Janice Chau: . The property is kind of dated and could use some upgrading, but that was a reasonable tradeoff for a lower rate. It can also get noisy at times - not from outside but the interior hallway.The location is excellent - steps from an LRT station and direct buses to WEM, and close to lots of great restaurants. Check-in was quick and painless.

Elizabeth T.: The front desk workers and housekeepers are awesome. Very friendly, very accommodating. Never had any issues checking in.The area is downtown, so we were able to walk pretty much wherever we wanted to go. There is the basic amount of crime or danger with being downtown in the area, but the Days Inn felt really safe.The room itself was pretty nice. Exceptionally clean. My only qualms are that the carpet can sometimes be ever so slightly damp, HOWEVER, not musty damp. It smells clean and fresh, I think they just clean it often. And usually when my party has more than 2 people, there won't be enough towels in the room for us all so I just ask for me and it works out perfectly. Absolutely worth the money.
Golda David: Great location and the staff was amazing! We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and quiet and it was in a great location from lots of cool restaurants. We were in walking distance from our appointments and they even let us leave our car there after check out on the last day. Thank you!Great staff! Every single one of them were professional and worked hard at ensuring we had any issues resolved.The Cora restaurant was great for breakfast too.

Tyrese Whiskeyjack: I loved my staff here, it was very affordable with my budget. One downside was there wasn't a lock for my washroom, but other than that everything else was great. Me and my family come to stay here everytime we want to stay in the city. I highly recommend everyone comes to get a room here if they are looking for affordability and excellent service.Food & drinks: There was a restaurant across from the motel parking lot. If you just want pop and chips you can also buy it from the lobby.

William Mabee: I don't mind the place it's easy to get to it and the rooms could be cleaned a bit better. At least there is no bed bugs in any of the rooms.Rooms: Needs to clean under the bigger furniture.Nearby activities: There isn't close for walking distance.Safety: There is alot of heavy traffic here due to some rooms do have drug users in them. But you get that anywhere.Walkability: Walk down Calgary trail from Whyte ave and on the west of Calgary trail. You can't miss it. Home depot is right across Calgary trail from the Nice Inn Motel.Food & drinks: Just a can of pop and maybe a bag of small chips or a chocolate bar. Not much to choose from.Noteworthy details: I don't mind it cause there is privacy the staff gives me.

It's name spoke volumes whenever brought up it would inspire stories of depravity and drugs of all sorts.. again sorry to the owner. New management or not it's become a part of the city which is of its own class. I'm a fan.. lol

N Huang: Good basic hotel. My room was quiet and clean. Furniture a bit dated, but fine. Front desk staff friendly, polite and helpful. Tip when booking ask for a quiet room away from lounge. Free breakfast with waffles, hard boiled eggs, bread, toast, bagels, yoghurt, cereals, juices, coffee and tea. Good value for money. Note tap water is drinkable in major Canadian cities.

Christopher: I've stayed here many times very affordable.
Conroy Bogle: I came to visit a friend one night on my bicycle, I rode along 104ave from 156st. On arrival I was impressed by the rows of amber lanterns and the regimented aesthetics of the place, it was very beautiful, as I rode through the parkinglot, flanked on either side by the glow of the orange lanterns and the occasional open door revealing bright, rich, yellow light from the rooms within. There was a very Native looking woman with a long ponytail and beautiful standing by the front entrance leaning against the lobby her legs crossed. She was looking in front of her and slightly upwards and it looked as if she was waiting on someone, she was serious but seemed approachable, I rode passed her and she didn't even acknowledge my presence, even to see who I was, just kept staring in front of her. The person I had went to see was not there and the lobby was friendly and helpful with somewhat relaxed policies based on how you explain yourself and I assume the weather. When I went to the parkinglot again there was a woman of petite build who was riding away, I rode to intercept her thinking it might be the person I had come to see but it wasn't and we both laughed.

Sam Fortune: After a bad experience with a hotel down the street we booked here very last minute. We showed up 15 mins after booking and the lady at the front desk was very nice and even gave us a free upgrade to have a room further away from the construction starting the following morning. The room was nice and very clean. The housekeeping staff were also really nice and did a great job. There is plenty of parking and a good continental breakfast. The hotel it’s self is slightly dated but well maintained. It was also nice having a separate entrance although the key card scanner didn’t work a few times. Next time I am in Edmonton I will definitely be booking again!

High Tide: This hotel is extremely close to West Edmonton Mall which is the main reason why I stayed here on my trip. It has great rooms and is pet friendly. The breakfast they made in the morning was awesome making me want to stay there again. I loved the hotel and it's high quality service.Rooms: The rooms had great furniture and was cleaned extremely well before I checked in with my family.Nearby activities: The fact that the hotel was within 5 minutes of West Edmonton Mall made me love this hotel even more

I have to say that service is absolutely beyond expectation and the staff pays special attention to my needs. Shout out to Paul who's always very attentive to details and always ready to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable ! The kitchenette which includes a fridge, microwave and dishwasher are really practical and I'm able to buy and make my own healthy food. They recently updated the Gym with a Peloton Bike ! Gym is always clean.Pool looks fun although I never swam yet. There's always families and kids in it.Would definitely recommend this hotel !

Martha Wiebe: UPDATE AND ADDED NOTE: September 3/2023…this hotel continues to amaze me. The breakfast has alllll the things!!! Including a yogurt bar…you gotta stay here.We stayed at Staybridge Suites West Edmonton this past weekend and we have found our new home away from home. The service was from check in to check out was wonderful. The rooms were quiet and when we asked for more towels we were always greeted with nothing but the best and happiest faces. The location is also so great! Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. Breakfast is included and every room is spacious, and very clean. Each room comes with a full kitchen INCLUDING a dishwasher. Its totally bomb. And the rate was very reasonable in this day and age where it is hard to get a room for under $200/night. We stayed here as a couple as we came for the Luke Combs concert, but i will be staying here with my entire family the next time i visit Edmonton. Guaranteed.

They have all toiletries except facial wash. So, you'll want to bring face cleanser.Third, the Free complimentary breakfast has everything you can imagine.Sausage, Mexican egg burrito looking tacos and hot sauce, fresh waffles you can make, cereal, yogurt with a big variety of fresh fruits and oats, fresh hard boiled eggs, cubed potatoes, breads and bagels, banana breads and muffins, cream cheese, fresh apples and oranges, coffee and non caffeine as well, hot water for tea, milk, a variety of juices.Now that's a big big complimentary breakfast with Great Service with tables to sit at and enjoy the morning.Pool, workout room and free laundry service ... just bring your soap.One night stay and will most definitely come back.Thank you for your Great Service and this review was worth my time. 😃

Hiroshan Gunawardane: Great hotel, great staff. They have a pool and a gym. Free breakfast and Monday to Wednesday evening social from 5 to 7pm. The social event will give you one beer/wine ticket with unlimited snacks. Spent 11days, their free laundry helped to travel light. The location is very convenient for buses and other transport. Not very far from the West Edmonton Mall, which is the world second largest mall. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and fast food outlets. A great place if you plan for a longer stay.
