The Moth Cafe: what do users think?

Greg Marcil: Amazing! Service, ambiance, and food. Full marks! Well done Moth!!

Charlotte Martin: This place is great! They have amazing food and drinks. I also love the atmosphere. So many plants and big windows with lots of natural light. The service has always been perfect every time I visit!

Simran Kang: Omg food, environment, staff, price- perfect, perfect, perfect nd perfect ❤❤❤I went there couple of weeks back with family, I am surprised that even my parents loved it so much. They got varietys of food to choose from. Added to my fvrt list of restaurants. I am so happy being a vegetarian, I can enjoy everything here. Thanku so much for ur best services in the city💙I wish you guys could stay open little longer.Vegetarian options: It's all vegan so everything on the menu is delicious for a vegetarian person.Kid-friendliness: It's wide open so kids can have their little space too

Wes Inaba: The Moth has been a longstanding go to for vegetarian experiences in Edmonton. Many still don't know about this haunt over on Jasper and 95 Street. It's a bit off the beaten path but it's worth it.There aren't too many high quality creative vegetarian offerings in YEG and this is probably close to the top. Granted, Edmonton's vegetarian scene is not nearly where Vancouver's is at. But the Moth does a commendable job.The space is spacious. Lots of plants and light. They also have a small patio available for sunny days. And the service is always friendly and helpful.4 x 🥗🥗🥗🥗

Padmanadi: what do users think?

Jace Lefler: First time at this location on Gateway. A smaller seating area then downtown but the ambience has a positive feel. The staff are so polite and courteous! The food was exceptional with great flavour and portion size for two. A definite must try if your into Vegan food options. Worth the drive from anywhere in the city! Great job folks.Vegetarian options: The Vegan Eatery!

Erin Mock: I wish there was a rating higher than 5/5!The flavour in all the different dishes was amazing. We went with a group of people and tried many dishes. Ginger beef was an absolute favourite but very single dish we tried was 10/10. The service was amazing and such a clean restaurant. Will go back….Lots!

Brad Forrester: A modern hole-in-the-wall with amazing taste and service! You drive up Gateway and would never know it's there, but it's a great spot that's a simple treat. The hostess was super friendly, professional, and attentive. My partner has a severe onion allergy and could have everything on the menu, the dishes we had were decently spiced yet not over-powering. For the price we each got 2 meals out of the individual sizes - they're not small and I highly recommend sharing them!

A.J. Wrenn: Prices are much more reasonable than I expected based on what google maps says. Dishes were for the most part sub $20.The curry mutton

Priscilla Koehler: Absolutely obsessed with this restaurant and wish I lived in Edmonton to have it more often! Would give it 10 stars if I could! We ordered takeout from the Gateway location. We had: bean curd drumsticks, satay sticks, ginger beef, Singapore noodles, mee goreng, bihun, gado gado salad and the curry chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious! Perfect portions for the 5 of us. I wish both locations had the same menu as I was so excited to get roti canai and was told it was only downtown. Nonetheless, i was not disappointed and can’t wait to order again! No pictures as we devoured everything.

Cafe Mosaics: what do users think?

Krishna Tiwari: Cute restaurant with excellent vegan options. I tried the falafel dish per a recommendation from the server and it was the best falafel I've had in recent memory! Tasted very fresh and the hummus and quinoa were yummy. The food came out fairly quickly and I left very satisfied. Would come back again if I'm ever in Edmonton.

Caroline L: Please bring back the vegan Mac and cheese or send me the recipe please

John Borthwick: Really tasty vegan food. I had the Bi Bim Bop. It was filling and fantastic for flavour. It was great to find a space where my vegan/vegetarian friends could eat anything on the menu and actually had trouble choosing. The service was helpful and attentive.A great spot for a beverage too!

Elise Holden: Cafe Mosaic was amazing experience. The service was good, but the food was incredible! Definitely a well keep secret as there isn’t even a sign out front. But worth the struggle to find and all our tastebuds were satiated! The only downside to our experience was the bathroom. The bathroom floors and door was disgusting, so it does make me question the cleanliness of the kitchen.Love the ladies who lunch

Copper Branch: what do users think?

Anon.: /falafels are delicious too.Food: 5/5 …

Julie Duciaume: We walked in for a late lunch at the Jasper Avenue location and the place was empty. The place has a cool vibe with copper pipe lighting and design. The staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Nathalie!I loved that it’s plant-based and I don’t have to worry about what I can or cannot have. We were spoiled for choice with a large menu.I had the Aristotle Bowl. It comes in 2 sizes: Regular and Mini. I ordered a regular bowl and although it was delicious, I had to take the remainder to go.My husband enjoyed it so much that he returned for brunch the next day. I wish I had done the same. Will definitely return next time we’re in town.

