Liked the flooring i saw on their site so i paid a visit to the store on the way home. Was originally gonna use a different style vinyl that was more expensive, but Anthony (the guy helping me at the store) gave me a few alternatives that were more suitable to my project (we're redoing the basement and bathroom in our house) and at a better price without dropping the quality. The guy knows his stuff, was to the point about what i should know about the flooring i needed and helped me load everything into my truck. Great people to work with.

As a bit of a skeptic, I decided to check out König because of the ad I saw on Facebook when looking for some inexpensive flooring for a small renovation project. To say I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service would be a huge understatement. As soon as we arrived, we had the pleasure of being greeted by a young gentleman named Nathaniel. He was very helpful, explained the options available for the project we had in mind, and the best part was that there was absolutely no feeling of pressure to buy the most expensive product they had. He actually listened to what we needed and continued to assist us as if we were purchasing the best and largest quantity of flooring he had ever sold and not just 600 square feet of the most economical option. Once we had paid, he and another gentleman loaded all of the flooring for us and we were on our way. Kindness and professionalism go a long way, and although I have yet to install the product, I am certain that I will return for future purchases because I don’t think that level of customer service can me matched anywhere else.
