Asad Sayeed: The wonderful gentleman managing the store helped me claim a warranty on a backpack I had bought from him some months ago by replacing the item and handling the complaint to the manufacturer himself -- I hadn't kept the receipt, but he remembered my original visit and exchanged the backpack anyway. As I moved items from the old backpack to the new one, I had a chance to chat with him, and he really knows his way around the luggage business! Would shop there any time for a new suitcase, etc. Excellent prices, service, and the WEM location is very convenient.

CG: I have been shopping at Tumi for several years now and it never disappoints! First the service is second to none. The staff are knowledgeable and very easy to work with and they clearly enjoy working there. There is mature and professional staff in the store that can answer any questions that you may have. As for the products, I love my Tumi luggage and accessories! This store has it all!

I just don't seem to be in need of anything much in the line of clothing I wanted a new black everyday handbag and I did find one in the same style as the Michael Kors bag type that I favour this cost me only 49$ a fraction of the price of the MK's I am curi to see how it stands up in comparison however I could but several at this price and still break even. I am a shoe freak but haven't found any that appeal to me I am 75 yrs old and quite likely a bit old fashioned and prefer heeled shoes to the rather boring shoes that are fashionable now. The skin care section was a bust and housewares okay but I didn't find any walk art that suits my house at this time and as I said probably because of my age there isn't a lot of things or clothes I need, the site was clean , well organized and staff were nice
