We can still take advantage of the free sharpening that comes with the purchase of a knife. Chris was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store sells an assortment of knives, axes, and kitchenware. They also offer a class in cutting techniques in which I will consider enrolling. Very impressed with the store and its staff.
Jeff Geisler: Took two classes at this location over the last week. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to learn about knives and is interested in quality products and quality advice. They offer a number of products that will last a lifetime and elevate your culinary experience. I purchased 3 of these Higonokami knives, they are a high recommended as a gift or personal item as well. While I would like to shout out individual staff, they all are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Our instructor Adam has equal measures of knowledge and fun anecdotes, he made the class interesting and extremely informative. I left feeling confident that I could grow this skill. Gave us her personal recommendations as well as some comparable options based on price vs. quality! Super helpful and we ended up walking out with 4 knives, a chopping block and some extra little utensils. Price was good but the experience was the best! If you need knives or any other kitchen utensil… go see Darling at West Edmonton mall!

Andrew Callander: Hello my name is Andrew I work for a company called Blue Steel now we do commercial pipe stripping for a number of different types and sizes of pipe we use a machine with a very specific type of blade to cut the coating off of pipe that in this economy these days has become very difficult to get new ones as everything is back ordered, so with such has put our product in jeopardy to continue!! That is until I met Leland at All Blades in Edmonton west this man and company took on or specialize blade and not only sharpened them but made them way better than brand new at uner half the cost of a new one that is months to wait for as I spoke about earlier!! Not only that he was able too not only re sharpen them once but multiple times for us!! And at that get them done for us at a days notice as well which for our company was very impressive and convenient I would highly recommend and encourage anyone to deal with Leland and All Blades in Edmonton for any of ur blade needs 💯 they and him are truly the best!!!.

Leland examined them , and found that they were not serviceable, and sent pictures and a description of deffects.He had 3 blades made up for me, so that I could start cutting again. Alan McLaughlin: This place is amazing. I was very obviously a home cook and made a small purchase. The staff was very helpful and I felt like an important customer despite this. My final total was probably less than 1% of a commercial client but that had no impact on them treating me like a AAA client. One of the items I purchased had a small defect. They didn't have replacements in stock, but more on the way. When they received stock, I got a call right away telling me they reserved the most pristine piece for me. No hassle exchange. This will be my first stop for all my kitchen needs from now on.

Sean Wiebe: This is absolutely the spot for the at home cooking enthusiast, though it is marketed towards restaurants you can dramatically elevate your at home experience by outfitting your home kitchen with everything you need at an extremely reasonable price. Everything in there is built for professional use, so while not the most elegant it is built to last and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Pans, knives, cutting boards, pots, bowls and containers as far as the eye can see.
