Nathan Swartz: Ryan, Jaydel, and Stephanie were all very helpful and pleasant. They delivered my packages right to my car despite both side-door loading bays being occupied. I was helped as soon as I arrived for my pickup and my overall experience was very professional!
Shannon Foreman: We had our venue order our linens through Special Event Rentals for our wedding reception. When we went in to peruse their fabrics and colours the staff there was very helpful in pointing out the perfect alternative fabric that accommodated our colours. The venue took care of the set up and take down and the transaction with special events but the linens were clean and looked fantastic!

Amanda Hasenuik: Company was great overall! There were a few times the communication lagged a little but all of my questions were answered. I asked them to come a little earlier then they planned and they were sure to be there first thing in the morning which made our day before so much better and less stress. 💜 he called me by my first name and knew who I was when I phoned! Very personable and the price is great for what you get! We had a 60x20 and it fit 100 people snug. Great experience with alpha tent rentals!

Sujani Gomes: Had a great experience working with them for my wedding. This was one of the only decorators I found that was willing to set up my DIY decor without requiring that I rent decor items from them. I did rent napkins and a backdrop from them, for which they had a great selection, and set up and takedown was included in the rental rate. Everything was very affordable. April was really quick and thorough in communicating with us and we were very happy with her work! Would highly recommend!

Raj Dhami: I chose Exquisite for my wedding because they're so meticulous with the small details that make a big difference.For example, when I spoke with Abe he told me his backdrops are 30ft tall whereas others offered 15ft to 20ft backdrops. That extra length makes it feel as though your decor hands from ceiling to floor. This is important in your photos because you don't see the cutoff of the backdrop. It makes for a beautiful, clean photo for your photography team.Another small, but VERY important detail was the placement of the sparklers. It was in a perfect spot to be noticed but also ensuring everyone's safety. We had heard stories of sparks burning clothing and damaging linen. It was something Abe ensured us wouldn't happen and it didn't.Working with Amal was great. She helped us design our vision for the stage and she even talked us out of extra pieces because it would looked cramped. She saved us some money. The decor accented the colours, but also really highlighted us on stage.The other reason we chose Exquisite is because Abe's contacts in the industry become your contacts. I told him I needed to find someone to rent tents from and he gave me a few people contacts to reach out to.Both Amal and Abe are great at working with you to chat with the vendors you use and help solve problems that naturally come up during a wedding.They aren't just worth the price but also the peace of mind they provide.

J B: Our daughter's wedding was June 4. We rented a cloud skirt, napkins, tablecloths, chargers and chivari chairs. All the items were in pristine condition and made for a beautiful environment. Gavin was fantastic to work with. Very calming, provided solutions, and very accomodating with our tight drop off and pick up times. The prices were reasonable and excellent value for the cost. I don't know why anyone would go somewhere else, unless All West doesn't carry what is needed. I normally don't provide 5 star ratings as there's always something to be improved upon. In this instance, there is nothing I could suggest to make the process any better.
