Nick Little: Absolutely stunning atmosphere, waitstaff, and ambiance. If you are looking for authentic Indian cuisine at an affordable price, dishes here come with much more than you pay for. However, be wary of your taste buds! Most of the dishes come aggressively seasoned, whether it's sweetness, heat, or bitterness. They may not be what you expect. Many of their curry dishes are fantastic. I would recommend the butter chicken samosas and the rajasthani lamb - they are wonderfully filling at a very reasonable price.Update: After a return visit, I can say that the food lives up to my previously set standards, however, I can't say that I enjoy the modernized direction the restaurant is heading in. The change in music really detracts from the atmosphere, the robot waiters make for a crowded and overactive environment and their seems to be a lack in focus on sanitation. Hopefully the tables and cutlery will be clean for another visit if I choose to make one.

Sura Furkaan: I have one word for this experience."AWESOME"Best Food we ever had.My cousin's family, Uncle and Aunt, and my sister and I loved the food. The Hyderabadi Biryani and Chicken Afghani were delicious.

Darbar Grill Indian Restaurant: what do users think?

Aman Sohi: Food was very delicious .. considering the quality, the price is reasonable .if u are tea lover, must have masala chai. The staff made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Highly recommend. !

dezzra: I love this place, my favourite indian restaurant in the city. The family that runs it is so friendly. It always smells amazing inside the restaurant. My favourite dishes are the chicken tika masala, and the veggie samosas---they are sooo crispy even when I reheat them in the microwave the next day, the veggies inside are deliciously spiced, and the sauces that come with them taste amazing. I've tried veggie samosas at a few other indian restaurants in the city, and I think these are the best. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Amanda McLeod: , aloo gobhi

Haven Scott: Service was fast and server was very respectful and very knowledgeable towards our needs definitely 5 stars

dina d: Owners were very friendly. Food was outstanding. Enjoyed the vegetarian dishes very much. I highly recommend this quaint spot on the north end. I know I’ll be back.

Margaret Bauman: Fresh quality food. The chef was great helping me decide what to get. We will be back.

Ashley Leschuk: New fav place for butter chicken !! Yummy!! Also there sauces for there Samos’s are amazing !! Both the green and red !!

The Hargreaves: Lived in Canada for 20 years and this is easily the best Indian food I've eaten. Wonderful flavours and the quality of the ingredients was first class. On top of that it's much cheaper than other Indian restaurants we regularly visit.Location is a bit sketchy so we were a little apprehensive but the place is extremely clean, food was fantastic and the chef was extremely welcoming. This is definitely our new 'go to' for Indian food.

J O: This place is a gem for reasonably priced amazingly tasting authentic Indian cuisine. I have routinely ordered take out, and most recent have dined in. I appreciate the family atmosphere and have always been treated with genuine kindness. This is a must and honestly one of my favourite places in all of Edmonton. I am always satisfied with my experience. In addition to the food there is such a good feeling supporting such an outstanding small local family business.

Malcolm Azania: Delicious food. We ate the chicken curry and the kadai goat. Service was prompt and friendly. Outstanding garlic naan--best I've ever had. Good music, nice atmosphere, and a great place for lunch. We'll definitely return.Vegetarian options: On the menu. Will try next time.Kid-friendliness: EasyParking: LotsDietary restrictions: Vegetarian

NOSH CAFE (INDIAN CUISINE ): what do users think?

Marvin Olivarez: biryani is good

Val Strom: Picked up my order, but had to wait since it wasn't ready at the scheduled time. Waited about 15 minutes. Host was friendly. Food was delicious and filling. I got 3 meals out of my dish.My son ordered hot spice but expected it to be hotter from an authentic Indian restaurant. I ordered mild spice and it was good. Had enough heat to slow down my consumption, but not too hot to handle.Would like to dine in next time. It has a nice ambience.

