WW Grunow: We were here at the clinic this morning for the first visit b/c our GP wasn't available today. We called in just wanted to see if this clinic will accept walk-in patient because we were declined by other 3 walk-in clinics already as they accepted only by appointment. Thankfully the lady on the phone was very helpful, we called in at 11:15am, she booked my daughter right away at 11:50am. The doctor saw her around 12:15pm. The front ladies are very nice. Thank you very much for all your help. We are very impressed with the service.

YK: My family was referred to Dr. Ibrahim for New Born circumcision by our family doctor and we had a great experience at this clinic, Danya was an amazing receptionist that's very helpful and Dr. Ibrahim is absolutely amazing and top notch at what he does. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing a great doctor and supporting staff to deal with especially for circumcisions because their price is extremely fair and probably the lowest in the city and the work is outstanding, our baby had no complications and it healed very quickly. Adam M.: Dr Sufian is the best at what he does. I always feel comfortable, and leave his office feeling confident I have received the best care possible. I have never had any issues with the front desk staff, they have treated me with respect and are also polite and well mannered.
Rita Zuk: Dr Tarik is amazing! Hes caring and takes issue's seriously. He investigates when issues arise. Without making you feel like its in your head.
Quin Grace: This is a great clinic! The front end staff are super friendly and always efficient. Dr Tarik is the best, he’s straight up and honest with you and he really listens to what you have to say!
CRP Horkey: I first met Dr. Sufian Hmeid and clinic staff on July 22 2019 and sought some sleeping pills to get my sleep back on track. I should have listened to him that day and being an obstinate type of person, I thought I knew what was best for me at that time. he did give the prescription and much to my dismay the pills didn't work.I went back a week later. 29 July 2019 to see him again. This time Dr. Hmeid took one look at me and hospitalized me immediately. The doctors at the Royal Alex ran some tests and informed me that if I hadn't come in that day, I would have been dead by July 31. Dr. Hmeid literally saved my life. I went to see him on August 12th, I shook his hand and thanked him for saving my life. He is the greatest ever. It is now 3.5 years later and every time I see him on my follow ups, I still thank him for saving my life. He gave me the gift of life, thanks doc. Also, I would like to thank Lana and her pharmacy staff for the support I have received all this time. The pharmacy staff always explain what the medications are and what they do. Which I find very helpful, so I don't get confused. The clinic and pharmacy work well together. Thanks again to you all.

He tries to get familiar with his patients, and makes them comfortable to open up to him. He listens well and is very attentive. Very outstanding medical care. Just to avoid having to sit for hours. But the staff are great, ladies in the front are doing their best.

Dr. Moamer, one of the best doctors, caring, trying best to treat you, not rushed. I don't mind waiting, rather see a doctor caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, then doctor, rushes patients. If you don't like this clinic, why complain, go to other clinics.
Egg Baby: This is my go to clinic. Every time I come here the staff is efficient and polite, and the doctors are able to help me with my issues. Sometimes I don’t manage to get most of my questions answered but I understand that is a limitation of the walk in and they’re very busy people.

After spending weeks unable to contact my OBGYN and a lab contacting me with a time sensitive matter, the staff at Beverly Medical Clinic were able to help me out on very short notice with a difficult request. They saved my day and went above and beyond even though it was not their original situation to take on.My regular appointments here have also always been pleasant, and if there ever is a wait in busy times it is so worth it. Highly recommend!

CanVamp420: As a poster previously mentioned, this is a clinic that specializes in opiate/opioid dependency and addiction. I have had nothing but a GREAT experience in my 4 years here. NEVER been treated poorly, and ALWAYS been treated with respect, and DIGNITY! Which in the life of addiction, you are usually denied that respect and dignity by medical staff. BUT... and here's a big but... These people are here for you if you're here for yourself. If you treat them poorly, swear at them, disrespect etc...dont be expected to be treated like a person who is otherwise respectful. They've also SEEN IT ALL HERE, if you're not willing or wanting to follow the program, and rules of, dont waste your time here or at very least dont expect to get away with it thinking you're a boss lol. These people are just wonderful... clinic AND pharmacy staff alike!

Heidi: I have nothing but great experiences with the reception, my doc, and the attached pharmacy. I was in a few days ago and witnessed a woman verbally abusing the front end staff and refusing to leave. They were calm and professional and a lot more patient than I would have been! It’s curious that it’s generally entitled, obnoxious douche canoes that leave poor reviews for places. Thanks for your awesome service!

Maureen Duggan: Warmth, compassion, and positivity are adjectives that aptly describe Dr. Bernadette McEvoy.She is outstanding in every way a physician should be or aspires to be. Dr. McEvoy has worked in several countries before coming to Canada and I believe her advanced knowledge and extensive experience augment, the already high level of care she provides to her patients.Regarding the clinic itself, the staff is pleasant and accommodating. The one aspect of the clinic that was a huge fail in the past was the inability to get in touch with the clinic to book an appointment because the phone lines were constantly busy. It was easier for me to just drive there to make an appointment in person. I am happy to report that this is no longer the case as the clinic has upgraded its phone system which seems to have solved the issue.The clinic experience now is both pleasant and efficient and I would highly recommend Callingwood Crossing Medical Clinic and the adjacent pharmacy.

I used to see Dr Paquette but he retired. last time I was there the dr was great just not sure his name anymore. got diagnostics test ordered.great place in all.
Lily Mounma: I really appreciate the customer service I received at the front desk. As a new parent we tend to feel the urgency when our baby is going through something and we feel helpless therefore need to seek a physician. It is Sat and most medicenters are booked up or dont have a walk in doctor. I'm glad they felt my urgency and found away to make it work.

Diana Sipos: Great medical clinic! The receptionists are kind and helpful, Maria is fantastic. I met 2 of the doctors, they were both knowledgeable. I have seen Dr. Agustin a few times and when I had scheduled appointments he was on time. I never felt rushed out the door, and what I appreciate the most he communicates very clearly so when you leave you have no unanswered questions or feeling confused about the next steps. The clinic is clean and neat. Wonderful little team you guys! Thank you so much for efforts!

When my doctor retired, I was eventually taken over as a patient of Dr. Dhanoa's after a couple in between from her to him, I've rarely felt like a person in a doctor's office - I get that they are busy and want to see lots of people but he honestly takes the time to discuss and diagnose anything I've seen him for. He recently along with his admin team went above and beyond to get me a prescription where I could not come into the office due to being Covid positive and turned a very stressful day into a smooth one. Sophia Barry: As one does, I ignored pain for a good amount of time before seeking medical attention. Having called 811 and being advised to seek a medical doctor within the next four hours, I was already feeling anxious about going to the clinic. Plus, I usually go to another clinic a little closer to home, but as fortune would have it, they were closed. Westmount was the next closest location. I was prepared to wait a long time due to being a walk in, but got in and out including perscriptions within 40 minutes. The nurses at the front were wonderful, patient, and kind, ALL while training a new staff, calming people down, and dealing with less than kind language from some other walk ins. Dr. Augustin was extremely professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Thank you for my experience this week.

Mostafa Serajchi: Dr. Farhat is an amazing family doctor. My wife and I have a great experience with him.The only issue I have with this clinic is they don't have email address on their website. So the only way to contact them is a phone call which is sometimes takes too long.
