We’re Kim and Kellen. We’re married, kids on the way, and both professional engineers with rewarding full-time careers in a city we love—Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We consider ourselves true problem solvers, and bring over a decade of experience in real estate, owning and operating rental housing since 2004. In 2018, we got clear on our values and set some audacious goals with respect to real estate investment after a year-long, around-the-world travel-adventure: In between skiing the 80th Birkebeinerrennet in Norway and doing a 15-day Manaslu Circuit Trek in Nepal, we envisioned owning a business capable of finding creative solutions for real estate problems, generating wealth for aligned investors and creating beautiful, life-giving homes for our community. Since then, we’ve grown our portfolio to seven homes. This is just the beginning—and we’re in it for the long-haul.

Ten years from now, we plan to make significant contributions to charities and communities that we believe in. We have intentionally chosen real estate investment as a vehicle for increasing our resources in mental, physical, and spiritual energy, to extend and improve the quality of our lives in such a way that we can live our core purpose of being present and making substantial and meaningful contributions to those around us.

Shaw Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink (BFK) is a non-profit program run under the Calgary Shaw Charity Classic Foundation. All donations through BFK are matched up to 50% making your donations go even further!

Little Bits Therapeutic Riding Association is a non-profit, charitable organization providing recreational horseback riding with therapeutic benefits for children and adults with disabilities in Edmonton Alberta. Each year, up to 195 riders benefit from our winter, spring and fall program and summer riding week.


We have programs for pre-school aged children (Itty Bits), children aged five and a half to 18 (Little Bits) and adults (Big Bits). Once a week, riders receive riding instruction by certified and experienced instructors assisted by a core of volunteers.