Nyne: I had to have it twice.Generous portion sizes, as well. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu is plant-based/veganDietary restrictions: Many gluten free options, as well!

Shil: A great place if you prefer vegetarian or vegan food, love their bowls and they have mini and regular options, which is the best thing for someone like me who prefer eating smaller meals. It is also across the street from my office building which makes it even more convenient.

Lyna Khodja: Good plant-based food experience, good range of choices and excellent service !However the burger could have been bigger… seems like a degustation piece

Nona Valentine: who came all the way out of the restaurant and across the street to return to me my sketchbook that I had mistakenly left on the bench. That was way above and beyond and I am very grateful. In short, great food, awesome staff, will certainly be revisiting.Vegetarian options: Entire menu is vegan

Tee Na: Delicious! I wanted and was craving for something vegan and this definitely hit the spot! I definitely recommend Copper Branch for your vegan needs! Definitely coming back!Only thing I had an issue with was the parking..

kb&co: what do users think?

Dominic Sultan: Kb&co downtown location on 104 Street is a great establishment to grab some plant based food, treats and drinks. The atmosphere is relaxed and the customer service is excellent. On top of that the whole establishment is very clean as well.I usually visit this location once a week and never had a bad experience with the food or the staff. It's a nice change from trying to deal with the regular coffee shop chaos from bigger chains. If you're looking for a great place to get some plant based food and treats that has a chill vibe chek out Kb&co!Vegetarian options: All the cusine and drinks are plant based here.

Michelle Bernuy: Green curry stew and falafel mezze are fantastic. Service is friendly. Really nice atmosphere 👌

Lauren Jarvis: Favorite location in the Edmonton area! The interior is so bright and bursting with great energy/vibes. The staff here are so lovely and very friendly, also extremely accommodating/knowledgeable for allergies. The food is sooo flavourful and consistent - I remember having the BLT sandwich years ago and it’s just like I remember. I also has an Americano with Oat milk and it was extremely good / I wish I knew what beans they use!! The water provided is so thirst quenching and delicious. This is a vegan’s haven!! 🌞💕

The Butternut Tree: what do users think?

Steve McNeil: , the main was a choice from a Duo of Alberta beef , braised beef short rib and beef strip loin with potato pave and oyster mushroom , or roasted halibut wild rice confit shallots pistou. The dessert obviously was wedding cake but with a twist it was banana Nutella pretzel , and it was also lavender lemon blueberry on 2 separate levels Phenomenal. We ended the night with dancing and a late night snack .I would like to say that the whole day was thoroughly enjoyable and was made so by the Butternut Tree management and staff . Completely professional and should be commended for the way they do things and I would fully recommend them for any function .To Chef Scott I like your style and the way that all of your recipes compliment each other fantastic job I tip my hat to you 🙇‍♂️.Vegetarian options: I would like to say that I didn’t partake in the vegan options but someone at my table did and it had me wanting to try it even though I had no idea what it was lol. They looked amazing and had me wanting to try them

Stephanie Gruhle: This is one of our favorite places to go for Dinner / Date Night. We love it so much that we had our wedding in July at this venue. The food is incredible, the service is outstanding. I could not be happier with their Wedding Packages / Event coordination. I am so thankful that we found this place based on a recommendation from a friend.Thank you Samantha for making our Wedding Day smooth and being so thoughtful throughout the process. I truly appreciate all the details and coordinating that you did!

Sheida Noroozi: . Despite the restaurant not being busy, there was a long wait for our dishes to arrive. The brunch menu doesn't offer dessert or a sweet option. We had previously gotten the cheese board but that was unavailable this last time.I've revised my rating as a result.-----Great location overlooking the Constable Ezio Faraone Park with views of the Alberta Legislature Building.Brunch is excellent! Highly recommend the Fjord Toast and the cheese board

martha mena: Vegetarian options: GoodAtmosphere: 5/5 …

Sherri & Philip Cooper: We were treated very special for our anniversary dinner! Our server, Matt, knew when and when not to come by our table. They locally source most of their menu items! Beef tartare on sourdough and ahi tuna to start. Flavour explosions. They accommodated us by putting the avocado on the side for allergy reasons. We had the caviar plate next. Wow! Sustainably sourced and so delicious! Main courses were lamb and salmon with a side of pork belly. The salmon with the dill sauce paired perfectly and the rice side was such a great combo of citrus, tomato and leek. The lamb with meatballs was so tender with an incredible tomato jam that I have never tasted before! I need to buy that! The pork belly was cooked so well. Crisp and tender at the same time. For dessert, the vanilla panna cotta was a nice light finish. The chocolate cake was a bit harder than we expected while the mousse on top was a delicious crusted caramel. And we took home two macaroons! We had wines to go with every course and were not disappointed in choices recommended by Matt. Chef Scott came at the end to say hello and congratulate us on our anniversary. We had a nice chat learning about the restaurant. What a great fine dining experience! Highly recommended!

