Earth Woman (Leelee): Love the room bigger room, although I can't remember the name it was hehe, but Jen is such a lovely woman. Bed is super comfy with lots of pillows, room also has a fan which I was thankful for because I can sleep without one. 🙊 It's suitable more for adults as there is no tub an only one bed per room but there is a cute sauna to help you relax after a long day. At 60$ a night this place is great!

Craig Malone: Had a wonderful staycation here. An amazing place to unwind, and the host has wisdom for all those wanting to listen. Truly appreciated my time there. I’d love to go back. The home has an amazing welcoming vibe, and the books will inspire. Soaker tub was also excellent. The host also made an amazing breakfast with incredible coffee. I highly recommend to anyone.

Karen Smith: Hostess Bonnie was exemplary in her generosity and charm, even though I keep very odd hours when I come to Edmonton for the Fringe Festival. My very late arrival wasn't a problem, nor was my gluten-free diet. Co-host Sam forgave the fact that I have cats at home and decided he was my new best friend. Overall a very pleasant stay in a quiet, homey place.
Dinah Van de Maat: This B & B is 10 star. I look forward to arriving here, being able to listen to song birds and see wild hares in the quiet area. I saw 2 early this AM while waiting at the nearby bus stp. There is a small park just across the street. Bonnie is exceptional in providing a unique and carefully crafted experience for each guest. She is sensitive to individual needs. Sam, her golden lab is awesome. The home is beautiful inside, clean and has lovely views out of the windows.

The houses we clean, comfortable and in quiet neighbourhoods. The pricing was very reasonable and nice to have the room for the 6 weeks we were there.For a family it was such a good fit instead of a boarding house or hotel. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

The places are set up very nicely and are really modern and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if looking for a place!

One month led to two, and Patricia was sure to accommodate us. All requests, including a work table, were provided very quickly. Sandra Emberg: Recently spent 6 months at McKinnon Pointe. Suites are updated and fully supplied, including in-suite laundry and air conditioners. Building was clean and well maintained, inside and out. Any inquiries were responded to promptly by either Patricia or Andre. Rental periods are flexible which was very important for me as my timeline kept getting extended. Highly recommend.

It's within walking distance to West Edmonton Mall about 10-15 mins walk through public green spaces depending on the pace otherwise a car will get you to most places.They have been doing hospitality in one form or another for a very long time and prioritise the guest even getting the same adjustable beds they sleep in which was super comfy with your private toilet.

I have to say that service is absolutely beyond expectation and the staff pays special attention to my needs. Shout out to Paul who's always very attentive to details and always ready to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable ! The kitchenette which includes a fridge, microwave and dishwasher are really practical and I'm able to buy and make my own healthy food. They recently updated the Gym with a Peloton Bike ! Gym is always clean.Pool looks fun although I never swam yet. There's always families and kids in it.Would definitely recommend this hotel !

Fairy tail: I liked the hotel, it was comfortable and pleasant! including breakfast, because there is a large selection. but on the weekend I felt sick when I saw the dishes and utensils, they were dirty with some cramps on them and I didn't want to eat from them. so I asked for a disposable tableware, thanks to the curly guy for helping me, he was polite and apologized for this situation and provided his assistance! I can recommend this hotel and I hope dishes gonna be clean next times!

A Hesitant Traveler: This hotel is modern and beautiful. The staff are the stars of the show though. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful even when things did not go as planned. Our room had to be changed because of a miscommunication and we ended up with a room that was missing furniture and somewhat under construction but even at that, it was still very beautiful and spacious with a separate bedroom. There are very few amenities nearby though. You will definitely need a vehicle to go get anything you want or need outside of what the hotel offers. The hotel was also remarkably quiet considering there is a rail line nearby and the hotel sits on the side of the highway. We never heard either of them and we enjoy our window open.
K. C: Are you kidding me how is this place so affordable yet I feel like I stayed in luxury!??? The pillows are so good, so much space inside, they even gave me a late checkout of 1pm free of charge. I just wish they had a heavy blanket but other than that this place is so good and very clean!! Had such a good sleep. And the channels are good. I watched free movies on one of the channels. A fridge with dishes also. Not too far from the gas station and Arby’s! Oh I took the last M&Ms in the snack machine on the 2nd floor just FYIAlso very helpful and friendly staff!!
Jack Burton: . Tons of parking out front of this hotel to accommodate cars, pickups, pickups with trailers vans and moving size vans. The rooms are really great. The prices are reasonable and not crazy like some others. Very clean and the restaurant in the lobby tops off your stay with a hot breakfast. I also believe you get breakfast vouches with your stay. My wife and I have stayed here many times together and we have never had anything less than a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Chateau Nova Yellowhead to friends and family. 🙂

Ihor Oliinyk: During my temporary stay here I have only good emotions. a nice and friendly team that will always help with any questions, good rooms with comfortable beds. a big plus is that there is a pool where you can relax when you feel tortured. convenient location near the city center allows you to solve all matters in a few minutes of walking.
Sydell Jensen: If you want to be in the thick of things, then stay here. An easy walk in downtown Edmonton to Churchill Square or City Hall. The staff was polite, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast 🥞 selection good. We enjoyed the use of the pool, hot tub and sauna on Sunday morning. It is not a five star accommodation and they didn't claim to be but my service was five star.

