Barbie JJ: Small, quiet restaurant! The front door was locked, don’t be fooled someone came & unlocked it for us! The food was absolutely amazing. The restaurant was small with local charm! Ross Wright: This wonderful restaurant just keeps getting better with age. The front of house staff and the kitchen staff are incredible. The food is unbelievable, every time! And the namesake? Well Normand is an incredible restaurateur and his restaurant is a true gem!

Melanie COULSON: and my parents had the escargot. Both were incredible, and the carpacio in particular paired very well with our wine. For an entree I had the wild game feature dish which included elk and boar. YUM! And for dessert I had the bananas flambee which was phenomenal.This was our first time here and it will certainly not be our last! There were so many delicious sounding entrees that I am eager to try. If you are planning a nice dinner you should visit Normand's!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for a gluten free diet!
Dale Hildebrand: We have been dining with Normand for 34 years. Recently he hosted grandpa’s 90th. He personally looked after 16 of us all night. Service and food were excellent. So rare to have such great personalized customer service. One of the best restaurants in Edmonton – a hidden gem – try them.

M Richardson: This was my second time here, and both times we were seated quickly and served efficiently. The grilled wings I ordered were delicious, exactly as described in the menu. One of my companions ordered some raw vegetables off-menu which our server, Muhammad Zahra, went out of his way to acquire and serve as a special request.The food seems consistently good, no matter what you order. My favorite restaurant in Edmonton!

Catherine: I just read that the ownership has changed or something? The restaurant definitely does not have the same vibe it once did. I was worried, but the taste of the butter chicken is exactly the same and I enjoyed it very much. The portions seemed a bit smaller and I was disappointed that there was no tamarind chutney for the samosas. But otherwise, it was what I was craving! My favorite Indian place in Edmonton.

Raffat Ramji: Went to an event at the Indian Fusion The Curry House. Amazing and very inviting ambience. Very friendly and good service. The food was delicious. The Honey glazed cauliflower is a must try, malai chicken and beef kababs were very moist and delicious and also the lamb biryani was also very good. And to end it with delicious kheer and house chai. Will be going back for more.
Ruhee (Rubies Bras): Excellent food and atmosphere. Incredible Renos. We celebrated a birthday and we’re able to rent out a section with a live band. Plenty of veggie and vegan options as well. Great times! Thank you!
