I wanted to buy a car for my wife because her office was planning to end the work from home policy and invited all employees to the office from September month. We contacted Mercedes salesperson Kanwal and Andries for our needs. They were able to find a vehicle that suited my family needs. We got a handsome discount on the original price and a few complementary gifts as a goodwill. Everything was set and we were excited to pick the car.Unfortunately, the day when we wanted to pick up the car from the dealership my wife got an email from her employer in the morning that their work from home policy got extended for another 6 months. We informed the dealership about the same and requested a cancellation. Our car was ready for the delivery and the dealership was surprised to know the cancellation request from us.We explained the scenario and they also accepted it positively and agreed to refund our full deposit. Jill Tomanek: Everything went smoothly, check in was quick, and my service was done on time. The only negative comment I have is that the driver that was on that morning was very unsatisfactory. He drove far too slow on the highway, 95 in a 110 zone, and made some very derogative remarks regarding the ethnicity of some people during a discussion we had. He was, in my opinion, too old to be doing the job. On a positive note the young man that brought me back to the dealership was an absolute pleasure.

My vehicle was fixed under the Field Measurement extended warranty and I only paid for the service that was not covered by this warranty. Superb service at the Heritage Valley Mercedes, and first class treatment by the service manager Marcel.

Austin A: So I went to look at a 2014 x5 50i from these guys, at first I was skeptical especially after the no test drives unless buy policy, but it is understandable to prevent people from showing up and window shopping but working with Shayne and Leo the owner they were more then open to get a inspection done at Edmonton BMW, they took it there and got it done and the report came back with a broken PCV line. They repaired the PCV line at cost to them and a oil leak. During all this they allowed me to bring it into a shop that was out back and raised it up on the lift and let me take a complete look at the undercarriage and throughout the engine bay, they let me hook up my diagnostics computer to the vehicle and worked with me on a code and lowered the price. After all was complete they allowed me to test drive it and I had 0 concern with it. Since then Iv thrown 6k on the vehicle and have had no issues. These guys have bent over backwards for me and really appreciate the time they spent allowing me to do all of this. Feel free to give them a shout and I'm more then positive they are willing to work with you on getting a deal closed so both parties are happy. Thanks again Leo and Shane.

Ala Attallah: Back in May, My wife and I needed a second vehicle quick before i went on my army training, we went to see Val and he was a great guy to deal with, after a while of looking at cars we learned that he is the owner, which we respected even more that he is looking out for his customers as the owner of the business. We test drove 2 vehicles and we instantly fell in love with one of them. We were able to get in and out and get approved in less than 24 hrs. Never experienced anything like that even though i come from car selling business too. He went above and beyond and he insured us that i can leave on my training and if anything my wife needs anything in regards dealing with the car that he will take care of it for her.