Greg Pang: Thoroughly enjoyed their tasting menu with the wine pairing. Excellent food with friendly and helpful staff. Tip: get a window seat because along with an great dining experience, you can enjoy the view, people and trolley watch at the same time.. except in the winter.

Eilatan April: Our group of 12 came in for a birthday dinner April 28th. Our server was Matt and we was an absolute beauty. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with our group. Servers like Matt leave a lasting impression on the restaurant. His passion for his job was not unnoticed. Lastly, the meals we received were amazing and we will be back very soon.

M. Ayash: but I think some of their dishes need some improvement in the spices section… 😅 in the picture I posted shows “The Mediterranean” with an egg on the side. The seatings are not the most comfortable and the place is n it the coziest

Good Stock Foods Ltd.: what do users think?

Courtney & Paul Taylor: Only doing fresh meals on Saturdays but the rest of their take-home goods are phenomenal

Jaclyn Troughton: Such a beautiful atmosphere. And delicious food that makes you feel good! So grateful to good stock to helping my family choose a healthier lifestyle. Thank you!!Also, if you go between thursday-sunday do yourself a favour and get the loaded taco bowl. It's delicious. 🤤

Robert E: On a cold rainy day, a hearty bowl of their cream of mushroom soup really hits the spot. If you have someone in your family who has a lactose sensitivity or prefers dairy free or vegan options you need to try out their selection of cheeses with amazing texture and accurate flavors. All prepared and created in house at reasonable prices given the amount of work this kind of quality demands. Michelle is very kind and patient about describing what they have to offer in their showcase and the care and attention really shows. This is also a great place to pick up a little treat for your lactose intolerant or celiac loved one or if you just plain want to eat healthier. For example, everything on the menu is made without refined sugars. Been coming here for years and still haven't tried everything. Soooo much flavor, sooo much selection.

Alyssa Joe: I’ve been going to this place ever since they opened! I got a dairy allergy so this vegan place super close to my house was perfect. I tried many of their menu items but my favourite is their Mac and cheese and mushroom stroganoff! I wish they would bring those back in their hot form but it’s still pretty good when I bring the sauces home frozen. Overall, very nice vegan place and I love to support a small business! The decor is also very cute.

M Nardi: Tried Good Stock Foods for the first time and am extremely happy with the food. We tried their veggie burgers and cooked them at home for the first time and they were phenomenal compared to a lot of the store bought ones. Would definitely recommend and will definitely buy again, can't wait to try other items from the menu.

iLiveExtreme: They only do take out now, but not a problem. The butter chicken was delicious. Holy hell. Five stars just for how much I enjoyed that meal.

Fraser Sockett: I went back here in 2023, they completely change the set up of the place. It is more like a vegan style M &M take and bake place. I took home a few vegan items. The mac n cheeze, shepards pie has no right to taste as good as it does for vegan food, but its beyond amazing!

Andrew Hovey: Just had such a great experience here! Chatted with the owner and found out it’s her and her daughter cooking up these mighty fine meals. The owner was amazing, treated us with extra care and brought out a taste testing for us - truly a kind soul and phenomenal business owner. From one business owner to the next, these girls know what they’re doing. Will definitely go back!

Nunya: Debbie is such a kind soul. I had a good talk with her today, loved how this is a family owned company. Very informative on products and great tasting food. I've had a hard time finding a good cheese substitute since I've went plant based, found this cheese spread they made... doesn't disappoint! Can't wait to try everything!! Can be pricy but seriously... you don't want to miss out! They also have local products too so it's nice to support our community 🖤

Bona Zhang: We bought a chickpea walnut loaf, the shepherd's pie with mushroom gravy, and the chickpea marinated meatballs, and I thought they were all delicious! Obviously none of it tasted "like meat", but the flavours are good and the meal was very satisfying. I ate all the rest of the leftover loaf later that evening! As a personal preference I like dense, interestingly textured foods, so I really enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful as well, and managed to dig up the last loaf of the season for us! My husband is not vegetarian and he thought everything was great. My sister is also not vegetarian, and while she said she preferred to have the meat versions of these dishes, she still appreciated the food and acknowledged the tastes and textures she enjoyed. Her main critique was that the meatballs were a bit too tangy for her liking, which is also why she didn't like the cranberries that were in the loaf.Overall very good food, I will definitely try their other offerings!