Amit Khatkar: Recommended dishes Greek Salad, Butter Chicken Wrap, Masala Dosa

Hanna Oh: The interior is nowhere near as nice as Remedy, but food wise... Nosh is the much tastier, less expensive version of Remedy. The tandoori chicken wrap is delicious, and I love the sweet sauce it comes with. The spices for their fish pakora are amazing, and the fish was lightly battered and very tender.

Anon.: , and not enough lemon/flavour to it and was quite boring.

Colemin Szerencsei: Stopped for some Dinner today. Food was very good, Definitely recommend the Butter chicken and Curry Chicken dishes. The staff was very friendly with showing lots of attention towards serving their guests. Visited This location at around 9pm. The Restaurant Was very quiet and definitely had a lot of open Tables and parking available . The only thing that I wasn’t the biggest fan of was ordering rice and naan separately, also the naan was a little pricey approximately 30$ for a basket or 8$ per piece.Overall I had a great dinner. Thank you

Rob Phillips: Stopped in tonight for a spicey Vindaloo..2nd time I have had this locations food..Excellent and good prices..The service was great the guys were helpful..Only regret was they don’t have buffet to go I was craving an assortment of tastes..Next time will go for buffet there..

Sam Kandhari: Food was really delicious. And staff was also good Mayank at receptionist is very friendly.

Dmitry Baranov: It's a cozy place. It has a nice buffet, or you can get something a la carte. It's like a mini version of a new asian village. The Naan bread is baked fresh when you order. The setting reminds me more of a dinner than an Indian restaurant, but it still has some nice decor and a bit of the atmosphere. It is a very nice place if you are in a hurry or on a budget. I would recommend it 👌.

lmaoyonnaise: Excellent little place with amazing service and tasty food that always arrives quickly.I recommend skipping the buffet and ordering your favourites straight from the menu to get the best experience.

larry: Good food, friendly service, reasonable prices. An all around pleasant experience! Haven't checked out their new location yet, but I am looking forward to it. It looks quite nice from the outside. I have yet to have anything there that I didn't like. My son wants me to go there again, so will have to try the new location soon!EDIT: Tried the new location, and I think the food is even better, so I bumped up the review to 5 stars. Excellent dining experience!

Kevin Sonnleitner: Wasn’t really hungry but wanted to try the food glad I didWent in to try out food did the buffet try a little bit of of everything I like the chick pea curry, potato with egg plant is good, and a couple of others that I don’t remember what there are calledIt’s a very nice relaxing environment to go to.Prices are very reasonable and tastyIt’s a place that a person can go to over and over again and not breaking the bank.

Tom Dodge: The food was very delicious. One of the best East Indian restaurants that I’ve eaten at lately. Server was pleasant and very helpful with Vegan suggestions. I would highly recommend this restaurant.Vegetarian options: Many vegan options available.

Manvinder Kaur: Mayank is such a good personality with excellent customer service will visit soon here again Thank you Mayank for such great food and awesome customer service in a kind wayVegetarian options: Great Taste

Cory Jasper: I've been here many times. The food has always been fresh and absolutely fantastic. It's a buffet style which is very efficient. There is always a very amazing soup and at least 2 appetizers and 2 or 3 chutneys to go with appetizers. All sauces are vegan based. Full vegan buffet every Tuesday night. Also, desserts are also very awesome.

Eibu: Well what can I say. I passed by a couple times before and I was not mindful of the schedule...3rd time a charm. It was a pleasure to share time here today! Started by meeting a wonderful family who came to eat with members from Toronto and the Yukon! They are Indian with South African inspiration. I believe the lovely lady in rose gold I met was the manager and her hospitality was truly like home. She even offered me a metal utensil that I could return the next time I'm in the area. The pictures I have will do no true justice. Please if you have a love for great Indian cuisine from a beautiful family...look no further!Vegetarian options: Entire veggie menu options and I'm sure the kitchen staff will try their best to accommodateKid-friendliness: Yes!Parking: Street and parking lotWheelchair accessibility: YesDietary restrictions: Yes - very accommodating staff and manager!

