Todd and Kennan s: After our warranty expired we had transmission problems. They did their due diligence and found that our particular transmision had extended coverage. Because of Alta Custom, Chevy replaced our transmission for no cost, a savings of an estimated $7 000.Also, always quick to get us in and quick with the work done.

Paul Knowler: My exhaust pipe had become detached from its rubber hanging bracket at the rear of the truck, creating a bad potential situation where my full exhaust system could have come down while driving. On short notice just before Alberta Custom Exhaust Saturday closing hour, they ushered me into a repair bay where a seasoned technician identified the problem, welded on the appropriate retainer piece and checked the entire system for additional damage issues. Finding one other issue, he repaired that and sent me on my way. The boss wouldn’t accept payment for the brief time in his business, which in this day and age was refreshing. I told him Alberta Custom Exhaust will receive all my future business as a result. Great business, friendly knowledgeable staff. What more can I say?

He was able to fit me in next day, since I was an evacuees, installing a new exhaust and headers finished early all with a Great Price I can’t complain at all. He really helped me out in a tight spot. He quoted me a days work he finished in four hours. I couldn’t pay him enough with that kind of experience and training. One thing I hate is when people try to get the price based off of ours and not out of experience, you should not be punished for doing a good job quickly. Worth every penny.Service:Exhaust

Somsak Phungtham: Amazing and very professional shop. They only will fixed safety concern and will not try to upsell you. I needed my windshield replaced, they do not offer that service in house. But they were able to send me to a shop they deal with and got the shop price, instead of retail.

Also got the front brakes and rotors replaced. These folks are trustworthy, in my opinion. They inspected the other front end parts letting me know they were still tight.Very good experience. I had a rattling exhaust and they were able to assess the damage, give me an estimate, get me fixed up and on my way in no time at all. They have competive hourly shop rates. The people I delt with were friendly. I will not hesitate to take my vehicle here again.
