He was very professional, polite but above all he did an amazing job with our new railings. His experience in his trade absolutely shows and our railings are perfect.

Tony showed us around and we were able to select exactly what we had been looking for. Order was placed upon our deposit and the schedule matched exactly what Tony had given us as an estimate for arrival and beginning of install. The installation was a fantastic experience, as Joe is a master craftsman as well as a great guy and he went above and beyond in giving us the best work possible. He even gave me numerous tips on how to complete the rest of the stairs Reno work that is in my scope to get best possible finish in the end of project. From the start of installation to the end it was an absolute joy to welcome them into our home. They walked us through every step of installation checking in to make sure everything was how we envisioned it. Everyone should request this husband wife couple to their install. Rick Creighton: we were asked to send a few pictures with new flooring details to ensure smooth installation.About a week later, the installation department contacted us and arranged for an installer to visit our home.The installer used was a contractor ,Josef Kula, who arrived, took over our garage with his tools and proceeded to do the install. Jozef is an absolute craftsman and finishing carpenter by trade. He was punctual, friendly, cleaned up after himself and did what we consider to be an amazing job. He encountered a few issues, explained what the issue was and proceeded to simply deal with it.In summary, our entire experience with the folks at Spindle Factory was made simple...quick and easy.My wife and I are extremely satisfied.Thank you Heather, Jozef and the team at Spindle Factory.
