Leah McMillin: Although this place can be painstakingly slow even for a consult I will give it 5 stars. Dr Fay and his assistants are outstanding. He found a tumour in my jaw earlier this year and performed a huge surgery in removal of it. He is very competent and skilled and is not annoyed by all the questions and concerns I have. Every time I have to go there everyone is pleasant and professional. But as a disclaimer if you have to be anywhere close to when your appointment is booked count yourself as not being able to make it lol. They are busy and slow there.

Alex: I got all four wisdom teeth out here with Dr. Davis yesterday, all the nurses and staff were extremely sweet and my surgery went super smoothly. They put me under general anesthesia and local anesthesia through the big nerve in my jaw, I didn’t feel a thing and stayed mostly frozen until I woke up today. I’ve had hardly any swelling and the pain has been very minimal, it already looks great and I think I’ll recover pretty quickly provided I don’t do anything dumb. My mom has also been getting treatment here and she’s had nothing but positive experiences. I’m very thankful for my awesome surgical team, I do wish they had been a little clearer with the care instructions for afterwards but they definitely know what they’re doing.

Sarah Murdoch: I’ve had such a good experience here. I came here for my wisdom teeth removal in June and the whole process from booking to the actual procedure was great. The day of surgery, I got in quickly, the nurses were all really nice as was the anesthesiologist. After it was done they had me through recovery quickly, gave instructions to my husband and we were on our way! I had a 11am appointment and we were leaving by 1pm. They called me that night to check in on me as well! My recovery went pretty well as well. Unfortunately I did end up with an infection but as soon as I called I was brought in that same day and Dr Forrest did a incision and irrigation for me. That experience was great and Dr Forrest was so friendly and good about the whole thing. I’ve had nothing but a good experience here and would highly recommend them if you’re ever needing oral surgery!

Jonas Eriksson: Dr Fay removed my wisdom teeth 3 weeks ago. He and his staff did a great job. Removal went well and they explained the procedure with cleaning, icing, antibiotics etc afterwards. I followed it and felt all healed up in roughly a week. I think that's pretty much what to expect.

If it weren't for Kingsway Maxillofacial/Dr. Forrest and his team I would not have been able to recieve my procedure and it was done with absolute profession. I felt very comfortable despite discomfort in previous attempts to have it done and the nurses/etc were all incredible. Lindsay Hao: I was also put off by the reviews. I got Dr Fay and honestly he’s not as bad as what people say. You just gotta know that his bedside manner is very straightforward. He is not one to hold your hand through the process. Just “this is what I’ll do to remove the tooth, it’ll be tricky, but it needs to be taken out eventually”. But ofc, he is there to answer all your questions. His assistants were the same; straightforward and don’t chat you up. My friend gave me a heads up beforehand so I was mentally prepared. So here is my heads for you. Plus, you can always ask for a different surgeon if you don’t like that.

They of course asked if I had any concerns, First dr kreutz in consultation, then by the anesthesiologist before going under, then in recovery before leaving. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed at age 35 so as I understand it is a more difficult removal. I’m definitely sore but as of waking up the morning after I feel pretty good, no more bleeding and I can feel my entire face. Perry Mitchell: I was nervous reading the other reviews but I honestly had a great experience getting my four wisdom teeth removed here. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the entire process was very smooth and well-explained. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours which was very impressive and efficient. I had to follow up a couple of days later about a medication switch and they arranged that quickly and without hassle. The post-surgical pain and swelling were quite manageable.

Janine Jobin: My daughter was referred here after being hit in the face with a baseball bat. They were amazing. Staff was super friendly and efficient even thought we were in the middle of the pandemic. They got could have got her in the same day for surgery but she just had a smoothie. They got her in the next day. The follow ups were great and she has healed amazingly in the past 2 years and is finally able to get braces. I can't thank them enough for their efficiency and their work on my child. Her teeth are all healthy and intact.

Pawel Wlodyga: Went in. Did the screening and paperwork. Then xray. Talked to the doctor to confirm which tooth was to be removed. Laid down fall asleep woke up 45 min later or so without the tooth. Nurse at the end educated us what to do and what not to do after the procedure. Overall very happy with the care I've recieved.

The doctors in clinic have many years of experience. It was more complicated . I have to wait one hour because it was an really difficult surgery before my surgery. I care about good doctors, amazing nurses and great procedure. They are not most sociable people, however they are really polite people. My husband was late because of icy road. The nurse was there taking care of me and supporting me. For person who suffers panic and anxiety attacks was the best experience. The folllow the covid 19 procedure. Dont let bad reviews scare you.

Rumi Suleman: I had my wisdom teeth surgery here and Dr.M was very good. They did a good job but the nurses werent the friendliest post surgery. I could not talk for a few minutes but I was desperately trying to ask a nurse for water but i could not get their attention. I just reccomend that they keep an eye close to their patient instead of walking around the room. Other than that, it went well! When i had questions, i called them and got responses back shortly. Layne Majeski: I was nervous to come here after reading some of the reviews, but I have to say that I can only echo the positive reviews. All staff I came across were friendly and professional. Dr. Lam performed my surgery. My initial impression of him during our pre-op consultation was that he was confident and more than competent. He took his time to explain things to me and asked me several times if I had any other questions. I never felt like I was being rushed. A few hours after my procedure, the clinic did a follow up phone call to see how I was doing.Regarding some of the complaints regarding wait times, you should keep in mind that this place also performs emergency surgeries and there is simply no telling how a day will progress as every patient is different with different needs. I intentionally booked my appointment for first thing in the morning to avoid a long wait time. If you hate waiting, you should consider an early morning appointment.

AK: The nurses were kind, and the anesthesiologist did a great job making sure I was comfortable. Dr Lachlan McLean was fantastic, he had great bedside manner and did an excellent job removing my complicated wisdom teeth. I healed with no pain or complications at all. Overall a great experience!