Maria Troughton: Love it here ! Especially Tuesday Vegan night ! Thank you 🙏

Tara Zieminek: The vegetarian buffet didn't have a large selection, but it was delicious and fresh. The fresh veggie salad was amazing! The butternut squash dish was also really good. Dessert was rice pudding.

dan good: I have a habit of overeating because I like the experience of taste and their food is unique and wonderful.Kid-friendliness: There seemed to be quite a few families with children but enough of a him they are not noticed.

R X: Another real one closed down...

Luciano Silva: Great little spot on Whyte. Highly recommend. The owners are super nice people. The coconut naan is the best thing ever. Will return for sure.

The Reformater: The food was great and the owners were very kind!

Catherine: I just read that the ownership has changed or something? The restaurant definitely does not have the same vibe it once did. I was worried, but the taste of the butter chicken is exactly the same and I enjoyed it very much. The portions seemed a bit smaller and I was disappointed that there was no tamarind chutney for the samosas. But otherwise, it was what I was craving! My favorite Indian place in Edmonton.

Yasmin Kapadia: Best foodGreat serviceTop notch ambienceYou are treated royallyBest in Edmonton and areaChef created wonderful cuisine ❤️❤️❤️Vegetarian options: Tasty vegetable cuisine are prepared upon requestKid-friendliness: Chef made special menu for kids. They loved food so much, they were able to finish their portion with smiley faceParking: So many meter parking and other options are not too fatyWheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is wheelchair friendlyDietary restrictions: Best place for VEGAN eateryMeat options are too good

Asifa Krystofiak: Our first time eating the cuisine.. Chef Ali doesn't disappoint with his culinary skills! A touch of spice...a hint of exotic ...the menu is both exciting and enticing! People of the world.... eat here! This little resto on Whyte is a find! ❣Vegetarian options: A variety of vegetarian dishes are avaiable on the menu.Parking: Busy area but free parking around the block.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a wheelchair ramp.

Raffat Ramji: Went to an event at the Indian Fusion The Curry House. Amazing and very inviting ambience. Very friendly and good service. The food was delicious. The Honey glazed cauliflower is a must try, malai chicken and beef kababs were very moist and delicious and also the lamb biryani was also very good. And to end it with delicious kheer and house chai. Will be going back for more.

Ruhee (Rubies Bras): Excellent food and atmosphere. Incredible Renos. We celebrated a birthday and we’re able to rent out a section with a live band. Plenty of veggie and vegan options as well. Great times! Thank you!

Vincent Cinerini: Excellent deal on samosas!

Dereleik: The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. My daughter absolutely loves the veggie samosas and I find them to be the biggest and most delicious for the best price in Edmonton.Vegetarian options: They have veggie samosas that taste absolutely wonderful.

S. S: Their samosas are the best I've had in ages. The veg samosa and the chicken. The veg is much cheaper so if you are looking to buy bulk samosa about 20pieces it will be less than $20. Great for taking to a party or for catering an event as a quick snack for cocktail parties. They also have lots of Indian sweet which again are amazing and delicious. They do have a dine in area to eat their buffet but it's very small and needs an upgrade for sure decor wise, tables and chairs. I am just saying this from a person who visits alot of restaurants about the ambiance.I would definitely take out food. Uber eats and all the other companies like it charge restaurants like Apna Punjab too much just to use their service and I don't think it is fair to their restaurants to give up so much money just to use their services. If you want to support them, drive there and order or call and pick up. You will not be disappointed. They have a huge menu, more than I have seen at other ethnic restaurants. Enjoy! Sorry I didn't take photos this time but I will post for next time when I visit.

Janet Browning: This SWEET SHOP has the best food in Edmonton. I drive all the way from south Edmonton to eat at this small take out because I cannot get enough of their Samosas, goat curry, butter chicken, Naan, and spactacular lamb kabob with lime pickle. Don't forget the pickle! And the mango lassie and sweets are divine. Yum Yum. A BIG Thank you to Gurdip for recommending it to me. 💕 💞 ♥️
