Scott Emerson: Took an old hard starting MTD machine to Mark's shop 2 years ago for a tune up. Starts with one pull everytime even today. Lower handle broke on this week. Couldn't find a replacement for it online so I went back to Mark's shop. Found a used replacement that fits perfectly and didn't charge me for it. You do have to catch him at the right time as he is often out of the shop - I assume on house calls based on the reviews of others below.

Matthew “PowerjacK” AC: I have take 3 snow blowers and a couple lawn mowers to Mark over the years and every time he has been able to fix them and suggest ways to improve the life of the machines. The last visit I had a bit of trouble getting in contact with him but he did fix my mower and delivered it to my house. I think he needs to work on the status of machines and keep customers up to date. It took longer than he promised but if I was kept in loop I would have appreciated it.

There was no pressure at any point of the sale, and Todd kept me in the loop with everything going on after i ordered the tractor, he even ended up staying late so I could go and pick up my new unit! Had a couple minor issues with the tractor mainly due to the weather, Dan in service was very informative, and helped to get everything straightened out.
