later, Tony kept his word by winterizing our new hot tub without complaint. It is so rewarding when companies fulfill all their promises.

Ken Koluk: Last fall I decided to research and acquire a spa tub for my back yard. After checking out a few hot tub stores including the web, I stopped in to Spa Spot. Greeted by Ryan, I was given a complete run down of their product and service.The spa I liked was on sale but I was unable to have it delivered and set up until the following spring. I told Ryan that I would be happy to put a deposit on the tub if he would hold it to that price till spring. He agreed and I made the purchase. Spring arrived and I had the base prepared and power was installed. I needed a crane to get it in the backyard and everything went perfectly from crane to base. Previous owner built the tub into the deck making it difficult to find and fix the problem.The great team at The Spa Spot got the tub out of the deck, found all the issues and got the tub back up good as new and even took the time to go over and add extra measures to ensure the tub stayed level. Price was more then fair and the work was done fast.Great attitudes by everyone as well, highly recommend this company if you need anything.
Todd Jenkins: and I had troubles locating a rebuild. I contacted Kyle through a referral and inquired about a rebuilt pump. With in a couple hours we had the rebuilt pump. The following day when I went to install the pump I realized the input and output sizes where different. I went to see Kyle at his gateway location. Right away he left to go pick up adaptors so I could get up and running. When he returned a short while later and solved the problem 10 fold. From a person whom I had talked to twice tue day before, the level of customer service I experienced was second to none! Not to mention his installer walked me through the electrical through pictures, text and phone calls to make sure everything was on par. Highly recommend Kyle and his team!

The other day I noticed the tub was at 68 degrees so I restarted the breaker. When I checked the next morning it said Tub too hot. We turned it off for a few hours and tried to reset but got the same error. I called just before close and left a message. I got a call back the next day, and I was told the most likely cause was the filters were clogged and not allowing the water to flow as freely through them and pushing the heated water out of the heating tank fast enough. I bought new filters and my tub is working as it should. I was rotating filter sets and soaking in the cleaner, but obviously needed new. It’s nice to know they will try to help first before charging service call fees.

Justin Shea: . But when we required urgent service work due to winter temperatures and a tripped breaker the service team was very responsive and quick ! Fixed within hours. Supporting small local business is important. But it’s an even easier decision when the service and commitment from the local business is very good! I recommend purchasing a hot tub from spa spot!