Ben Fisher: . This is super exciting to be able to shop for or with veg people! The food is all delicious and high quality. It is more of a market than restaurant most of the time.

Quinn: WOW!! I have lived down the street from here for 2 years and I don’t know how I haven’t heard of them but I will be going back all the time lol. I struggle to find good tasting dairy alternatives. I bought the Italian Herb Cream Cheeze and the Jalapeño Poppers and I am floored! So so so good. They are a bit pricey but worth every cent to support a plant based small business. I can’t wait to try more food 😋😋😋

Under The High Wheel: what do users think?

G: Amex accepted. Went in at 10am on a Sunday and did not have to wait. Shortly after we sat, the people waiting for a table packed the whole hallway. Ordered borscht soup, traditional breakfast with smoked salmon, and waffles with honey chicken sausages. The soup and the chicken sausages were very flavourful and not too sweet. The waffles were crunchy enough on the outside and tender on the inside. The food did take a while because of how busy the restaurant was. Would definitely come back to try the other items.

Tawnie Johnson: Such a cute place! Great service and seasonal good. Very friendly for families with great choices.Kid-friendliness: Apple sliced and peanut butter! So awesome for some safe food kids

Riki Sharma: Nestled in the heart of Whyte Ave, Under the High Wheel is a true gem that never fails to enchant and satisfy food enthusiasts. With its cozy ambiance and a menu bursting with diverse flavors, it's no wonder this restaurant has become a favorite among locals and visitors alike. One dish that stoods out among the many culinary delights served at Under the High Wheel is their Roasted Corn Vegetarian Bowl. This dish is a vegetarian's dream come true, showcasing the kitchen's mastery in creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures with simple ingredients. The base of the bowl is a fluffy bed of perfectly cooked refried beans, adding a delightful creaminess to each bite. Accompanying the beans are generous portions of fresh and succulent corn. It bursts with flavor, providing a pleasant crunch that contrasts beautifully with the softness of the other ingredients. To elevate the dish further, the Roasted Corn Vegetarian Bowl is served with a side of Pico de Gallo, tangy and zesty lime-tomato vinaigrette. Its bright and citrusy notes enhance the natural flavors of the vegetables, creating a harmonious balance that will have your taste buds dancing with joy.The portion size at Under the High Wheel is generous, ensuring that you will leave the restaurant feeling satisfied and content. However, the staff made us feel like we were hindering the busy pace of the restaurant. Unfortunately, we did not feel the warm and friendly welcome we are usually greeted with.Vegetarian options: Specific dishes available

Highlevel Diner: what do users think?

Flairs Warss: Very friendly servers, the Spice Bird Chicken burger was delicious the portion size was very justifiable for the price the two chicken breasts made the dinner filling, with the house fries to go along with made the meal perfect. Loved the fish n chips as well.Parking: The parking across the diner is free and reserved only for the diner customers.

P Howard: This Diner has that perfect cute and classic feel but without any of the grime that usually comes along with most Diners. It's a beautiful little spot in the Garneau area that really helps complement the neighboorhood. For a Diner, I'd have to say this place likely has the most interesting menu in the city... And everything on it is beyond delicious! Though I can imagine picky and non adventurous eaters finding this menu too unique and not traditional enough. But that is the best thing about the food here, it's so yummy and interesting for a Diner! They even have their own artisan made house ketchup!Lastly, but most importantly, the service and staff are super sincerely friendly, efficient, and attentive. This place has become my favorite Diner in the city... it is hard for me to believe there can be a better Diner around here.I HIGHLY recommend checking this establishment out! 👍👍Parking: There is a free parking lot across the avenue from the Diner, but you HAVE to sign in your license plate # in a book within the entrance of the Diner.

Cafe Radio Radio: Great!!

Erik Wylie: This is the only Freshii I go to in town, and in my opinion, it’s the best! My Bamboo Bowl is always fresh & delicious, and full of flavours! The team at this store always greets you as you walk in the door, and the level of customer service and efficiency is top notch. I’ll 100% revisit Freshii on Calgary Trail!

Aaron Dela Torre: Good location and friendly service. Only comment is that that there’s only one crew at the store who takes order and assemble so our order took so long.

Alix Bibaud: The absolute best staff ever!!!!! Manager is my favorite person to see when I come here! Always wonderful see them!I am ALWAYS satisfied with my meal! 10/10 recommend
