Yvon Belland: My wife and I have a 2014 Hyundai Sante Fe which has had oil consumption issues since 2016. In July 2023, our engine finally suffered catastrophic failure.I contacted River City Hyundai, and our service advisor Jonathan, had us tow our car to the service department and began the process to see if we qualified for a new engine from Hyundai Canada.We rounded up all of our car's service records and waited for a response. Jonathan gave us the good news that we qualified. We were provided a rental car and then waited for the engine to arrive.Upon arrival, Jonathan provided us with an update, and shortly after, our car was ready.Thanks again to Jonathan and River City Hyundai for going above and beyond to keep us informed on the entire process.We are grateful for the help.Yvon & Sheri Belland

He spent a bit of time with us, explained about the vehicles we looked at but as I was unsure I wanted to go look elsewhere also. We ended up coming back to see him after looking at a few other places that did not compare to River city Hyundai or Braeden, i felt i wasted my time going elsewhere. Again Braeden was exceptional and found a vehicle I didn't even look at before that exceeded my needs. Had two lined up ready for me to test drive. Melissa Warner: Excellent experience so far. Ray was awesome! The price is a little steep- I’ll have to review to see what extra charges were put on. My interest rate is way higher than I wanted but this is not their fault. Payments are higher than I expected. I didn’t feel super pushed to buy but I do wish I got a darker colour for the vehicle I purchased. There was an astounding “no” when I asked for a different colour because nothing was coming in for a few months. Overall good experience so far. Hopefully the switch from ford to Hyundai is worth it.

Angela Skuba: . They keep saying not to worry because it’s covered under warranty, and they’ll deal with it next time. This has been going on for almost 7 years. Went this week for service and mentioned this same problem, and they are charging $150 to diagnose it, and still did not do anything to fix it. Do not buy from this dealer unless you want the runaround for years. They also charged $75 for diagnosing a problem where the A/C drips into the car.

Mitchell Johnson: First time buying from a dealership and it was painless and hassle free. Inquired about a 2020 Corolla Hatchback on the dealer website and Graham had me in within the hour. Graham gave me all the time I needed to check out the vehicle and take it for a test drive.Loved the vehicle, told Graham what I was able to pay and he did what he could to get me there without any pressure for a higher price. After that I had Kevin in finance handle things the rest of the way and made the process as quick and easy as he could, explaining everything in an easy to understand way. Kevin offered a higher payment for some extra coverages, explaining exactly what it would and wouldn't cover. I declined those options and stuck to my price and he completely respected that and was able to get the price I wanted without any pressuring at all to accept higher payments. He got the financing finalized as quick as he could.My insurance company was a bit delayed with setting up insurance and both Kevin and Graham were patient and understanding and offered to help get insurance and registration set up in any way they could. Needless to say the longest, most painful process of this was the hour I spent dealing with my insurance to cover the new vehicle, which I think says a lot about the quality of the dealership and the customer service provided by Graham and Kevin. I had a question later in the day and Kevin was quick to respond by email.I will also add my brother was with and me expressed interest in test driving a vehicle, but later decided against it and there was zero pressure to change his mind and get him in the vehicle and we both really appreciated that.I will definitely be recommended this dealership in the future, especially Graham and Kevin.
