Marrabout 123: I just had one of the better sales experiences I've had in a while. I was looking to purchase a Herman Miller chair but wanted to test them out. Blair assisted me with scheduling an in-person consult so that I could properly try out the Aeron vs Embody chairs.Blair gave me a tour of their modern offices and even included some cool facts on the historical status of the building. He went out of his way to answer all of my questions, made himself available on short notice, and never made me feel rushed throughout the entire process.The culmination of the epic sales experience with Blair, the wide array of options, along with the seamless ordering process is what prompted me to write this review. I will definitely be contacting Contemporary Office Interiors & Blair for future furniture and office related purchases.

Jake G: Several months ago I was having a hard time finding a comfortable quality office chair. I found beaming reviews for the Herman Miller line of chairs which Contemporary Office Interiors is a dealer. I was concerned they may not have been interested in helping as I'm just a regular consumer. I couldn't have been more wrong. Don took the time to ask me about my job and how I'm using my chair now. He short listed two models and we had a good conversation while I tried out a few chairs. I decided to go with the Areon and they offered to deliver it, however we squeezed it into my car. It was one of the best customer service buying experiences that I've ever had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who spends 8hrs or more a day in their chair.

K W: About 6 or so years ago I bought a refurbished Herman Miller Mirra 1 from the Edmonton location for my home office. It was an excellent value and great chair. Herman Millers are known for best-in-class quality, comfort and ergonomics and are made to last. Recently I had noticed that the chair started to tilt back without much resistance. The tilt limiter helped keep it in place but I would still be leaning back in the chair somewhat, compromising my posture.I called one of their service sales representatives, Glenn, at the head office in Calgary and he was quick to offer expert insight and advice. It was determined that the tension knob was non-functional and would have to be replaced. The tricky thing about this is that the Mirra 2 has replaced the Mirra for quite some time and parts were no longer available from Herman Miller for my Mirra 1.Luckily, they were able to source a gently used part from a Mirra 1 in their warehouse and sent it to the Edmonton office where the project coordinator, Amanda, was able to help with arranging the delivery and install of this part.The service tech, Chaudhry, was prompt, courteous and professional and was able to have the chair disassembled and part installed efficiently.The new tension knob mechanism works perfectly and I am now able to enjoy the full benefits of my Herman Miller Mirra for many years to come.Thank you to Glenn, Amanda, Chaudhry and the team at Contemporary Office Interiors in Edmonton & Calgary. Highly recommended, I wouldn't shop for office furniture anywhere else!
