4worldlovers: Preschool & Kindergarten (2023/2024) – Ages 2.8 to 6 years old who qualify for Program Unit Funding (PUF).


Respite Program (2023/2024) – Ages 3 to 9 with a diagnosis of FASD and the need for respite services.


Adult Program – Ages 20+ who meet the funding criteria of the Ministry of Seniors, Community and Social Services.


Provides opportunities to learn through play while focusing on growth in communication, fine and gross motor skills, social development, classroom skills, behaviours, early literacy, and numeracy.

Provides individualized, evidence-based educational programs to support learning and growth. Learners take control of their environment and build self-esteem while improving their functlonal abilities.


Focuses on the learner through community access, daily living skills, recreation and leisure, communication, fine and gross motor skills, and social/emotional development.

Includes our FASD Respite Program which runs on Saturdays only. Learners enjoy crafts, physical and social activities, sensory integration, free play, and games.

B-Smart Learning Center is licensed by the Government of Alberta under the Child Care Licensing Act and the City of Edmonton, and therefore meets all government operation requirements for children aged 12 Months to 12 Years (Licensed & Accredited Daycare & OSC) and for children aged 3 to 6 Years (Licensed Preschool Program).

We are also a licensed commercial School from the City of Edmonton to run Arabic & Islamic Weekend School, Camps, Evening Classes, and Personal Development Workshops all year round.

I have had the utmost pleasure of calling B Smart "home" for three years. My children have attended preschool at B Smart and it will be extremely sad to say goodbye in June to Hayat and her amazing staff! With me being a teacher myself, I looked for a preschool which would not only love my children but would also provide hands-on learning, self-growth, self-awareness, Arabic and Islamic Studies, fieldtrips, crafts and activities, B-Smart did this!

I wanted a school that would provide my children with the three most important things I value most in a classroom - for them to feel safe, to feel important, and to become a leader. B-Smart did this! B-Smart is continually involving their students in different fundraisers - IFSSA, Edmonton Food Bank, Zakat boxes, Ramadan food baskets, etc. What an amazing way to get young children involved in their community!

B-Smart ended every month with a celebration for all the students' hard work. B-Smart brought in creative and educational workstations and play areas for students to learn and grow. B-Smart greeted my children every morning with a smile and made them feel welcomed.

B-Smart went over and beyond during this pandemic with continuously updating parents with their cleaning protocols. Every morning they checked each student for their temperature. This made me feel very safe with bringing my child to school.

And last, I cant write this without getting emotional describing Hayat and her amazing teachers - they were "moms" to my children three hours a day five days a week. They are beautiful, caring, kind, respectful, hardworking, dedicated, loving, and wonderful human beings and I am so blessed to have called B-Smart home!

As a parent of two children at this daycare for more than a year , we can’t say but : the most loving , caring and clean environment in town! Management always on top of everything to make sure staff , parents and the children received the highest quality of childcare services. Highly recommend

My daughter has been here for few months, it is the best day care facility that I have seen. She has learned so much already. They are all extremely hard working, committed and dedicated to the children and strive to develop the best environment and atmosphere for them. Would absolutely recommend if you need a space for your child to thrive.

My kids absolutely love it here! It is so clean and there are so many toys and activities to keep them entertained. The owner and staff are very kind & caring and I feel so comfortable leaving my kids with them. They are also very creative to keep my little ones engaged the entire day (1.5 and 3.5 year old), and the program teaches through play which I love. My kids are always excited to go in the morning!
