Quick story as to why I ended up at Northside in the first place: March of 2022 I got a flat tire early in the morning just outside their shop. They were not open at the time but as I was making other arrangements some one from service showed up and offered assistance. They ended up finding some affordable replacements in short order with amazing service and communication from Rodney. Just over a year later I found myself shopping for Compact SUV. We walked in and immediately greated by the sales manager Naomi, who called up sales consultant Jeff. They were so friendly, and Jeff was exceptional and treated us like people and not a sale. He was so knowledgeable and very thorough. I ended up buying this 2023 Outlander and traded in my 2015 Dodge Caravan. Tom Butler: Kross redeemed our trust with the Mitsubishi brand. after horrrendous experiences with customer service at West Edmonton Mitsubishi where we purchased our 2023 Outlander PHEV. We decided to try changing dealership for servicing and could not believe the positive helpful attitude and, yes, competence. Kross had to walk WE Mitsubishi thru the process of adding the extras items included in our purchase to the vehicle's profile so they could be covered by warranty. We have bought many new vehicles over the years with good follow up customer service so we took it for granted. Beware buyers as customer service is no longer a given but Kross Mitsubishi showed us that they still care about it and we did not even buy our vehicle from them.
