********: This was my first time there. Staff were friendly and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Of course they would like to upsell on services like all oil change places but I said no and they noted on the receipt what they recommended in additional services. Loyalty card was nice to have....5th oil change is free.Their oil changes are a bit different in that they only give you up to 4litres of oil for the $35 special. Any other oil change places I go to it's up to 5L. They will charge you extra for the extra oil that your vehicle requires beyond 4L. However the price was still really good for the oil change.I would recommend this business. I will definitely go back.Hope they open different locations in the city because this one is way out of the way for me.

You stay in the vehicle so you can see the services done and how it is done well. They even show you when your coolant needs change in a scientific manner. You get discounts, free coffee and candies 😂. Not to forget to say they give you a free oil change after X number of visits. No appointments needed. They are what a service center should be at the first place. I vouch for them strongly. Thanks to Arg and Ty for doing a good job! Less than 10minutes tire change

Cindy H: Let me start with this will be my place for oil changes Tire changeovers and Etc. and a little wordy.I recently had my winter tires taken off and my all seasons put on my vehicle I have a set of each already mounted. I had been driving and I started to notice a sound like a flat tire. I got out walked around the car there is no flat tire, I tapped the tires just to ensure and they were solid. I started driving again and I still heard the noise but I continued on. When I had gotten to my destination I had a little bit of time so I Googled what it could possibly be and the explanation was a possibility that a belt inside the tire had let go which means I would need to replace the tire. Heading to my destination meant driving on the QE2 at 110 clicks and this is important due to what I found. Once again when I got back from my destination I checked my tires again this time I'm also looking for bulges which the internet told me to look for.This may seem a bit lengthy but you need the whole story. I had been out and one more time I walk around my car and I checked the tires and I checked the pressure, all is good with the exception of the noise. I did notice my rear passenger tire was being held on ONLY BY TWO LUGNUTS yes only Two!! I felt sick to my stomach especially thinking I was driving like that on the highway.Unsure what to do I Googled the closest Mr Lube to where I was and it was not very far only a few blocks and I decided to drive over there and prayed that they were still open being the start of a long weekend. I was greeted by Lucas and when I explained to him what I found, it was like " I am not letting you drive like that. I will be putting you on a hoist and taking your tires off and putting them all back on, and tightening everything back up again". I was even missing my locking lugnut which was weird.If I could give these three people more than five stars I surely would.Lucas, Daniel and Letty!! They put me on the hoist, pulled off my tires cleaned the inside of the wheel as well as the rotors, I have never had that done ever before. Another above and beyond contribution by these three people.When I was sent on my way all cleaned up and tightened up, Lucas requested I call after giving it a good drive and let him know if everything was okay. How many companies ask you to do that?? It shows that they care. By the time I was able to call, they were closed. However, I did call very next day to let them know everything was fantastic there were no noises and it drove like a dream.Thank you so very much for potentionally saving my life and maybe others and caring about your customers. I will be a loyal customer from this point forward. I highly recommend this company and these three very competent people, if you want the job done right.CindyService:Tires

Gage Johannsen: I cant speak to other Mr. Lube Shops as their always tends to be horror stories, but I’ve visited this shop multiple times now for oil changes and tire changeovers and have always had a great experience with their staff, they’re always informative about other issues but never pushy about making you shell out money you can’t afford on the spot. Pricing always seems relatively fixed and fair, although I think $180 is a little ridiculous for a tire changeover compared to other shops. Don Foreman: Great Service Great PricingHad to have my truck towed into this shop on a Sunday afternoon because I blew a tire and the rim was fused to the hub.... the owner Andew got one of his guys on it asap. The young man had the same prob trying to take the rim off as I did and after about 15 min he had Andrew come out and help... the rim eventually came off and they installed another used tire in minutes and I was back on the road.... the tow bill and the tire and labor cost me less then 200.00 .....
