Deidre has been extremely pleasant to work with and very flexible with the menus as we have a few team members with serious allergies. She has amazed me as we sprung a couple short notice events on her but she put it together beautifly. I would highly reccommend her services.
Jane Madder: Day by day catered my wedding for 150 people September 22nd. Deidre was extremely easy to talk to, very flexible with the menu and professional the whole way through. The day of my wedding there were a couple hiccups but not with the catering in any way. Her and her staff were there on time and the food was amazing. I would recommend Day by day catering and, in fact, the company that I work for is using them for our Christmas party. Can't wait for that melt in your mouth roast beef again!

Mitchel Cook: We recently booked Dedo's food truck for an outdoor party event of 60 people. The process was easy, convenient, and affordable.The staff took care of the set-up and tear down and were all very friendly. Everyone at the event mentioned how delicious the food was and how filling. They had a diverse menu that could accommodate several dietary restrictions. I would highly recommend Dedo's food truck and would use them again!

Hannah Devereux: I hired Pat for a bachlorette/wedding shower with a group of girl friends, he made a delicious dinner, was able to make things work in an air b and b, chatted and interacted in a very unobtrusive but fun way, and really added a fun element to the evening. I was able to enjoy the party and have fun while he cooked and cleaned up. He made the booking process and menu planning very easy and responded quickly to any messages. Pat makes delicious foods with generous portions. Moreover, he knows when to jump in and chat or to share an anecdote. In fact, Pat is as much a premium chef as he is a storyteller.Pat brings all of the food and all of his dishes. He is so tidy in the kitchen as well. We were amazed at how clean our kitchen was when he left... it might have been cleaner than when he arrived.We highly recommend Pat and his services if you're looking to enjoy a guaranteed dinner.

We fed over 30 people for dinner, and have enough leftovers to feed the staff for probably two lunches. The food tasted AMAZING! You can tell the food was all hand made and effort was put into the dinner. They arrived on time for the drop off and pick up. The delivery drivers were very friendly and efficient.
