I called this morning to get some information about the doors, I spoke to Sukhi and she transferred my call to the sales department, but they didn’t answer because they were all occupied. Sukhi asked me if she could help me instead. She was very helpful and answered to all my questions regarding doors and mouldings. She was able to give me an estimate for the door I wanted. Kien Chew: Good experience overall starting from Jamie providing a quote to visiting the showroom to finalize selection of styles, trim choices, colour etc. Installers were efficient in changing all windows and doors, cleaned up the site well after completion. There was an issue with one of the windows but they came out to have a look and it's working well now.

Good costumer service is hard to get these days! And this company did not disappoint. Now, I recommend when getting your windows installed to schedule it during the SPRING OR FALL. This way, your windows do not sag or expand from temperature changes. The installation will be the best fit in mild temperatures rather very hot or very cold. Trust me!

Liz Harley: I was looking for a company to replace old, heavy and poor functioning mirrored bifold doors in my entrance way and someone recommended Hallmark Doors Ltd. They were so prompt with my request and visited the home within a few days to take measurements and then prepare an estimate. The estimate was very acceptable to me and within 10 days the new customer doors were professionally installed by John. I chose the type and colour of door that I wanted and left it to up to the crew to choose the best framework and trim for the doors. I am beyond pleased with the product, the cost, the professional install and the prompt service that I was provided. Thanks to Brian and John for everything. Before and after photos attached.
Peter Goodman: We have had 3 sets of closet doors changed over from original bi-fold to frosted glass bypass sliding doors. We also had the same style door installed in front of our panty in a barn door style. The first set of doors were installed late last year and there was a bit of a hiccup regarding them; but the Hallmark staff were wonderful in fixing the issue. We LOVED the first set of doors so much that we decided to do the second set of closet doors and the pantry door as soon as we were able. The second set of closet doors and the pantry door were then installed this month. Both Bryan & Jonny were fantastic!!! They were very pleasant to talk to and deal with while doing their job in a quick and efficient manner.We TOTALLY recommend Hallmark Doors for any of your door needs/future visions; but unfortunately we now have run out of doors for them to replace. Kristina Berg: we had original custom sized Pella windows in the home but needed to replace lower level windows to meet egress requirements. they were not the most competitively priced but were the only company to guarantee they would meet the requirements. the custom windows took a little longer than i had hoped to get but met the installation date given and did a beautiful job replacing the windows without any damage to the inside or the outside. the guys worked super hard and fast to get in done in short order. we were very impressed.Service:Window installation
Devin Goodall: Had pella install 3 of 4 of my basement windows. One egress. They don't do the concrete cutting you have to hire that out separately, which is kind of a pain but not awful. The widows are of high quality, work great. The wait time was long about 6 months. I ordered in March installed installed in September. Install is where they lost the star for me. My egress window was smaller than what we plan for the hole. So more buck had to be used that needed. The window jam didn't come out flush with the drywall and it wasn't cut properly around the window. Small details but when your paying for a premium product, its expected.

When Rob Gross the estimator came To our house he spent the better part of 2 hours helping us chose a a product that would work.We had to alter our first choice on the front door because Pella would not allow Rob to make the choices we wanted .Rob was very professional and courteous and Pella is a great product unfortunately they could not offer us what we wanted and we chose to work with another company
