James Maxwell: I have struggled with mental health, and addictions, most of my life. I incurred some very serious charges, in the process of procurring. I was in a vehicle loaded with you name it, I unaware just trying to get a bit, when we were pulled over. Of course the driver said none of it was his. I don't know how I found Barbara Dowker, but I did and am I grateful!She treated me with respect and dignity.