I had a room that overlooked the pool area and I would have preferred a window to outside, but that was just a preference.The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was what you would expect and was fresh and hot.I would have given 5 stars except you have to pay extra per night for parking which I didn't think was right.I'd definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff and Manager where absoultly friendly and welcoming as we arrived, and it was super refreshing to be able to enjoy a nice cold lemon water while checking in.We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and stayed in the King Suite with Hot tub!The room was huge!The room was clean!The room was modern!The room more than impressed!The Manager made our stay even that much more meaningful!!The Manager Patrick personally delivered to our suite a bottle of red wine and glasses with a personalized note from himself and staff, to welcome and send warm wishes and celebrations for our Wedding Anniversary. Thank you!There was a free hot continental breakfast that was fully stocked and had lots of options to choose from with plenty of room to sit and enjoy with fellow guests.We will definitely be adding this hotel to the top of our list for further visits to Edmonton.Thanks againAmanda

I observed pride taken in cleanliness, hospitality and care.While we were here, we experienced something that could have happened anywhere in the world. This was not something the Comfort Inn could have prevented. Its' one of those things that happens in our modern work of technology.The staff worked fast to get my child and I help. They did not waste time and called for emergency assistance. When the incident concluded; each staff from check in, to breakfast, to cleaning were so compassionate and gracious with our state of trauma.We stayed at the hotel for the duration of the stay as I was more confident than ever this Hotel was the right choice.If you was a great, clean, hospitable stay while in Edmonton; you will want to be here at the Comfort Inn and Suites Downtown Edmonton.Thank you to all the staff who were involved in bringing us to safety today. Marjan Hiemstra: After a very bad experience at a hotel in the area, we unexpectedly ended up at this hotel. We were immediately received very friendly and warmly and were able to use our room right away in the early morning. Room was spacious and very clean with many amenities.However, a separate kettle and microwave would make the room even better, so we recommend that. The beds are spacious and equipped with good mayras and pillows. The air conditioning is also very nice. The hotel is conveniently located, also noise free and is close to the West Edmonton mall and the highways. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. In addition, the hotel has a swimming pool. The only thing missing was breakfast included in the room rent. A breakfast buffet would make the hotel absolutely perfect.Noteworthy details: Staff at the reception are very friendly and very helpful. We were asked several times if they could do something for us. We were also offered a late check out due to late afternoon flight.

I guess?Service at front desk is fantastic, never gonna complain about these great people working there!! Keep it up guys!!Oh but 1 other thing, when there is a restaurant located in the hotel, normally vouchers are issued to save a few $ cause there is no breakfast included, vouchers are not offered here.

Convenient location to the West Ed Mall, as well as plenty of restaurants and other stores, friendly staff and comfy rooms that are maintained well!Will definitely return!Noteworthy details: Attached is the Ricky's Bar and Grill, which I can NOT suggest enough.Also nearby, a cannabis dispensary, and a Tim Horton's. I like to call them, the essentials.

Conroy Bogle: I came to visit a friend one night on my bicycle, I rode along 104ave from 156st. On arrival I was impressed by the rows of amber lanterns and the regimented aesthetics of the place, it was very beautiful, as I rode through the parkinglot, flanked on either side by the glow of the orange lanterns and the occasional open door revealing bright, rich, yellow light from the rooms within. There was a very Native looking woman with a long ponytail and beautiful standing by the front entrance leaning against the lobby her legs crossed. She was looking in front of her and slightly upwards and it looked as if she was waiting on someone, she was serious but seemed approachable, I rode passed her and she didn't even acknowledge my presence, even to see who I was, just kept staring in front of her. The person I had went to see was not there and the lobby was friendly and helpful with somewhat relaxed policies based on how you explain yourself and I assume the weather. When I went to the parkinglot again there was a woman of petite build who was riding away, I rode to intercept her thinking it might be the person I had come to see but it wasn't and we both laughed.

N Huang: Good basic hotel. My room was quiet and clean. Furniture a bit dated, but fine. Front desk staff friendly, polite and helpful. Tip when booking ask for a quiet room away from lounge. Free breakfast with waffles, hard boiled eggs, bread, toast, bagels, yoghurt, cereals, juices, coffee and tea. Good value for money. Note tap water is drinkable in major Canadian cities.

Myster Wonderful: Goot a great night sleep!!!
Lily Riwukore: This place is alright for two stars hotel. We noticed that this hotel was just beside the train, but surprisingly, there was no noise, so we slept okay. The washroom is clean; the carpet is alright. Honestly, this place is way more hygienic than any other two-star hotel we visited. The owner is friendly and well informative. It was hard for us to drive in Edmonton for their one way; it could have been clearer. But other than that, we had a great night.Food & drinks: there is no breakfast.

Tobi Amodu: The was venue for a friend’s wedding in Edmunton. The rooms welcomed a host of us while the topmost event room took care of the wedding reception and engagement. The staff are respectful and friendly. Shout out to TK at the front-desk, cool dude 👍. Very friendly budget. Room service was promptly. Clean sheets. Not so modern but well maintained. Our groups flight was delayed so we got to keep our luggage after checkout. Great central location in town - Only wish it was a bit closer to the airport. The popular west mall is a few minutes away. Parking space just beside it.
Le Vagabon: My stay here waz magnificent, Nav and TK made sure my stay waz comfortable and satisfactory. I appreciated how they are well mannered, informed and accommodating.The hot tub pool and fitnezz centre being open at 5am iz very convenient 👌🏿.when I'm back in Edmonton I'll be sure to be staying here!!!Thank You
Abtin Vakilinia: Great hotel in a great location based on the cost you pay. Hot breakfast and kindness of the staff were great.... It seems the hotel runs with the minimal staff though. It was clear to me that the staff are doing their best but it would not hurt if front desk and breakfast area have more staff employed and work there which helps guests in quicker responses.
